The last time I was there, they helped me find a light bulb that I couldn’t locate in several other stores all over town. Two months ago, I dropped my wallet in the store, and they held it for two months until finally listened to my the voicemail they left. When I called, they still had it, and everything was there when I got it back.

I came to this store after another local hardware shopkeeper said that World Houseware had the clear umbrellas I was seeking. Funny thing was as I arrived at World Houseware they were sending a customer to the hardware store I came from for something they knew the other store would have. This kind of generous behavior between businesses impressed me and gave me a warm and fuzzy kind of feeling. Once I got to World Houseware, I saw half a dozen different things I needed, but I settled for just getting the clear colored umbrella, energy efficient light bulbs and boric acid. I will be back.

I went here last winter to get keys made (3 different shaped keys for 3 doors). They worked. I’ve gone back about 4 times now to get keys made, and they always work. So, my review is 5 stars obviously because they make some kick ass keys.
