Shoegasm

The selection here is your standard high-​street low-​to-​mid-​range shoe selection. Nothing out of the ordinary but semi-​stocked with basics.
The real issue here is customer service, or the total lack of it. I work nearby so I occasionally stop in and literally every time I’ve been in I’ve had a problem. The men working here are beyond clueless. When I’ve asked to try on shoes, they’ve screwed up without exception. Either they bring the complete wrong size, the wrong color, the wrong style, a damaged pair of shoes, a single shoe instead of a pair. The worst part is that they’re never even remotely apologetic about this. And if they go back down to the basement to get the other shoe, the right shoe, etc. they leave me sitting for soooooo long that I eventually just walk out.
Weird thing is it’s always like this, and there are rarely many customers in the store, so clearly it’s not because they’re busy or understaffed (there are always at least 3 of these useless guys walking around, looking bored).
I am officially never returning.
