Very well organized in a fast pace environment. They welcome and greet all customers. Fyi They call out your name when the food is ready

I visited this Wendy’s after a long day at work. I couldn’t wait to order the limited edition Pulled Pork Sandwich. Upon getting to my seat, I noticed their was no Cole Slaw topping on the sandwich. The Manager told me they didn’t have the topping. Why wasn’t I informed of this by the cashier? I paid full price for half of the Product. Plus the Coke machine had little syrup, so the Soda tasted like water. Horrible visit. Bad management. A waste of money.

Wendy’s and I go way back. There was one next to the skating rink in my hometown. And for the young folks, just accept that the skating rink was THE place to be on a Friday and/or Saturday night. I randomly got nostalgic this morning and trekked to this location. It did not disappoint. In fact, the bacon was much thicker than I remember on the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and the tomatoes were quite crisp. I did not get the frosty because I am on a «diet,» but you should definitely check out this quick, clean location.

This location is clean, fast and has good service. The food could have been better but for a fast food joint it was pretty good. The baconator is a solid choice.

It’s Wendy’s. What else but decent hamburgers at relatively cheap prices(for the area) along with decent customer service. But it can get crazy hectic around lunch time. If you’re looking for lunch between 12 – 2 nights as well go somewhere else or to the five guys down the street

I don’t know what got into me but I had a temporary slip back to the dark side. I was craven a Wendy’s chili and beans cup with cheese and saltine crackers. So I hit the Wendy’s on the way home. I was the only person standing on line for about 2 minutes while the counter people chit-chated. They finally called next customer when the conversation got boring. The place is big and clean but that doesn’t make up for the staff. I got my order and snuck to a far away corner away from the windows to have my fix. Yum, I felt sinful, guilty and ashamed. I’ll make it up to myself my eating some alfalfa sprouts, asparagus, and some Greek yogurt.

It’s relatively new and shiny but probably the worse Wendy’s I’ve been to. From the way you wait for your food like herded cattle(they don’t have a dedicated space to pickup your order but rather you fight your way through the crowds seeking to find which cashier is calling your name-and after that struggle forgetting to ask for ketchup! LOL) to the blaring music with speakers right over the registers.

This exquisite dining establishment was ticklingly delightful! The space is modern, clean, and spacious. There’s even a faux-fireplace for a cozy feel! The service was impeccable — the spirit of Dave Thompson would be proud of how welcoming the restaurant was. The food was as expected — which is a great thing. I tried the frosty, the fries, the baconator, the grilled chicken sandwich, and the fried chicken sandwich. All of them I’d order again. 5 stars.

I got a stone in a hamburger, I almost break my teeth. I was hoping to find a cleaner hamburger junk food. The first time it was fair, the soda is too much sugar. The problem was the second time, the stone in the hamburger. Yuck. This details make you loose your faith. Fast food is not for me. I rather go to the deli in front of my home.

It’s crowded but the line moves quickly. It’s a Wendys. What else can you say. I’m happy that they still offer my favorite-the triple.

This is a nice Wendys location. The area really needed one in a definite way. I like to get a Caesar or Garden salad with whatever I get as well. The prices are slightly higher in Manhattan than a Brooklyn location, let’s say. To me, it is still worth going to, great service by some of the staff taking orders in afternoon.

I went here late one afternoon. Not crowded, and the architecture/design of the place was so nice – such a huge improvement over the former one on Lexington! It’s the nicest quick-serve place I’ve been to. Lots of wood. I like Five Guys, but the décor there is so unappealing that I’ll come to Wendy’s instead.

Peter Luger’s. 21. Delmonico’s. Katz’s. Carnegie Deli. New York has many unique well-known, and great places to eat. Wendy’s is none of those, and less. Wendy’s is mediocre, cheap, fast food. Reading the reviews for this new place, I couldn’t help but laugh at some points made by several reviewers who were expecting Shake Shack quality. Let me address a few points made: –If you wait in line for 10 minutes to order, your fries are going to be cold by the time they gets to you. –If you pick up the wrong order, you’re going to get a double cheesburger [sic] with bacon instead of a chicken sandwich –If you go to Wendy and get a flatbread chicken sandwich and don’t expect it be «nothing interesting», you’re going to have a bad time.(I’ve had the sandwich and thought it was ok for the money. The asiago cheese stands out and the chicken, while nothing special, still has a little taste) This new Wendy’s is nice; clean, well-designed, and it has a fake fireplace. Yes, a fake fireplace in a Wendy’s. So here’s what you do: Get drunk upstairs at the Bier Garten and go downstairs and get some nice, cheap, greasy, drunk food at Wendy’s. You won’t regret it.

Crazy long line, disorganized counter staff and less than lukewarm food. Sorry, Wendy’s. You fail yet again at food temperature. Cold fries suck.

Went to Wendy’s to get a flatbread chicken sandwich. There was nothing interesting about this sandwich. The Chicken was dry. Next time I need a snack I will try subways next door.

After seeming to wait all summer for the Wendy’s near my office to open, they finally did and they have a lot of problems. I got there at just past noon and the line was almost out the door for some reason. Then when I finally ordered it took another ten minutes to receive my sandwich. Then when I got back to my office instead of the chicken sandwich I ordered, there was a double cheesburger with bacon. All this, plus spending $ 8.50 means I won’t be back.

WENDY’S BABYBACKRIBSSSS. Barbeque sauce. I’ve been camping out Wendy’s for months. I mean, it’s just too much of a tease to have the store completed and a sign that says«coming soon» for literally like the entire summer. And then one day… they came. Once upon a time there used to be a Wendy’s literally on the next block.(Lexington Ave.) Then one day they closed down. A small piece of me died. But the burger shilling red head HASCOMEBACK. TOMIDTOWN.
