Baja Fresh is what replaced Taco Bell 3 years ago at Tulane’s LBC. I did shed a tear for losing Taco Bell, but I also had a smile for Baja Fresh.
I’m a fan because they let me customize whatever I want with everything. Want a salad? Sure! Want veggies and steak? Sure! The quality of their food is on on par with other Baja Fresh’s that I’ve had before. The only difference is that I feel its ok to customize what I want here, versus other Baja Fresh’s where I’ll just tell them salad, and they’ll make it according to their usual salad fixings.
Have you ever been to a Baja Fresh? Yes? Then its the same thing, except people like helping you customize your order, as long as you’re fast.
Protip: get your food to go, and walk outside and sit on a bench and enjoy the weather. Even if its the middle of summer. Its nice just to get out of the air conditioning once in a while.
