Tuscany

I was so happy with their food and service. A very tall dark skin guy called Jordan was very Jovial and Professional. He is the best. I can’t find any restaurant better than Tuscany! I recommend Tuscany to anyone in need of a great food service.

We order from here on a weekly basis for my office.
The food is consistent, the issue lately has been delivery time. I try to place our orders at least two hours ahead of time (we need it to be here for a specific meeting every time we order), and lately that’s not even enough for them to make up our sandwiches and salads and get them to our office four blocks away.
When I ordered last week it took over two and a half hours for our food to arrive, long after the meeting we needed it for was over. I was told by the person I spoke to over the phone that a manager would be calling me but that never happened.
Despite that terrible experience, this morning I placed the order at 10:40 for a 12:30 lunch and we’re still waiting here for it after calling multiple times. I figured calling long before the lunch rush would get our food here in a reasonable time frame. I can’t imagine what kind of wait time you’ll have if you’re ordering closer to actual lunch time.
I don’t think we’ll be ordering from here again as the stress of trying to coordinate our lunch meeting with their ridiculous wait times is too much. Every other place we’ve ordered from can get the same amount of food out their door from the same distance away in less than half an hour.
Oh well, another place crossed off the list.

I can only give a review on the Pizza here. Hands down, probably one of the worst slices of pizza I’ve ever hard. Dough is burned, sauce is tasteless, and If you’d call that cheese, yeah that doesn’t taste like cheese. Guys hire someone who knows what he’s doing back there. The 99 cent pizza place makes a better slice. Strong pass

Great food! My office has a house account. It’s amazing! We order every day. My favorite sandwiches are the portobello mushroom sandwich and the ham and Brie on baguette. I also love the Tuna sandwich too. They do catering too! Don’t know what we would do if they weren’t around!

I had trouble finding this new location. You need to go inside Bocca and tell them you are picking up for Tuscany. However, the food is still excellent. I had the walnut, apricot, gorgonzola and mixed greens salad, it was huge! Also, the chicken parm sandwich is among the best in the area.

This place rocks. I hope the new location isn’t as grimey as the old one. Who cares, the food will still be awesome.
