I love these guys. They are very friendly and they make an excellent slice. Every time I go in, I ask to know their secret!(Every good pizza maker has one). They haven’t told me yet but I think it’s just a matter of time… Good zeppoles, too. Thumbs up!

Wow! That is a bad slice of pizza! Doughy, under cooked crust, rubbery tasteless cheese, and bland sauce. Think I’d rather eat Dominoes…

We just called a couple times, and they didn’t pick up the phone. My wife’s on the phone with Papa John’s right now. They answer the phone… I’ve been here a couple times, and I actually craved their pizza the past couple days. So we called up to order a couple extra larges for pick up, but no answer. Oh well, PJ’s is on the way. UPDATE(25 minutes later): Papa John’s is here with two hot extra large pizzas. NM, you should answer your phone once in a while…

Very good pizza. Thin and crispy crust. One of my regular stops. A little pricey for NY slices though, still worth it.

This is a great slice of pizza. The texture of the crust is great — it really holds up and is a bit crispy, but it’s still so soft and flavorful. I think they balance the cheese and sauce really well. Be prepared — you don’t really sit down and eat in there, unless you don’t care about having a table. I grab a slice before I get on the train when I’m going home, and it’s really either that or you’re ordering a pizza to go. They have a couple of benches that you can sit on while you wait. But they’re fast, cheap and DELICIOUS. What more can you ask for?

These guys are great and their pizza is the best in the area. I love how they toast the bread on the pizza really well, and yeah, their pizza has crazy oil on it but hell, that’s what napkins are for!

This really is a convenient location, right around the corner from the 145th street stop. I was STARVING after taking the B train from Sheepshead Bay to Harlem(I deserve a tolerance and patience medal for that super long, annoying train ride!). Glad I found this place as a regular slice was only $ 2.50. This place is beyond tiny so they have one garden bench and small lawn tables for people to relax for a quick second. They also have 2 garden benches outside, same lawn furniture. Randomness. Very quick staff, the pizza was piping hott. 2 stars off because the pizza was way too oily! I had to hold the slice up numerous times so the oil would just drip drip drip away. Huge piles of oil all over the wax paper and paper plate. So much so that I had to dab the slice with crazy amounts of napkins. Once you get rid of the 3 lbs. of oil, then you can actually enjoy it. It’s not bad, pretty good pizza, in fact. The oil is such a major problem though.

This is an ok slice of pizza. A big fat juicy and cheesy pizza is the best way to describe it. The crust is not crunchy but doesn’t sag — it has the texture of a Portuguese roll to be exact. There are no tables, they do however have 2 benches outside where you can sit and people watch if they are not taken, and 1 bench inside. Not a place I would go out of my to come eat but if I’m hungry and nearby I wouldn’t skip it.

This is just not a very good slice. Too bad really, considering they are in a convenient location close to the A/B/C/D stop at 145th. The crust is too doughy and ALWAYS undercooked. The cheese and sauce must be the cheapest money can buy. They’ve been around a while though, so maybe people like it that way? Or maybe they just don’t know better. Poor bastards. +1 star for the service with a smile — the guys that run the place are nice. If I were starving after coming off the train, with 2 broken ankles in a monsoon, I *might* consider getting a slice here. On second thought, Broadway’s not that far away…
