New to the neighborhood and completely welcomed. For those of you that are familiar with the area, you know that it’s located in what used to be a pizza shop and pawn shop. I think it’s in the perfect location… Easy to grab a cup of joe before hopping on the surrounding public transportation– C train, Bx6, M3 bus. The interior is nice and staff is really friendly. The service is a bit slow but I chalk that up to it recently opening and the staff is still trying to catch its groove. Donuts are ALWAYS fresh!!! Coffee is ALWAYS brewed to perfection. Did I mention that this Dunkin’ location also shares its space with Baskin-Robbins. Never too cold for some ice cream :) If you’re in the area, please stop in and grab a quick cup of coffee to get your day started riiiiight. America runs on Dunkin’!!!

I’m giving this place two stars for only two reasons, it’s convenient and they have what they should have(coffee & donuts). Other then that, the staff are as clueless as a bag of hammers. No hello, no greetings then after you give them a greeting. Can’t count change. Unwilling to provide service. But I wasn’t expecting that any way here. Do far I’ve giving two reviews about«DD» and they’re the same. Bad service.

The morning staff is very friendly, I love the ladies there. They always remember my drink order and make it quick and just how I like it every time. I hate some of the crowd that hangs out around there especially the door hustlers!(Opening a door at Dunkin is not a job it’s a courtesy). The unwanted public crowd aside, this place is pretty good.

Good. However, they tend to make a lot of mistakes on their to-go orders. They have a bathroom, but it is closed after 11PM.

This is my neighborhood DD, so I am in here quite often when I don’t want to go to Starbucks or make my jo’ at home. There are so many people that work here. Quite often there will be 5 people meandering behind the counter, but no one at the register? They don’t know the meaning of the term«black coffee»…So make sure you’re specific with how you want your tar. NOCOFFEEANDNOSUGAR. NONE! The donuts are ok. Sometimes they put the boston crème the chocolate side down into the bag and that really pisses me off, because Rusty hates it when all of the chocolate gets scraped off. Other than that, no real complaints.

All the staff who actually«work» are great! But it’s a shame to see the manager doing nothing but hovering over employees when there are a bunch of people waiting online. The previous store manager was getting work done, so they moved her to another store I heard and decided to replace her with a terrible slackerific dude who just hides in the corner. Wanna wait forever while you order your donut and ice coffee, come to this dunkin donuts. Oh yea… chances are the donut will be stale.

Workers need to pay attention to what the customers order. Always a line in the morning around 9am

Friendly people, quick service, and it’s DD! It’s better than the one two blocks east! Probably not better than the Starbucks nearby, but… less consistently busy and much closer to the train stop.

I usually stopped by here on my way to class. Just want to mention that the service here is not that great. All the workers chit-chat to one another and barely pay attention to the customers. Though they don’t screw normally screw up the order, there have been a few instances. It’s Dunkin’ Donuts — it’s not supposed to be that difficult so 2 stars b/c «Meh. I’ve experienced better.»

Whomever decided to place a D&D right around the corner from my place knew they were about to make some money… triple time. Not only is D&D my crack, but there’s something about this particular D&D that prepares the coffee right to the point where it seeps into my veins & pulsates to the rhythm of Mickey Jackson’s «Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough»…and let me tell you: I canNOT get enough!!! …therefore, I can’t stop. I don’t know if it’s the water they use, the correct ratio of coffee to half & half to sugar or perhaps a performed shaman dance of the cacao bean… but holy jumpin’ doughnut holes prancing around like visions of sugarplums around my head! This is the coffee nectar of the Gods! …and I’ve been blessed to have it in such close proximity. «Ain’t no D&D like the one I got… no one can do me bettaaaa… serves around, but he gives me a lot… friends will tell me I should leave him alone… tell the freaks to find a D&D of their own!!!»
