I have had falafel in many different places but this is by far my favorite! You have the choice to put it in a pita, wrap, or salad. They even have whole grain pita or wrap for those making healthier choices. For a small price you can add fries, soup, or salad and a drink or make it a double portion. What makes this place my favorite is that I can choose what goes into my pita~ and you can choose your dressing too! The falafel was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I picked lettuce, cabbage slaw, and grape tomatoes and they were so fresh. The place is on the small side. Looks to seat about 16. There are six tables to seat two people each and one larger table in the back. I’m leaving full but not feeling heavy. 100 percent satisfied!

Waited 2 hours for my food. Never came. Guy on phone said: sorry, it was delivered. Nothing can be done. Lost $ 20. My office orders from them a lot. Bummed by this. We will never order from them again.

Had a pita sandwich that was good and right on point. I also like the selection of toppings and being able to make your own. Though small from the outside, there is surprisingly enough seating and the place is colorful. The service was nice, quick, and friendly – would definitely come here again.

No, I didn’t like it. I understand it’s cheap and fast (ala Subway) but it wasn’t tasty. In fact the chicken shawarma had that tasteless Subway chicken type of taste. The staff seemed like they hated they had to work there. They also handled my money and food with the same gloved hands… We won’t return.

Their Falafel are so good, my second time here. I got a platter for $ 9.95 that consist of 4 Falafels, fries, hummus, pita bread (very soft) and a side Salad. Customer service was okay and I will return there when ever I’m in the Chelsea area.

Do NOT let it’s looks fool you!!! Amazing delicious and fresh food! Not familiar with falafel or think the wrap is too big like i do. Try the chicken platter! But I’m sure everything is good!
Reasonably priced $ 10 for my platter. Décor not necessarily for city date night but great for eating in your home for a date!

One would think with all the gyms in Chelsea, there’d be a few inexpensive/​healthy places to choose from — there aren’t any. Wrapido is one of the few places that helps to fill this perplexing void. The service and the food keeps you coming back for more.

The wraps are good. The owner of this location reeks of cheap owner disease. It’s 80 plus degrees, with no ventilation whatsoever. Your clothing will smell like you were working a grill. 80 plus degrees in Summer and Fall. Turn on the a/​c. Secondly, ask for cheddar, the worker picks up tomatoes. The guys handling the food don’t speak English, so chances are your to go order will be wrong, like ours was.
If you hire whoever you can pay the least to and refuse to give them breathable working conditions, I can only imagine what you do if food falls on the floor. Cheapskate.

Was really hungry when walking in the area and stumbled upon this gem.
1. I love Greek/​Mediterranean food.
I got the falafel wrap special for $ 5. For $ 5 this was a great meal! All ingredients tasted fresh, falafel was perfectly cooked.
The server also made us the wrong wrap by mistake, they were really nice in remaking it and didn’t give us any dirty looks.
