This place is a joke. Customer service sucks. Sound system sucks. D. J sucks. Crowd is ratchet, classless and oh yes sucks. Save yourself the trip and steer clear from this money pit.

I celebrated my 31^st Birthday here and all I can say was it was just OK. Dancers were nice looking security got us in pretty quick n we RSVP a table. Once we STOOD with our drinks at that standup table we had a bus boy come tell us «We need this table «and Simply started removing items off the table such as our hookah with lil explanation all because a group of ppl came in & ordered a bottle or 2 like granted yes they should have a place to sit etc which should have been VIP instead of moving a birthday group at a standard stand-​up table It just showed their customer service and not to mention MENS & WOMAN’S RESTROOM ARE IN SAME ROOM NO SEPARATION ((Ladies thats Gross)) Last but not least The area is definitely in the boom dox. So if your bored let this place be your last option.

Oh where do I begin?! Frist off, I thought ratchet was a verb not an actual destination! This place is all around horrible. From the security yelling bottle line every second and them letting people in with packbacks?! To the thuggish /​birdish crowd lingering inside and outside of the club. That should have been my clue right there. There is nooo parking anywhere close to this place, valet is $ 20 bucks. I arrived Sunday at 12:50AM stood in line for about 15 minutes. I was charged $ 30 to get in. I had to check my coat for $ 5 although I saw plenty of people with their coats on in there. Once you get in, it’s confusion and chaos. The one single patio table separates you from entry to the cashier. I stood on line to pay for about another 10 minutes. There are people crowding and pushing in this tiny space near the cashier, in hopes to get some breathing room… nope not happening. The place is the small and they pack it to the brim. There’s no place to dance or walk. This club is just all VIP. Only one bathroom with two stalls for men and women. THIS CLUB DOES NOT TAKE ANY TYPE OF CREDIT CARDS! I stayed 35 minutes, if that. The last thing I heard was chicken noodle soup. Right then and there I knew I had to get outta there. I would NEVER go to this club again.

Horrendous customer service is right!!! i will never patronize this place again, we were a big party and even though it was free at the time we all arrived they tried to charge half of our party a $ 20 admission fee, then after we ordered hookah they moved us from our spot to put some men in our area. we are paying customers too why did we have to move and when i wanted to speak to the manager who is apparently never there he/​she was nowhere to be found and the issue was not resolved. and above all that the valet service «lost» my friend’s vehicle and she was waiting in the freezing cold for them to find it, which took hours! this place sucks!

This place sucks for bottle service. I was expecting to be able to sit and enjoy my surroundings line was ridiculous and no one had any control. Only reason we stayed was the ratio of men to women. Beautiful women should be a better atmosphere.

Ridiculous. Terrible. They hold the line and leave you in the cold for the appearance of a busy, bumping establishment. Long story short, unless you’re in a spandex, Catwoman-​like dress with a pair of stiletto heels, you will not get into this sub-​par-​wish-​to-​be-​high-​end venue. If you have the misfortune of being gay, even more luck to you. Stay away. Venture elsewhere. Don’t donate to this charity of a «club» ;) you’re welcome

Horrible! Seriously it’s 2014, GET A CREDIT CARD MACHINE! Ran like a ghetto nightclub in New Orleans! Change the cover prices for each person that walks in.

Let’s start off by saying my boyfriend booked a VIP 2 weeks in advance for his sisters 21^st Birthday. Ladies Free before 12. We get there 11:30pm and we had to wait 45 min in line in the freezing cold. That’s not all. Once we were about to go in the club the lady in the front wanted to charge us $ 600 dollars CASH up front for our VIP ! When we tell her NO because we are going to buy the bottle with our Card as we order it she says they do not take credit cards strictly cash ! I mean is she crazy ! Please tell me what club doesn’t take Credit Cards ??? That’s not only Crazy but also illegal FYI. Don’t worry it gets better people. My boyfriend goes inside the club because the lady In the front says they have a ATM inside and guess what, the ATM limit is only $ 200 dollars. I mean really? After all this unnecessary idiotic commotion we are seriously about to leave and take our business to club right next to suite 135 which is Phuket & Hudson River Café they decide to get us in. After we settle in our VIP section it took about 20 min for the bottle girl to show up. I must admit music was good but that is it. towards the end of our night After we ordered our 6 bottles and we decided to leave before last call. Guess What people !! Nobody could find our bottle girl, the lights went on and the music stopped and It still took another 45 min so our bottle girl can show up with our bill. Ohh and by the way the bill doesn’t even say what bottle you buy or how much it was. It literally says an amount and that the bottle girl gets automatically 10% off that bill. WHICH SHE DID NOT DESERVE ! This is one of the worst clubs I have been to. Service horrible /​bathrooms nasty and dirty because it’s unisex/​bouncers try to rip you off to cut the line /​no cards only cash /​ATM 200 max In general it’s a piece of shit! I suggest everyone to go to the other clubs before suite 135 because this one is HORRIBLE ! Thanks to this miserable place my boyfriend sister didn’t have the experience she should’ve haved.

Horrendous customer service. Horrendous staff. No order of which way they want people to go in or out. Had to wait over 15 minutes just to leave the place bouncers treated customers like perps on a prison line. If u wanna have a good time. Skip this place.

This Club is Horrible. The service is extremely Poor!!! I was waiting on the line for like for 1hour 30 mins, mind you i was standing towards the front. WHEN I SAY THE LINE DID NOT MOVE EVEN A FOOT FORWARD WHEN I WAs WAITING, IM NOT SAYING IT AS AN EXAGGERATION. I was so annoyed I Left. The line was on hold so long you would of thought beyonce jayz or Rihanna was in there!!! PLUS IT WAS COLD!!! Nov 30^th. NEVER AGAIN THIS PLACE JUST BLEW ITS CHANCES WITH Me. Wasnt of my money and time…
