Chipotle Mexican Grill

The people behind the counter has a very bad attitude. Service sucked and food was unimpressive!!!

Clean, friendly and courteous. And the food is fresh. New manager is excellent and had pleasure to talk to him while there for lunch. Handled rush hour in an easy manner. Locations near me in FL could learn from this location!

I have witnessed many a terrible incident at a Chipotle. Once a woman screamed at the cashier for the unforgivable sin of putting guac directly onto her salad instead of on the side. Fisticuffs almost came to pass when an assembly-​lineman accidentally used the tomatillo salsa instead of the fresh tomato salsa. A girl once asked for three extra helpings of fajita vegetables, thus leaving none for me. The problem with customizable Mexican fast food is that everyone thinks their combination is superior to all others when really … you’re just eating sour cream soup.
This Chipotle is no different, though I imagine its location make the lunch lines pretty awful. The girl working the tortilla stand blinked at me when I made a split-​second decision of skipping the rice for my burrito bowl (yes, I should have requested a salad, and yes, I messed up the precise order of How Things Are Done), but I’m giving extra points for that generous dollop of guac.
Not going to say any errors that may have been committed by the people assembling my burrito bowl (er … salad), because, well, it should be mandatory to work in a restaurant for at least a year, just so people know better than to scream at someone who makes their food.

I ordered my salad online for pickup during lunch time. When I arrived to pickup my order, I was told that they ran out of the vinaigrette salad dressing. When I asked why can’t they make more, they just said they ran out and offered me the salsa if I wanted. Luckily I added rice to the salad to it’s more of the bowl and less of a salad. I didn’t think it was possible that they would run out of vinaigrette. Additionally today is a warm day and people may be more likely to order a salad. Not sure if they’ll just tell people after they ordered a salad that they ran out of dressing.

AAA — awesome as usual. Ordered chicken burrito to go. As I was eating, I noticed that my meat was chewier than usual. The server got my chicken mixed with steak. I’m fine eating beef but others may not be cool with it. Anyhow, burrito craving well satisfied.

This place is just way to over priced and not worth it especially when you have to stand on a long line… I like the concept of what Chipotle is serving but NOT the place itself… i feel you can get this same food at one of the many side restaraunts that are now serving this kind of food. and they won’t charge you $ 2.50 extra for guacamole it comes with the meal. try delmonicos.how insane and whats with the very small portions they serve. NO MORE CHIPOTLE FOR ME… I wish I can give them a –0

Service here is iffy but I mean who looks for customer service at Chipotle? I don’t know what the fuss is all about or why people love coming here. Its over priced mexican street food. I come here on occasion during lunch break at work but not my ideal lunch spot.
Don’t get me wrong, the food is not bad, its just bland. Even when you add all the things on the side, its still begging for flavor. Also its not exactly healthy either, watch when you add sour cream or guac, they will add a large soup spoon on top of it. Thats an added 1000 calories lol
I will come here when there is no where else to eat but I rather go to Jackson heights and have some real mexican street vendor food than a commercialized over hyped over priced wanna be mexican spot.

One of the hidden gems after a great workout out at Blink Murry Hill. Not situated on a high volume Street like Third Avenue or 42^nd so you won’t be on line with a walk in customer off the street. The chipotle customer at this location know exactly what they want and will not hold up the line because they are indecisive. My only wish is that Chipotle closes at 11 pm oppose to 10 pm so I can have a longer workout.
This Chipotle was deep behind enemy lines and manages to stay afloat while the two Qdoba situated on a Main Avenue, (52^nd, 40^th & 3^rd), with tremendous traffic like strollers to gridlock exposure still manages to fold. I can’t believe how strong the brand Chipotle has become.

I have ordered from here 2 times so far and I must say I love going in there. The staff is always so friendly and helpful and their order online pick-​up is FANTASTIC. Both times I pre-​ordered online and it has worked out great, food was ready when I arrived, I skipped the whole line and again the staff is super friendly and eager to assist. Not to mention the food is awesome, always fresh and hot and EXACTLY the way I ordered it. Highly recommended.

Nice chipotle’s location. There is seating downstairs and upstairs. Remember, you can order online ahead of time to avoid the inevitable lines out the door! The online pickup option is so convenient and the young lady that handles this station is very pleasant :)

Waited 20 minutes to be told they didn’t have the only thing I can eat on the menu. Didn’t have time to go get something else for lunch. Super annoyed that they didn’t advertise this at the door.

This place is packed at lunch but I always order for pick up online. It’s really the easiest way to do it. The establishment is always clean and the staff is always friendly. One of my faves!

Their taste is comparable to other locations. Lines in the summer and nicer weather are always long during lunch hours. I always get a bowl here with brown rice. However half the time the rice is undercooked, but it is my closest store from work.
Pros: they work fast
Their food is fresh
Cons: half cooked brown rice

This is one of the best chipotles because it is hidden and never ever has a line ! I have been here at least ten times and there’s never been one person in line ! And is right around the corner from grand central which is perfect for me !
They are good with portions here too, they don’t skimp ya and the staff are always super sweet as well.
So if you like chipotle and hate the lines head to this one and eat it up ! I hate to give away my secret chipotle spot though but if I must I must haha !

I love all chipotle locations because I believe in their core values and the fact that they are going GMO free. But, some locations are not as good as others on cleanliness and service.
This location has extra seating upstairs with enough room to feel spacious and not too cramped. The tables were clean. The service was decent. The portions were big. The person building my bowl gave me more black beans and salsa with no problems.
I even found an outlet to charge my phone upstairs.

I work a few block away, so I frequent this Chipotle. This one is generous with portions. Staff is very friendly. It’s a busy location, but the staff works fast. I’d arrive at 11:45 AM and wait 10 min. On plus side, meat is always hot, fresh from grill because they are so busy during lunch hours. Two levels of seating, if you dine in. Lots of love for this place.

My BFF and I love this particular Chipotle location. Unlike all other locations, this place is never jam-​packed, there is always somewhere to sit. The servers are usually never cheap with the steak or chicken and just pack it on. Usually good attitudes all over.

Walked around after work on a Saturday to look for something quick to eat before our 7pm dinner reservation that night.
Stumbled upon this empty place.
It’s quiet and quick.
I never knew a chipotle burrito was that stuffed.
Sour cream, corn, black beans, tomato and chicken were the ingredients chosen.
It’s a nice mixture of warm and cold within the burrito, but not a favorite.
I ate half burrito.

Damnit I love this place. I think that their burritos are made with crack inside. Luckily I know how to limit my addictions. Once a week for me. I will take everything in my chicken burrito, including the surcharged guacamole and thank you very much.
Just to top it off, I just realized during last week’s visit that they secretly make margaritas. OK not so secretly, since it’s on the menu. The cool thing about having a margarita made by the cashier and not a bartender is that she’s not measuring. I see this as a cool benefit and you can safely know that I only partake in my burrito and sometimes margaritas on Fridays when I take a really late lunch and don’t return to the office afterwards. No post-​margarita TPS reports for me. Plus after eating one of these ginormous burritos, I really need to unbuckle my pants, which could be awkward at work.
