Dry cleaners in NYC are a dime a dozen. Walk a block, and you hit a dry cleaner. Luckily for my fiancé and I we’re lucky to live a few doors down from Carlton Tower. Each time we’ve come in to drop off, pick up or had tailoring done we were treated professionally with care and not as a number. Who doesn’t want to greeted with a smile and the person helping knowing your name? Reliable yes, going out of their way to make sure I’m happy, even better.

They’ve done a few tailoring and cleaning jobs for me. The items are ready when they say they’re going to be, and the work has been reliable. I’m pretty happy with them. They’re probably not the cheapest in the area, but there’s a reason why they say «You get what you pay for!»

Extremely reliable. I’ve tried other cleaners from time to time. They either did a poor job or failed to deliver on the day promised.
Service is always pleasant and efficient. Having been a regular for many years, I am usually recognized when I come in; but if not, I am in their computer system, so my info is readily at hand.
They do a great job with special and/​or tough stains, like occasional bloodstains on shirt collars. They are always upfront in saying they are not sure if they can get them out. More often than not, they do.
