Staff was helpful and friendly. They brought up several sizes for me. I took a long time to decide but they were patient and didn’t rush me.

WARNING: When making a purchase online make sure u dont use PayPal or u will have a headache to get money back. They wont even give you back merchandise credit at this store!!! This is what they call a «easy return» HAHAHA. Far from it.

Personally, Timberland is not my style and I’m not really into the whole lumberjack look, but my boyfriend and his brother are big fans. Aside from the boot they’re known for, they carry really good basics for cold weather — wool sweaters, thermals, coats, thick socks, etc. Though this shop is small, they have stools for tired shoppers to sit on and another plus is their free wifi. I was able to use facetime to get help picking out prospective Christmas items. The staff is also friendly.

Had a great experience here today. I went in looking for a specific style because I’ve never owned Timberlands and was afraid to order online. The staff was super helpful — it was a fantastic customer service experience. They were patient, brought me everything I needed, and offered suggestions for leather care/upkeep. They also have thick socks you can try on with the boots, too(which was helpful since it’s summer and obviously, I didn’t have wool socks with me). I really appreciated the customer service experience and I’ll definitely be back to this location.

I shop for timberland products online. I will come here to make a return. The store is very small and the items are limited in selections. The staff can be helpful it depends on their mood. I stop in if I’m in the area to see if anything catches my eye. This has yet to happen. I will stick to shopping on line or at the outlets. This store needs a complete renovation.

I wanted to pick up a pair of shoes rugged enough to deal with the more inclement weather we have been having recently in the city. I always liked the Timberland brand because they offer aesthetically appealing shoes that are undoubtedly functional in design. The soles are fairly thick and provide a good grip when navigating mixed terrain in the city. They are incredibly comfortable too. Also, many of their models are waterproof which is especially desirable. My mistake though was making a trip to the main store in SoHo instead of just ordering the shoes I wanted online. In all, I looked at three different styles of shoes. All three models were not available in my very common size of a 9. Two of the models were only available in 11 and up. The other was available in 7.5 and 8. Are you serious? I was just amazed that their supplies were so thin. Why rent such valuable retail space if you are not going to stock your product? Fortunately the customer service was considerably above average. I would like to have purchased my shoes here. Good thing I didn’t though, as I was able to find the shoes I wanted, in my size, a couple of blocks down at another shoe store. Better than that, rather than pay full price like at the Timberland store, I was able to save $ 45. I don’t see this store lasting.
