Also known as Victorio’s Brick Oven and Pizza Restaurant on Seamless. So I was a big fan of this place with their gluten free Italian options and quick delivery, hence the reason why they get the extra star. That changed though with my most recent interaction with their customer service over the phone. I had ordered a chicken marsala with pasta, gluten free option. Get a call from their staff and she tells me the chicken marsala is not gluten free, which different sauce would you like instead. She gave me some options and I said mushroom. I get the delivery(friendly delivery guy by the way) and ready to eat my food. I noticed there was no chicken anymore. I called the restaurant back and the same woman answers the phone. I asked why there was no chicken in my meal and she said if I had wanted chicken I should have said that. Uhh. NO you asked what SAUCE I wanted replaced and the fact that I clearly ordered in my seamless history that I wanted CHICKEN Marsala should indicate I want chicken. Just because I want a different sauce doesn’t mean to you totally take out an essential piece out of my order. From an outsider perspective this seems like a miscommunication had happened. I get it, sometimes mistakes and miscommunication happens. What I have issue is how the woman handled the situation and put the blame on me. That is rude and poor customer service. Please remember what it is that you said, hold yourself accountable, provide more polite customer service and not blame customers for your error. Thankfully I reached out to Seamless who had much better customer service and understood that I was not in the wrong, ensured I got my refund and gave me compensation credit for a future order. I’m sorry but not sorry to have take this out of my list of go-to delivery places. Hopefully this woman learns better customer service or gets demoted/fired. See-ya Victorio’s.

This pizza was good at one point I swear! My family has been seeking a new place to get our pizza fix since the previous place closed some time ago. I remember walking in here last year and getting two delish margherita slices. I initially got one and went back for the second because I was so pleased. Plus, they have a hefty selection of items and it was a win all around. Did I mention friendly workers? Win+ What in the hell happened? My family ordered a pie from here a few weeks ago and it was laughable. A Margherita pie with pathetic slivers of cheese(85% sauce without a doubt) and not even hot. I had nothing but praise for this pizza shop and it didn’t remotely live up to it. My sister got some kind of roll with cheese and possibly meat that she enjoyed, but I can’t remember what exactly it was. Despite this, I walked in the other day for a quick slice and it was like I relived the delivery pizza experience all over again. Somehow worse because the cheese wasn’t properly melted despite being HEATEDUPINTHEOVENRIGHTBEFOREMYEYES. Man, this honestly is some one star stuff right here, but I haven’t tried other dishes and I am willing to give those a shot. The pizza shop I used to frequent had the most average of pizza, but their gyros and fries gave me life. So who knows, Victorio’s might have slamming calamari or wings. I’m willing to find out, but avoid that pizza.

The pizza is OK just know they use the lowest cheapest ingredients they possibly can for everything especially the wings the blue cheese dressing and Parmesan cheese

Ordered pizza from this place. While the delivery time is amazing, the pizza was just so completely underwhelming and the sauce tasted very sugary. I’m sure they have other good food but the pizza is not one of them.

I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered a pasta dish and a calzone and both were basically uneatable — they had absolutely no taste to them. It’s unbelievable how a place like this can stay in business. Never again.

A local neighborhood pizza shop we order from often. The pizza is always hot, cheesy and the crust is never hard. They make a great margarita pizza the kids favor. Gf pizza too is a definite draw. Thanks for including this on the menu.

It pains me to write this review because Victorio’s was my go-to pizza spot. Sadly the last few times I ordered from them, the pizza was very disappointing. It arrived cold, and looked and tasted as if it had been sitting out all day. I thought their pies were made-to-order, so I don’t know if they’ve changed cooks or owners, or just don’t care anymore. Now that there are more options in the neighborhood, I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Maybe this place got new management recently or something because I’m REALLY surprised at the low reviews this place gets. This is a *SEAMLESSREVIEW.* I have ordered from this place at least 3 – 4 times now, usually on a Friday or Saturday when I’m feeling lazy/antisocial and want to stay in and«watch Netflix and chill»… by myself. FOOD: –The food is not handmade-mozzarella-just-for-you-with-unicorn-sparkles gourmet, but they use real ingredients and not some soybean oil«cheese» and never skimp on the toppings(see picture below). I can’t even pick up my pizza at times because the thin crust doesn’t support the weight of the toppings(this is a good thing). –Sometimes the pizza isn’t piping hot but just warm, and might require a brief reheating in the oven/toaster. Come on people this is NYC in the winter and this is a mom and pop joint. If you want piping hot, order PICKUP. Pro tip: set your oven or toaster oven to boil for between 2 – 5 minutes until the cheese is fully melted for all delivery cheesy things in life. –Their veggies are awesomely fresh and the chicken is white meat chicken breast. You can conceivably order a pizza that is reasonably healthy if you wanted to. PRICING: I don’t think their prices are steep at all. I just tried to duplicate my order on Domino’s and it comes out to about the same.(Seriously…1 star ratings just due to the price hikes? Have you noticed the rent increases in the neighborhood? Tons of mom and pop shops are closing down because they can’t make the rent. Be realistic.) SERVICE: I’ve gotten calls from a female owner/employee pretty much every time I ordered to clarify my delivery order(yes I’m THAT girl who makes a billion modifications). I appreciate their communication. Additionally, the pizza has arrived within or under the estimated delivery time. This is mostly why I’m giving this place a 5 instead of a 4 star review. CONCLUSION: A dependable no-fuss spot for decent pizza.

Delivery took hour and ½, the pizza was cold! And wasn’t good for the price. Really I won’t order again from there

One of the worst pizza places I have ever been to in my entire life. This place doesn’t even deserve a review. Horrible service, super rude cashier lady, careless people serving pizza, dirty tables and poor quality pizza. Expensive for the quality and portion. I had to wait more than 25 mins for one Alice of pepperoni. I mean, come on! When I told them I was leaving because they were taking forever and asked them for a refund, the slice was given to me in less than 30 seconds. The staff is chatting and laughing away and seem to care less about the customers. Disappointed on so many different levels.

Good pizza, clean restaurant. Friendly staff, affordable prices. The Shrimp Scampi was under seasoned, so I deducted a star for that. Looking forward to trying other dishes.

Decent pizza in the area is good to find, and the spot is clean, with seating for a quick bite on the way to the subway. Plus– I left my backpack here and they kept it for me, untouched, until I could pick it up– an NYC miracle!!! Recommended.

Great pizza place! Just like their veggie pizza so much. It has many kinds of vegetables, more than any veggie pizza I tried before, and the flavor is awesome. Price a little high but OK.

Yea so when this place first opened I was very happy with it. I usually got a pasta dish –some type of sauce broccoli and shrimp. The food usually takes awhile but that was okay it was good and affordable. Then one day I came back and they changed their prices! I was ordering from the menu they had posted on the wall(don’t go by those prices anymore). When I went to pay it was a lot more expensive and for not as much food. You have to look at the prices in the paper menus!!! Let’s just say it’s more expensive and not worth the wait(in my opinion). The pizza isn’t amazing either. It is clean and most of the people who work their are very nice. But it always seems to take a long time to pay and the last time I went the woman at the register was a little snippy. It’s nice to have a pizza spot in the area but I’ve switched my business to Mama Tina’s instead! Don’t think I’ll be going back.

I ordered a Margherita pizza from Seamless and it came cold and topping-less! The sauce was all over the pizza box top and there were pieces laying on top of each other. It looked like it had been dropped a few times. The«hot» wings I got were small in size and very fatty. Caesar salad was just iceberg lettuce and stale croutons.

This is our favorite pizza place in the neighborhood, by far. Also, we recently ordered from them via GrubHub and even though there seems to have been a glitch on Grubhub’s end(it reverted it to pick up instead of delivery when it processed… and we only realized this after the order was done and we were notified to pick it up) we called up Victorio’s and they were helpful and even though they presumably already had a back up of scheduled deliveries were able to get our food to us pretty quick after we called, all things considered. That being said, the pizza really is good and my wife really likes their wings as well. The pasta dishes are usually very good as well, though a bit rich/oily(which, makes for great tasting dishes, if not terribly healthy I suppose, lol) — Jules V’s husband

I was starving and happy to see a new pizza«joint» in my neighborhood. I walked in for my favorite Penne ala Vodka dish. I asked the cash registrant/manager for her recommendation and like the Italian woman I know pinched her fingers together and kissed them. After the assurance of an excellent meal I upgraded to a large and even added shrimp for an extra $ 4. The food smelled and tasted delicious. She is not the most smiley or hahaha friendly woman but she sure knows her food. There is a few tables to sit in there but probably best to order from the freindly delivery service guys who seemed to be in and out quickly and frequently.

Legit, great pizza and great people behind the counter. I’m new to Harlem and this is hands down my favorite pizza around. Fresh ingredients, a big menu(other italian dishes), feels like classic NY. I’m thankful I tried this place, and very surprised w/the low review on Unilocal. It smells great when you walk in, like garlic, warm pasta, basil, mozzarella(does that have an aroma?). The pizza is cooked well, not like the other garbage around. This place deserves a 4 star average, do yourself a favor and try it out.

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a large pie with mushroom one the whole pie and pep and jalapeño on half. First, they charged me for three toppings — whatever. Apparently the instructions weren’t clear. The restaurant called to try to clear it up but the guy who called had an attitude. Whatever again. When the pizza gets here its half mushroom, half jalapeño half pep. Not only should they def have not charged me for 3 toppings but the mushrooms and jalapeños they use are canned. I called them to let them know the order was wrong. Instead of nasty canned shrooms and peños I asked for just half pep. They refused to adjust the price and then delivered a medium. At my wits end, I called grub hub to see if they could help. They called the restaurant but they still refused to do anything. Needless to say, I’ll stay away next time for any one of the 10 complete errors and refusals they made.

This place is the worst. The pizza is nothing special, but it’s not awful. It usually comes in a reasonable time, but it’s rarely still very warm. Here’s why I’ll never order from this place again, though. A few nights ago, I ordered a pizza and fried zucchini on GrubHub. They called to let me know they were out of fried zucchini(disappointing, but OK). They tried to get me to agree to a sausage roll(whatever that is) or a cheese calzone, but I said no thanks and asked them to just please refund the charge for the zucchini. They said no problem. The pizza came. A couple days later, the refund hadn’t been issued, so I got in touch with GrubHub. They called the restaurant, and apparently whoever answered insisted I had asked for a cheese calzone to be substituted for the fried zucchini. Luckily, GrubHub believed me and refunded the charge. I get that mistakes happen. I understand that sometimes restaurants run out of things… I could even understand if they got busy and forgot to issue the refund. But to totally lie about what happened? Who does that?! Orderers beware!
