This Wendy’s is very busy as most things in the area. They do a great job at managing the queues quickly and there is ample seating for greats and individuals like myself, who just want to sit and be unbothered on their lunch break. I don’t really like giving reviews on fast food restaurants in the city because there’s not much to say. I do think their cashier staff is a little bit more chill than other typical fast food establishments that I venture too in the SoHo/NoHo/Chinatown/Little Italy/Tribeca(think I covered all locales near my job) area. Chill as in they aren’t rude, not particularly friendly, just chill and I’m very ok with that. The food is as it should be. The prices here are typically more expensive than other locations. However at the time of this review there is a 4 for $ 4 deal going for nuggets, a jr. bacon cheeseburger, small fry, and drink. It’s funny because everywhere else in the U.S. this isn’t a special deal, it’s just the standard menu price. But for NYC, it’s nice to finally have the option to pay a standard price.

The quality of their food has significantly decreased. They load their fries with tons of salt like some McDonald’s and fill most of their large cups with ice, even when I specified not to put ice in the cup. Also, a heads up; they also charge more than any other Wendy’s in the area. Head to 14th Street for a cheaper meal(about 5%).

Cool place. I definitely love the layout. Tiny digital fire place in the front which is a cozy atmosphere. Makes me feel welcome here.

I believe my trip to New York City wouldn’t have been complete if I haven’t had visited a enterprise of such kind and so I decided to snack at Wendy’s. Asking for the acclaimed«Baconator» I knew I couldn’t have gone wrong. After a few moments I held a burger worthy of its name. Thick-cut applewood smoked bacon melting in mayonnaise, cheese and ketchup on a toasted bun holding the meaty masterpiece together — delicious!

Went in at lunchtime and there was no line. The food was served quickly and was hot-although the prices are higher to ripoff tourists and working stiffs in the area. The seating area was crowded which is to be expected. However I noticed a worker, who must have been on break, sleeping at one of the tables. How is this acceptable? I decided to go downstairs to the additional seating area. It was deserted-probably because it smelled like a septic tank. Now I know why the upstairs area was packed. Disgusting…

It’s fast food. Not the healthiest but it does the trick when you’re hungry and need a quick, cheap meal. The home style potatoes served at breakfast are awesome. The restaurant itself is always clean. The cashiers aren’t the friendliest but never rude. They deal with people and their attitudes all day so I get it. If they served those potatoes all day, I’d give them 5 stars.

Clean, fast and courteous staff. Open late and not very crowded. Good place to come for late night munchies and satisfy my craving for frosties and fries!

I was here today around 3:3– PM. Their menu was on electronic boards above where the order takers were an d they changed constantly. I am not too familiar with all Wendy’s has to offer. So even though I am not big on pork I ordered 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers because I figured they were still available even though I couldn’t see the value menu. That was apparently on the menu and I was served 2 within 5 minutes. IT had bacon, cheese, iceberg lettuce and a a slice of tomato.

Pretty average for a fast food restaurant. Food was average heat. Service was rushed and lacked a smile. Retrieving my food was an adventure; they call it out and hope you hear it. They have lots of seating including a downstairs area. The restaurant is well lit and fairly clean. They have tvs in the dining area to watch while you eat. The line moves fairly quick.

It’s a clean Wendys location, they seem to renovate this thing every 6 months or so. Great spot to snag forks/knives/cutlery, etc for the office! …it’s a Wendys, so it wont surpass 3 stars.

Les frites sont extras. Les burgers sont assez savoureux pour une chaîné. Attention rien d’extraordinaire. L’endroit est tout de même plus accueillant que les autres fast-foods du quartier.

Why is the bathroom in the dungeon? Where are the straws? The napkins? Why is this roped off line preventing me from making my way to the register on this slow day? I was kinda pissed to know that they still carried my favorite monterey jack ranch chicken sandwich AFTER I paid $ 10 for food. I hate eating out in NYC. I wonder if people know it’s not NORMAL to pay $ 10 for lunch… I guess many people don’t leave NYC to know that. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed my lunch but it’s Wendy’s… I had the spicy crispy chicken meal and had to pay extra for the strawberry lemonade for whatever reason. It ain’t fresh. It’s full of chemicals like the rest of them drinks.

Wendy’s is one of the ONLY classic, fast food establishments that actually smells like food when you arrive… fresh, delicious food! Wendy’s NOHO has got to be the King of all the Wendy’s in Manhattan. The aroma of buns baking and cheese melting over sizzling, ground beef are a treat for the senses and this particular Wendy’s is really nicely put together. Flat screen TV’s, a fireplace, wood floors and very IKEA-ish seating and light fixtures. This Wendy’s is one that you wouldn’t feel that bad about asking a date to meet you at for lunch. I’ve been to slow food restaurants that weren’t as well assembled as this Wendy’s. From now on when I’m shopping the SOHO/NOHO strip I will be dining at Wendy’s.

I don’t understand the low ratings for this particular Wendy’s location. I’ll begin by describing the ambience of the restaurant. It’s a huge, brightly lit, modern, space complete with big screen LCDTV’s all over, equipped with wi-fi, power outlets, dark hardwood paneled flooring, & soft dining chairs up front. There’s also extra seating downstairs. The intent is clearly to entice you to stay a little while, which I did. They had New York 1 on this particular TV which I snapped a pic of, and that was all he wrote. I sat there, noshed on my grub, and watched my NY1 as if I were at home. I aint feel like leaving. I silently cried a tear when I realized how late it was, and I had to go. The food was good. Came pretty quick. I ordered 12 pieces of nuggets, a medium strawberry lemonade, and a small chocolate frosty. I feel those who have rated this location low, haven’t been to other Wendy’s restaurants which don’t hold a candle to this one. I’ll be back!

This might sound weird and given the reviews, am sure it’s probably not consistent but I got the best chili and baked potato with cheese and bacon I’ve ever gotten from Wendy’s here(even better than some non chain places I’ve been to). Both were super hot with the right texture and flavor. I came at night so there weren’t many people here, needless to say there was no line, plenty of seating, and the service was fine. The tables were clean and it was a decent inexpensive meal. If every Wendy’s was like this I’d probably drop by more than a few times a year. The only thing I thought was odd was the cheese and bacon baked potato wasn’t on the menu(only the sour cream and chive).

Its fast food & its NY, what am I expecting right? I’ve lived here my whole life but this place gets top five on worst customer service & slowest service EVER. I’ve work right down the block for almost two years and I’ve been here only 3 times. Each time it reminds me why I don’t come back.

Wendy’s located near Washington Square, the line took a while and the chili wasn’t quite hot, nor filled to where I’d expect chili to be filled to. The food was otherwise pretty normal for a Wendy’s, but the service was a step down from others(hence 2 stars).

For the record, when I dine at fast food establishments I am either: 1) very drunk 2) very broke 3) very desperate(see first two points) 4) very stupid Its likely my stupidty that wins every single time regardless if I am drunk, hungry, or broke. But every single time I go in with the same mindset. «I will order Chicken and everything will be okay» But its not okay. The burgers at fast food joints make my stomach turn, but sometimes I succumb to the subliminal need to punish myself and i walk in to the joint and proceed to dig my own grave. The chicken nuggets. The chicken Sandwich. The frosty. They all make me yearn for them. They are filled with the things that make you so happy as you are eating them, so miserable an hour later, and then the next day your mind is totally wiped of the incident hours earlier where you begged your roommate to kill you because the stomach pain was so bad. I have a love/hate relationship with that cute little Wendy. And why do those fries taste so good in the frosty? WHY???

Oh man, this place is a riot. You wait about 15 minutes because there is only one person behind the counter, and maybe 3 others working on a busy Thursday night. The people in front of us were super unhappy, and kept coming up to the counter with complaints after getting their food. They shouldn’t expect much from a Wendy’s. The whole place seems fairly sad and pretty pathetic. The employees seem bored and sick of hearing crap from impatient customers. We just got a few frosty’s and they were pretty decent, but there’s no way I’d order food at this place…

I’ve had mixed experiences at this NoHo location, but have to give them kudos for making things right customer service-wise. On a recent visit, my fries were lukewarm at best and one of them was uncooked. This was disappointing as they now use sea salt and I was very much looking forward to experiencing their new taste. I completed their online«Talk to Wendy’s» form and received an email back the following day from the Operations Manager who apologized and offered me a free Single(hamburger) combo on my next visit. Upon my return the following week, I gave the email to a manager and received my free meal(including cheese). I waited about 5 minutes for hot, fresh fries and absolutely loved them. It goes to show that sometimes complaining can go a long way. I would have brought them back the first time, but I was in a rush — good to know that a major fast food chain cares about their customers, especially in a major city.

OHMYGODTHEBATHROOM the bathroom is horrendous. Not the worst ever, but close. I actually hovered. I never hover and usually hate those who do, especially when said hoverers get their nastiness all over the toilet seat. Eww. As long as you don’t have any open sores or cuts on your ass or wipe your business all over the seat, sitting on the toilet seat isn’t gonna kill you. The toilet seat at this Wendys may have. And so I hovered. Even after that unfortunate experience, I was still hungry. So I got a chili and a frosty cause they’re delicious. But only after I drowned my hands in Purell.
