I came here with a few friends and I must say this place was a horrible experience ! The food was oily and upset My stomach they served beer to a underage girl, also had a teenager serving the drinks along with changing the Cole and we had to keep reminding him to come or else it would never get changed it was HORRIBLE ! Another issue there was 4 of us and they had A booth that hardly fit us and had the nerve to charge a extra 20% for a larger booth it was the same exact size as all the others and we still had to squeeze in they said«done they will wave it «but they didn’t I would never go back to this place oh yea I guess it’s family Owned because the last there was in dirty sweat pants and socks with flip flops. I will stay with desert rain lounge in forest hills I a loyal customer there please avoid this place

I wish I could give a Negative Star. We arrived and right as we were stepping in-they guy says«We’re full.» That’s fine; so we stepped outside to look for another nearby place… Someone walks out and I ask them is there room inside; he says«Yes» So we go back in and hookah’ed. The Unilocal App says 10% order so I showed it to the waiter, he says«No.»(After further pushing– he says«Yes» I wouldn’t go back :/ This place sucks. + side: it was clean. And the hookah lasted long. Good for dancing. *Shrug* Too bad the customer service isn’t good for dancing. I hope you all have a better experience!

Terrible customer service they were so rude about everything the minute we walked in, im a buisness owner myself put a smile on and speak to your customers properly. Worst hookah iv ever had, had no flavor what so ever and they never changed our coal ! We got everything 20 min later and its not a busy place however, when it was time to pay that was quick and they were nice. Do not go here there’s nothing nice about it I know that was my first and last time.

Good grief, this place is the dregs. The hookah isn’t good, it’s mediocre at best, the actual space is unkempt and a little shoddy. But the crowd, the crowd is a special kind of something. The first and last time I will ever go to this establishment, there was an actual fight. The owner and some miscreants got into a verbal and then physical altercation that led to a complete lack of customer service, because 20 minutes after the fight the owner was still fuming. This preoccupied the hookah guys because they were busy calming the owner and dealing with said miscreants outside. We sat there with burnt out coals on our three hookahs and our attempts to request a change went unheard. Save yourself your time and the effort and drive 30 minutes to Steinway, or even try Majlis Hookah lounge in Floral park. The space, the staff, the hookah is night and day.

The hookah isn’t that bad but the service and crowd sucks. Every time I come in here I feel like I’m walking in to a middle/high school. If you need coals changed or something is wrong w your hookah you basically have to figure it out yourself or get up and drag someone over to you.

Excellent shisha & food as usual. Just a short distance from JFK airport. So spare your time enjoying the atmosphere in this nice hookah lounge.

Not a bad hookah spot. Ordered the Cool Menthol with the Ice hose and Milk. Pretty good if you want a good hookah fix. Don’t sell liquor. Just bottled beer and Smirnoff ice. Beer pong or long long in the back sometimes. Not to big. But good enough for coupes of like 4 – 6 per table. Sells snacks also.

This is a horrible place. Never go here. The owner will sit with you and grab the hookah out of your hand, smoke it all night and then charge you extra. He has no respect for any of his customers. The atmosphere has no constant flow. You’re better off going to Steinway if you want respect and great customer service.

This place is okay. Small. Low key. Decent. Feel like they could clean the place a bit more. Floor was quite sticky. Just because its dark doesnt mean that we cant see or feel uncleanliness. They dont serve alcohol but they do have beers. No food either. I feel like a lot of little kids go here. The actual hookah isnt THAT bad, it was actually kinda good. I would go back if I really had to. Wasn’t that bad of an experience, but it wasn’t that great either, lol.

Came here the other night with some friends. I’m not really a hookah person but whatever, it was my friend’s birthday. Its atmosphere is real low key, nothing fancy, nothing that pops out, just a regular dark lounge, the end. Music was loud, all the west indian music you could want, awesome, my type of party(well, when I’m in the mood)! I tried my friend’s ICED hookah, now that was something new for me(time to update my recent discovery section!). It was great, for a person who doesn’t care for hookah I must say, it was very pleasant! Very smooth, no tasting coal, and a cold after taste, mmm… would’ve been great if the hookah guy didn’t have to change our coal every 2 seconds. Service, attentive, hookah dude was very cool with my friend who had bought the iced hookah. He continuously checked up on our table and made sure that our hookah was up to par with our requests, the owners were also concerned with our happiness of their product, very nice to see owners who are actually attentive to the customers’ needs! Food, I hate onion rings… my friend ordered onion rings. Best damn onion rings I’ve had in my life! Good job Shisha Café, good job! I’d stop by again if my friends just wanted a chill night out to do some hookah. This place has potential! If you go with a fun group of friends, you’d def have no problem having a good time here.

Tried this place one time when a buddy was curious to smoke hookah for the first time. Service(Lacking) Most of the time there’s an older guy here, seems to be the owner or manager. He has about 2 – 3 kids with him, they all look to be at least in the recently 18 – 21 age range. They don’t come that often to change coals. You usually have to flag them down if you need something, and trust me when I say flag I mean it. If you say something too quietly or try to get their attention without directly tapping them or airplane waving them down, then they wouldn’t even notice you. Hookah(Decent) The hookah here isn’t too bad, I’ve of course had better but I was pretty surprised to see they were able to hold onto their flavor. Price(Moderate) It’s not the cheapest but then again it doesn’t cost you one of the arms you are smoking with. Plus the great part is that by using Unilocal, you could go and purchase a $ 35 for $ 50 deal. I defiantly suggest you take up that offer.

This place has a cool vibe to it. It’s a place where you can chill with your friends while smoking hookah and having some drinks. You can also order food, if needed. The cheese fries are very good. The hookah is very nice and they even give you the option to customize it. Ex: a peach hookah with a monster energy drink at the bottom. The service there is very good as well, the people there are always checking in to see if you need anything else.

While the atmosphere really wasn’t my type, I appreciated the flavours quite a bit. We ordered the mint and Pirate’s Cove(which I think was a tropical blend with hints of coconut?). The Pirates Cove had the ice hose tip which was the first time I had ever seen it and it really gave the hookah a softer blend. As the mint seemed too harsh as the night wore on, we switched the ice hose tip to the mint and it softened it quite a bit while the Pirate’s Cove remained the same. Back to the atmosphere, the crowd here is young and it’s dark and loud as well in there. I’m more of a «well-lit, softer music, and lots of tea with my hookah» kind of person but given their target audience(which I am not), it works for them.
