CLOSEDFORBUSINESS Last week was Miro’s last day, came without a warning. I work on top of Miro’s, so this was my go to spot for breakfast and the occasional lunch. Breakfast egg sandwiches were consistently brilliant, good coffee, great assortment of pastries. Loved that stove, made delicious bread and pizzas(Seriously). Really great sandwiches as well. Only downside is that they were crazy, prohibitively expensive. RIP Miros.

Love the salads and their fresh baked bread is just yummy! Nice place to sit and talk while enjoying a light meal though it is a bit on the pricey side. Fresh ingredients and good sandwich options. The staff is kind of snooty at times and you’ve got to make sure they get your order right since for some reason they tend not to. Portions could be bigger.

I had a random craving for bubble tea and saw it written on the sign board, on a gorgeous spring day. Sadly they ran out of tapioca pearls, but I did manage to get the jelly. Still pretty delicious though! The pastries looked tempting too.

I love their sandwiches. They bake their own sandwich bread & in my personal opinion, have one of the best tuna sandwiches I can find in a NY del-type place. You can add your own ingredients and the bread is the right combo of crispy and soft. The price is a little high, but I’m okay with that.

I don’t think the food is worth the price. Everything tastes just about the same as the food you’d buy — for less — at any other café in SoHo. The only exception is their flat bread which is yummy and makes their sandwiches one of the best.

I don’t know why people like coming here for their salads — Duke’s seems like a better option to me. Yes, they give you the fresh baked breads, but you only get to pick 4 items and not to mention why is avocado topping priced at 2 dollars. F skipped the avocado and just stuck with the 4 items.

In the passage of my travels, Soho bestowed upon me for an invigorating intake for curated shopping including lunch at Miro Café. To replenish my thirst from a long haul morning without substance of one iced tea at $ 2.25 and one Cranberry Muffin at $ 2.50 totaling $ 5.17 includes sales tax – blame it on Messrs. Cuomo, Bloomdumb and Uncle Sam, the Grandfather of all taxes. It suits my budget and fulfills my stomach as I needed a quick and cheap small fix substance to tie me for the afternoon. This Cranberry Muffin was the freshest with flavor and moist I’ve ever encountered. Seating is ample without the elbow-to-elbow bump and grind of your neighbor. Décor is simple and clean. Avoid the facilities at all costs. Upon entering there is a strong foul stench which makes you want to vomit after consuming a meal. A long bread line is not worth holding your breath suffering this strong foul stench.

We went here for lunch. I wanted to order a pizza but their oven was broken and somebody was there fixing it. We decided to order a sandwich but was told they didn’t have bread and that they only have wraps. We ordered Turkey Sandwich with brie and honey mustard sauce with tomatoes and onions. I was charged extra for the tomatoes and onions. When I got my wrap, I saw that I was given the wrong order. I brought it back to them and they made me another wrap. I felt sorry for the person who had my order and didn’t realize it because I think they took it to go. The wrap and turkey was dry. The only good thing about it was the brie. The only reason we stopped here was to cool down and grab a quick bite. Think I’ll try and find some other place to eat next time.

The sandwiches and the salads are good here but are expensive, considering the small portions. I wasn’t impressed with the freshly squeezed juices since they tasted watered down. It’s a good place to go to if you want somewhere to sit down indoors with a friend though. Here’s a tip: If you go a few doors down, the salad is a little cheaper at Broadway Gourmet and just as tasty.

The food is okay — not bad. BUT — I tried the Taro Boba here and it was possibly the worst taro boba I’ve had. It just tasted so artificial/sweet, and while on my way home I had to use the bathroom… urgently. Something in there ain’t right. On the other hand, my friend enjoyed her americano.

At last visit, I payed too much for readymade sushi and seaweed salad, then went back to sit next to a mismatched couple fighting over where to watch the super bowl. This is a pretty good place to fight with someone you don’t like about shit that doesn’t matter, not as good a place to buy sushi. A lot of other reviewers note that this place is pretty much only good for shamefully(or shamelessly, if that’s your style) using their restroom, which is about right. My office is right across the street and has a dyson airblade, so you all can suck it.

I came here with my friend for lunch and i ordered a fruit salad and an ice tea. The fruit salad was so bad and not fresh. Almost every thing on there menu was expensive!!!

Head straight back. Bathroom. Beeline. Pee. Leave. Sandwiches are overpriced and a rip off of Cosi with cheaper ingredients. Meh. Gets two stars because its one of the few bathroom places in SoHo.

Don’t look anyone in the eye while you walk straight through to the back to use their(usually clean) bathroom. Repeat as you exit. In all honesty, their food isn’t terrible. It’s a glorified fast, fresh, typical deli. Don’t buy Diet Coke here — it comes in those tiny glass bottles like in silly ‘European’ restaurants & you’ll feel stupid for spending $ 2+ on it.

Don’t waste Ur time or money here, space is cool enuf, while it could use an update, workable. I actually sought this place out BC it was crowded and cold out, and I wanted a hot coffe and check emails, No good sinage out front, was difficult to see from down the block NOWIFI! No phone service in the back Tables dirty Music sounds like it’s not quite on the station –fuzzy Service was not special. I will not b back unless some improvements r made. 2 Starbucks around the corner.

The service is horrendous. The salads are disgusting. They conveniently lead you away to the cash register with a ticket before the servers put the dressing on, and toss the salad… When my salad finally arrived down at the cash register, it resembled soup more than salad. It was doused in disgusting salad dressing that tasted nothing like balsamic vinagrette. $ 10 and a stomach ache later… I have banned it from my life.

Over priced. Rude and slooooooooooow service. Said is overpriced and they never have avocado. If by some chance they do, they want to charge you 2 bucks extra for it. I can do better at Broadway Gourmet. the only thing remotley redeeming about this place is the cosi like bread.

After my workout today I decided that I was going to grab a quick bite and stumbled upon this café. I had a Turkey/Brie sandwich and bottle of water and it cost me about 12 bucks. I’ve been other places throughout the city and have paid that and more and had half as a good sandwich. I also liked their Sushi selection but didn’t try any, and I thought that was extremely well priced! Everyone was fairly friendly and it was pretty painless getting my meal.

Boo for overly expensive, sub par food. Boo for annoyed(ing), snippy staff. Boo for uncomfortable seats and unclean(even though it was empty!) seating area. Sorry, folks. That’s a trifecta of boo, and we are outta here.

Can I just say that this place is so cute from the outside, but that is about it. Their selection of coffee and food is mediocre but the deal-breaker is their staff. Rude and ignorant… I ordered the hamentashen that was in clear sight of the cashier, and she rolled her eyes as if she had no idea what I was talking about for starters, and on pointing it out, she was like«oh, a scone» and then I asked her what flavors were available and her coworker just rolled his eyes and put the first one he saw on my plate. Thankfully, it tasted alright. The bathroom was a pit, well an American pit [if this were in India, it would literally be a pit, I’m sure]. The ambiance inside is really nothing special either, barely conducive to relax and read a book or even chitchat with buddies.
