Can’t speak for them all but I see lazy employees taking breaks in the open as if they’re at home. Lounging, legs out, phones out, taking up seats other patrons can use to dine. On top of that, one employee is combing his beard in the open then picking his nose, just before he heads back into the kitchen. No wonder you guys have E. Coli. Didn’t the company just a few days ago take one whole morning to brief employees about health codes, etc… Last time I come here.

Management/corporate please take notice of this pit of despair. I have tried to eat here so many times and they are always out of things. How is this possible? Also it’s always dirty. Come on management get it together and make this a functioning chipotle.

This is a pretty regular lunch stop for me, and I don’t have anything bad to say about it. Even when it’s busy, I have found that the line moves pretty quickly. I’m able to get in, get my food, get out, and it’s still hot and fresh when I get back to work(yeah, I’m one of those people who eats at my desk and doesn’t enjoy my lunch break). Even at the height of «e.coli-mania», I felt safe coming in and getting soft chicken tacos. Yes, boring. But tasty, hot, and fresh.

They always screw up your online ordering. I had to walk back from work today to ensure they got my order done right. Waste of my lunch hour. They also gave me less in my replacement burrito bowl because i had the gall to come back and complain that they messed up my order.

get that GUAC here cuz it greener n fresher than yo money game! burritos, burrito bowls, tacos, as well as chips & guac. fast-ish food at a great price. despite the shakiness on the nutritional info for Chipotle… i have to say i am a fan. the food is tasty, put together fast, and Chipotle serves MR. PIBBS(the better Dr. Pepper!) this So/NoHoish location is a perfect place to eat because this area is a wasteland(chockful of lame-o delis and ho-hum fast-fooderies) for lunch eats. for grab-n-go dinner, Chipotle is perfect. my go-to at Chipopo is the burrito bowl with Carnitas, brown rice, beans, salsa, sour cream, cheese & romaine… which prolly clocks in over 1000 cals. divide n conquer. eat half now half later. portion control yo equals bang for your buck! if you are looking for more than snack but not a full meal – snag a kids meal. quick eats. not too filling but not thin on the fill. save bucks eat well. the chips and guac are good, but i’m over it. it’s so easy to may your own kickass guac n chips that i feel like it’s a waste. staff is friendly, fast, and hooks you up! the cleanliness of this location depends on time of day and staff on the floor. lunch tends to be messy. evening times tends to be cleanlier. there’s tons of seating at this location from the front entrance all the way back to the cashier. PROTIP: eat lunch here late or early – or late-ish evening. do not come here during peak times as it’s like crowdAmania PROTIP: the bathroom code is on your receipt at the bottom. there are two bathrooms. PROTIP: the staff tends to be more generous when you don’t act like a entitled jerk. and double shout-out for Mr. Pibbs! unlimited refills. i know i know pretty standard… however you can’t get Mr. Pibbs anywhere else in the city other than Chipotles locations. it pairs well with the salty savory eats. drops mic bc these this burrito bowl n Mr Pibbs is a two hand situee. i out. zzzz

Dropped on at 4:15 on a weekday to redeem the BOGO text and the place was absolutely slammed with teenagers. Requested 2 nearly identical burrito bowls, and they failed to include the tortilla with either. There was also an unexpected, unpleasant piece of bone in the very last bite, which left a terrible aftertaste.

If I end up shopping later into the night in this area, I like to stop by this Chipotle to grab a quick filling dinner — chicken bowl! There are many seats in this location spanning more than half of the space which is great! Bathrooms require a code from the receipt — so if you got to go, you know where to look for it!

One word. AVOID. I have NEVER written a Unilocal review before, but felt the need to solely for this Chiptole. This is by far the absolute worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The staff is lazy and rude. They make a comment or give you a dirty look if you ask for more of something. I would rather enjoy my lunch in peace than have to deal with crap like that. Don’t you know you work in a food service industry? In this Chipotle, the customer is not always right. Also, I wanted 15 minutes today for brown rice. Like it was a huge surprise when it rain out. Oh I’m sorry Chipotle employees, you have two jobs: to make sure no food runs out and to serve customers. Shocker, you’re 0 for 2.

The staff here are worse than staff at McDonald’s. They have no idea how to communicate with people. They are ignorant, idiotic, and RUDE. I don’t care if you don’t like your job, that gives you no right to take it out on customers. They need to all grow up and stop acting like little pissed off babies. Learn how to act like normal adults in society and you wouldn’t be stuck in this position for long. This behavior would make anyone look completely incompetent. People like this give us Hispanics a bad image… A serious reality check needs to be looked into. Disgusting.

Worst Chipotle I’ve been to. The staff are always rude and/or lazy and the tables are dirty every time I go in. Go to the Chipotle on St. Marks. It’s 100 times better.

As many previous reviewers have stated, the staff move too fast. My burrito bowl was full of liquid because beans and salsa were not drained. My first bowl’s rice was so salty I had to tell them and they replaced it. When your team doesn’t have enough time to season rice properly, maybe its time to change it up a little.

Please tell your team to SLOWDOWN! You’re not going to lose customers because it takes more than 2 minutes to get them through the line. You’re going to lose customers because you scream so quickly at them for their orders, try to build their meal so quickly that you’re careless and messy, and rush the next customer to the register before the person before has finished paying.

Dear Chipotle, I commend you on your fiery pace and the way you move through the lunch hour rush. But… everyone is scooping beans, rice, chicken, corn, into bowls and burritos so fast… too fast… and I blink my eyes, the cashier is asking for my money, meanwhile I have no idea what I just ordered it all went by so fast and worst of all, I end up with a salad with not enough rice, way too many tomatoes, practically no chicken. The proportions are all wrong! Trust me, we are not that eager to get back to work… please feel free to take a little extra time to ensure accurate burrito/bowl/salad proportions! In the words of another reviewer: slow down a bit, will ya? Thank you!

There’s a strange dearth of easy eating in this area, unless you count Latin delis with B sanitation grades or expensive bistros where you can have some spread on hard Mediterranean bread for a whole bunch of money. So I was lucky to find this Chipotle tucked away under some scaffolding one Friday after work when I tried to run an errand at a nearby store and found myself shaking with that raw hunger that besieges coffee drinkers at the end of a long, long week. I walked in here confidently because I knew what I’d get; an American-neutered version of Mexican staples. Just as I recalled, the main options were burritos or bowls. Burrito no question; the«bowls» are basically poor man’s salads in an ugly, shallow, plastic container with sour cream and guac dumped all over it. The girl in the assembly line who took my order had a weary, sullen look about her, and tossed ingredients onto a dog eared burrito, letting the juices splatter beyond the border of the gigantic flour tortilla. I couldn’t be bothered, and just focused on the next stage, where a more careful girl added veggies, sour cream, guacamole, and hot sauce. Then, girl #1 returned to the scene to do the worst job ever just barely rolling up what became a football sized thing barely contained in foil. All good to me. I paid up $ 14 basically, which educated me on what toppings they must have charged for(like everything in the second stage of the assembly line that should normally be included in any burrito, because what is a burrito without salsa fresca or sour cream or cheese??). Resigned to my fate, I took my revenge by taking a tiny sauce cup and taking several shots of overly sweet lemonade from the soda fountain. That’s right. Self righteously grabbing plastic utensils, I took a seat on a stool at an elevated table(thank god, everything was clean and there was tons of space here and there). As I ate the whole thing, a couple college girls sat at the other end of the table, trying not to look at the sad sight I must have posed — alone on a Friday night, a’tremble at the intake of so-so food. The lime rice was a little too slippery and wet for my taste, while the pinto beans were actually a standout. The carnitas were salty and also very wet, but I’ll take that over dessicated, flavorless shreds of pork any day. The cheese was sharp but had no salt content or distinguishable flavor at all, so that was sad. Luckily, the super fresh, slightly mangoey corn and cilantro saved the day. And I ate the whole thing; even the corners where the tortilla fuses together and becomes a hard knob of solid carb. Then, I took some more shots from the fountain — Mr. Pibb this time — while the staff shared a meal right behind me, totally absorbed in the fact that they got to have a break from feeding humanity. And you know, what can I say but that I was feeling the experience? There was something so pleasant about visiting the vortex of diverse youth that frequents this chain; remarkably the same here or in any suburb or college town across California. Between globular cheekfulls of unidentified burrito matter, I kind of blissed out hearing my table mates talk about how they were going to take tequila shots tonight and how they should keep each other from drinking too much. I became vaguely tempted to ask where the party was, but remembered my age and merely wiped the sauce from my mouth instead. Oh, Chipotle. Say what one will about the fact that it’s owned by McDonald’s, but it’s a pillar of normalcy to lean on if you ever get stuck while hungry in high-stepping, haute Bohemian NoHo.

Brand new Chipotle location and no one has gone on to review it yet? What?! Just like many of the other locations this one is top notch. Everything is of course all shiny and new. There’s a awesome wood feature wall running along the left side, station on the right for drinks/napkin/plastic ware, etc, and high-top tables right down the middle. I think I counted about 6 high-top tables, 4 regular tables and some fancy bench seating up at the entrance(so plenty of seating!). Like most locations the staff is efficient, they move quick and have a smile on their face while doing it. I was in and out with my lunch to go in less than 10 minutes… and my salad came out perfectly. A few Notes — just like the other locations they have new offerings like brown rice and roast pepper salsa(my fav!). — for the NoHo neighborhood I was expecting quite the crowd at 2pm but was pleasantly surprised that there were only 2 people in front of me when I arrived. — super easy access to the subway(green & orange lines are right at the end of the block) YAY for new Chipotle’s opening up! I’m looking forward to my next visit!
