My 95% machine washable cotton skirt (four years old and has only ever been dry cleaned because of pleats/​lining) was returned a different color than when I took it in, and they would not acknowledge the change until I pointed out that the waistband was a darker, but still faded, color. Probably 50% the color of what it was.
The linen dress and rayon pants I brought in were okay, and while they didn’t get the stain out of my second skirt, they offered to send it back for free. He also explained that if the color was taken out of my skirt, it would be uneven (which it was at the waistband). My guess is they thought it was a different fabric than it actually is and treated it the wrong way.

After 2 years of good experiences with this cleaner they recently lost 5 of my shirts. Rather than compensate me fairly, then pointed to an old posted printout on the wall that limits their liability to 10x the cost of the service per shirt, ie $ 19 per shirt. I probably gave this place $ 1500 in business a year and they wouldn’t even consider giving me a reasonable credit against future services. Instead they offered $ 95 for shirts worth $ 500. Yellpers beware!

My dress shirts do come back nicely laundered but the price has increased from $ 1.50 to $ 1.90 over the past three years.
10 pound minimum for wash and fold @ $ 0.88 per pound. Delivery starts at a $ 15 minimum otherwise $ 1 service fee.

It was my first time using a laundry pick up and delivery service and I am very happy with Skyline Cleaners. We had two huge bags after not being able to do any laundry after hurricane Sandy and the price for wash and fold plus pick up and delivery was the same as the place I used to drop my clothes off at (and pick up myself) when I lived in midtown. Everything came back perfectly folded the next day as they told me it would.
I was nervous at first because when they came to took my bags, there was nothing for me to sign and when I called about them dropping it off he asked how many bags and I had and what color, (it was a different employee I think), but everything came back great, folded nicely and clean.
Will definitely use again!

Inexpensive wash and fold service. They even try to separate my husband’s clothes from my own in the bag. He has accidentally put in a couple of my cashmere sweaters and they came back hand-​washed and folded with the rest of the laundry, but not shrunken! They have pick-​up and delivery, too. I highly recommend. The staff is super nice, too! They would get 5 stars from me, except that they can be difficult to reach over the phone. Otherwise, I highly recommend them!
