Our drinks came out perfect which honestly is rare, but unfortunately, I had a terrible experience due to one particular cashier/barista. She was extremely rude to both me and my sister the entire time. She was rude when I ordered my drinks, when my sister went to pick up the drinks and then when I asked for an iced water later. Completely appalled at the behavior and unprofessionalism of ALLY(unsure of spelling, I asked what her name was before I left) Wish I had a better experience cause the drinks were awesome and came out fast

I usually go to the Starbucks on 55 broad street but occasionally stop by this location. I always have a pleasant experience when there aren’t too many people so I always avoid it when I see a line from the window. The cash register is so close to the entrance that the line literally can go out the door with about 8 people or so. Although the location is on the smaller side the staff are incredibly friendly. Today my barista was nice enough to tell me that the s’mores frap is soon to be discontinued for the season, I literally almost shed a single tear. He even offered me a complimentary biscotti«straw» to drink my frap with. I preferred to drink my frap with a regular straw but the creativity and gesture was very much appreciated!

I went here for a quick lunch and coffee with my aunt. There is plenty of seating and at no point while we sat chatting were all of the tables full. I think that is a plus at Starbucks because usually I find them to be so crowded. Our drinks came out fast(probably because the place wasn’t packed at all). The food at Starbucks is overpriced, especially for how insubstantial it all is, but it is convenient so what can you do. And just a random note, the location on the corner of John and William St has no seating. So go to this one instead!
