After I brought home the $ 180 dress I got from BEBE, I realized that the merchandise was clearly used. I went to their store the next day and asked to return the dress. However, the staff said they were not able to because I cut the price tag. It came with a tag that attached to it with a pin and I returned it with the tag on it. The girl who sold the dress for me didn’t say anything about the dress when she wrap the dress for me. I paid the original price for a used merchandise and they blamed on me for their own mistake! I am still really annoyed and I will never ever shop there again.

So I love this store, every time I went in I got great help but on Saturday 8÷30÷2014 around 2pm I dealt with the most nastiest staff I ever encountered. I got no help from the staff for about 20 minutes and then when this rude girl brought my stuff over to the changing room she left and I had to scream to the people at the register for help and walked around the store with my dress on to find the right size. Never again will I go to that store or recommend anybody else there.

Im always in this store! love it! only thing is I miss Greg the old manager… he was amazing!!! I became a bebe addict due to him. he would pick up dresses that I wouldnt even look at twice but once I wore them I couldnt believe how well they fit… he was a gem. I think he is now at Michael Kors… I still frequent this store but its somehow not the same without him. :/​. 4 stars just because hes not there anymore otherwise it would be 5

If you need professional club wear, this store is a treasure chest!
This Bebe tends to offer a better selection than its counterparts in Manhattan — they have camisoles, tights, dresses with extra holes in the torso in case you have extra arms, bandage dresses that would make a mummy look hot, jackets to put over those dresses, and really tight pants.
The sales are as flattering as the remarks you’ll probably receive in your new clothing!

I adore this Bebe location in Soho!
The employees are so, so sweet and helpful. They promptly start a fitting room for me while I shop, get sexy heels to try on with the dresses, and give me thoughtful suggestions. They are helpful in a friendly, fun way your girl friends would be (not like an overbearing salesperson).
I love Bebe dresses in general, especially the bandage/​bodycon ones that accentuate curves. They have great sales too– often. I got an amazing NYE for $ 80. Happy times!

I checked out this Bebe location last night while exploring SoHo for FNO. I typically don’t go to «standard» Bebe locations, as I prefer the prices at the outlets but I couldn’t pass this one up.
This location is small but they make use of the space that they have. They have mirrors built up as walls, which in turn separate the different parts of the store. There is a beautiful checkout counter. The shoe department was nice, but tiny. They have great big windows in the front so you can look out at Broadway.
Overall, a nice location but nothing special.

This is the friendliest and best Bebe location by far. They should award the employees for being so nice and helpful. Recently, I’ve been obsessed with dressing sexier and Bebe is a great store for fabulous body conscious outfits. I find myself going to the Soho Bebe almost weekly. They seem to have the most stock and if they are out of your size in something, they will order it for you. Go to the Soho Bebe for the best shopping experience. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same thing about the Bebe in Short Hills, NJ. Although I love the Short Hills Mall, I find that the management at Bebe in Short Hills is rude and unhelpful. Take it from a shopaholic: Manhattan is a shopper’s paradise!

Came here to find a cute dress for a Fourth of July party. I was so overwhelmed by the variety of dresses they had. It was so hard for me to choose.
I narrowed it down to 5 dresses and was assisted by an awesome sales representative who carried my clothes to the dressing room for me and helped me to choose the perfect dress.
I received so many compliments on my dress at the party. Usually when shopping, I would walk pass this store. Now, its the first store I go to when I need something cute, original, and stylish to wear.

Always find fresh, modern clothes here. More about cut than color, though they do color well.
Incredible luck today. Found a basic black trench coat with military-​esque touches on sale for $ 79!!! Best part: I didn’t know it was on sale. I was prepared to shell out full price $ 119 (shame on me). Very helpful salespeople. Not pushy, just honest about what works on your body. Accessories could be better (looks like club gear), but clothes are always fun.
