LOFT

Love this store!
I am always in a Loft somewhere. As one of the go to brands for work and casual wear with pieces that work for both… it’s a Teacher’s Paradise.
Stopped by today when a necklace on the mannequin’s caught my attention. The staff is always super courteous and accessible without stalking you. Shelves and displays are always beautiful and chic. I kind of scanned around the store quickly and again my eyes were drawn to a beautiful pair of ballet flats covered in black and white textured factor. Not a fan of flats because some of them provide such poor support especially since I stand all day, I bought this pair because I can see it really being versatile and fun with my spring wardrobe. Got the necklace as well (see pics).
I was literally in and out in 20 mins and again, while the cashier and folks on the floor were super pleasant, I didn’t really need help. One guy (a black with a pony tail) was very sweet and engaged me in small talk.

This is the best Loft store that I’ve been to – period. I came here on Black Friday because of their 50% off on everything sale and the fact that I had a birthday coupon that I had to use before the end of November. Now, for a store that was super busy with people coming in and out, you would think that it would be total chaos but it wasn’t. The employees did a great job keeping everything nice and tidy. I was able to get help with finding jeans and even got help in the fitting room when I needed a smaller size (when I’ve been to other stores, I have the hardest time trying to find an associate). I didn’t realize that they had a downstairs – that’s where you’ll find the sale items and petite sizes. I lucked out and got a few things. I also had a $ 20 rewards coupon. My bill would have been over $ 300 but I ended up paying $ 116.00. That’s what I’m talking about. While, I like the Loft but the quality of their clothes has gone down in recent years and they almost always have some promotion/​sale so I don’t buy their clothes at full price. This location is great.

I often like the styles at Loft but literally every time I have to return something I have a bad experience there. This last time, they were out of my size in several items so I took a merchandise credit and came home to order the items online. However, the sales associate gave me a credit I couldn’t use online (in store only). Gee, if I could have purchased the items in store, I would have. Their customer service online wouldn’t help, either. Do they really think women in New York have time to run around to different locations across town or spend a half hour on the phone to place an order? Please. Loft, you have too much competition to make it this annoying to shop with you.

Sad when the huge loft on madison closed down. It had the best petite selection downstairs. Recently checked out this loft and to my surprise found they have a petite section downstairs that was decently stocked. Store was organized and neat.

I had THE BEST shopping experience here. The sales associate, William, went above and beyond and was SO helpful and friendly to me, and to all of the other women who were shopping in the store while I was there. It was an added bonus to my day and made me smile. I will definitely be shopping at this location again.

Cool space. Opened in March 2011. Picked up some a couple of tops on sale. Extra 40% off Sale items; extra 50% pants.
