This has to be the best coffee shop in FIDI! I got an americano with milk, and it woke me right up… I could tell the quality of the beans were high up there. You also get a chocolate with your drink so that was a pleasant surprise. Prices aren’t too bad either. They also have chocolate to purchase, and I believe it’s Belgian chocolate… the good stuff! Service is excellent as well, although I went in the afternoon and there weren’t too many customers there. but still, the shop is maintained fairly well!

Free Leonidas chocolate with yo coffee!!! hells yeah. Don’t expect to sit down and be able to spread out your stuff to do some studying or paper writing– nope. It’s merely 2 bar style tables, but that means more space to ogle the chocolates display of pure perfection and joy. The coffee is dependable and delish. And yes, you’ll get a chocolate with it too. Enter from the building’s main entrance rather than from the store front entrance during the winter.

Their free chocolates are better than godiva IMO. I liked their latte and earl grey too.

Decently prized and made me a decent cortado even when it’s not on their menu. Service was prompt and polite. Oh it comes with a free chocolate too.

Delicious Latte and Hot Chocolate, but was confused by the statement that it is at 120 Broadway — it’s actually around the corner on Cedar, but I was pointed in the right direction by the doorman! I thought the individually wrapped chocolate was really nice(comes free with a drink, apparently), but we were lucky that my father, who has mobility problems, was able to sit on one of the 6 seats thanks to another patron(whoever you were, thaaanks!).

Wish there was half star… I liked everything, people, free Leonidas chocolate! But it was hard to find and my cappuccino was not that good… foam wasn’t creamy nor dense… a lot of air… seems like they didn’t tap down enough

The coffee and chocolates here might be very good, but in the end, the price reflects it as well. If you like European style confectioneries and strong espresso like me, this is a good place to check out. They give you a free chocolate with coffee to sweeten the deal(excuse the pun). However, do not expect to get your morning brew at this place unless you are raking in some serious dough at work. I think this place is better for buying an expensive box of chocolates on special occasions. Also, the lines can get long in the morning.

Ever since its Rector Street location closed I really was always wandering Wall street looking for some good coffee. I found Manon again but really it moved into a shoe box storefront! This place is so small compared to the Rector location just two tables and four seats. Man I got off the subway and walked in here, it felt like I never got off the subway. Jostling and bumping with tourists picking pennies out there wallets to pay for drinks OMG! The coffee was alright but really disappointed with the space. This is truely a hole in the wall.

Best coffee and tea in the area. Can’t get enough of this place. The staff is welcoming and always remembers my order. A free chocolate really sweetens the deal!

This place is actually not on Broadway but around the corner on Cedar, as well as accessible from inside the Equitable Life Building lobby. It’s definitely a workweek haven, with a lot of regulars from the nearby offices that have great rapport with the friendly and busy staff. Their coffee offerings are solid, and they also throw in a piece of the Belgian chocolate selection they sell in addition to the normal café fare. There’s not a ton of table space to hang out, but whether you get a chance to hang out or just drop in and out, they’ll treat you well and give you good coffee and snacks.(and chocolate)

Coffee here was super smooth. It didn’t hurt that they gave me a piece of chocolate with my coffee. It did hurt that my large coffee cost $ 4.20. Nothing particularly inviting about the décor inside, but perfectly fine for coffee to-go.

This place I really like… A café that serves an assortment of good teas and pastries. It’s the perfect place for an afternoon pick me up or snack. One great thing about Manon is they give you a free chocolate with whatever drink you get from there. That alone is usually reason enough to make the trip over here as opposed to Starbucks or another café(although I love Starbucks). Friendly service without that feeling of imminent death if you don’t place your order within 1.5 seconds. The only thing I would change would be to add some chairs and small tables in there to sit down. Granted the place is very small and couldn’t accommodate any furniture, it would still be a very nice to have. But overall just a very cool place.

Good coffee but it’s the free chocolate that earns this place five stars. The pleasant attitude of the owner who is also a barista also doesn’t hurt. This place has the feel of a hidden gem that begs to be shared, but with friends only.

Excellent place for morning coffee and tea… and a pastry! Beats Starbucks by a long shot!!! Right behind Trinity Church

Hard to find(doorman yelled at us for going in), it’s actually around the corner from the building entrance. Coffee tasted kinda burnt, not too much seating, but I’d say it was better than Starbucks! And they give you a free chocolate with every drink!

Manon Café keeps me coming back with their free Belgian chocolate with every purchase! They have milk, dark, white and the occasional special. It’s connected to my building with an entrance inside so it’s the perfect winter coffee break! There’s only about 2 high top tables of seating so don’t bring a pose. The staff are incredibly nice — one guy made a heart in my latte the other day, even though I got it to go, he took the lid off to show me, now that’s love!

Why isn’t this place in midtown. I don’t get here as often since I switched jobs. The coffee and pastries are excellent. The chocolates are to die for. Service top notch as well. You get a free Leonidas chocolate within your coffee. I love the white chocolate. As far as I know there are only 2 Manon Café in city wish there were more.

Coffee is coffee to me, really I don’t see much difference in most places. However, the most exciting aspect of this place is that they give you a free piece of chocolate(dark, milk or light) after your order. I had to start giving my chocolate away to coworkers because my consumption was getting out of control. and no I couldn’t possssssibly decline free chocolate.

Passing by here so many times on my way home from work, I’ve never stopped in until the other day meeting a friend to visit the Frame Store next to it. 50% off your second drink? Sure why not. We both get the iced capachino. $ 8.50 she said.(I just bought two drinks…) The girl behind the counter was obviously delusional about something, because after I had mention the promotion that’s plastered everywhere in their chocolote/coffee shop the final price was $ 5 and change.(umm. ok, won’t complain there). There weren’t any smoothies nor did she really explained what a frappé was, but hey — just scored a deal so guess we’ll take the coffee. Turned around and proceeded to add brown sugar and sprinkle chocolate all over it. Unfortunately after shaking it all up the frothy milkiness of a capachino was gone and I’m left with a lot of ice when I was finished. Not very memorable coffee, very memorable service. The place however is very nicely decorated and I’m sure their chocolates are divine.
