H2o Lounge

Just some friendly advice… Clean the bathroom… It seriously looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for at least a week. I didn’t expect coming to a top notch place but c’mon, at least take a broom & mop to it… You would think that some people would have some respect for their business but I guess not… Only here for an event for a friend, otherwise I would’ve stepped out the moment I walked in.
Also, if the place was clean enough for me to even want to eat from, the only things they have available on the menu are French fries & buffalo wings… No thanks.

This is my go to when I just need a to hang out here some good tunes, with strong drinks and hookah its also very close.

If i could give it zero stars i would of. I don’t understand how this establishment is still open and running for buisness; the way they treat their customers. I pay $ 30.00 to get into this horrible shitty ghetto lounge, not be attended too, not get my free drink, listen to horrible music and have people give me attitude. It litearlly ruined my whole night after i bring my friends here and get terrible service. Do not come here, stay clear and trust me your better off somehwere. anywhere else!

The drinks are good that’s about it. The hookah is shit the service is even worst. Save your time and money and go anywhere else.

Thank you H2O establishment for not properly training your oh so professional bouncers on the different types of license that NEW YORK State offers. Its oh so fun to be embarrassed when you have a LEGAL FORM OF ID, and getting denied with a group of people who were ready to celebrate a birthday with other people on the way. Its ok we will spend our money elsewhere!

I posses an enhanced NY license, the bouncer with 16 YEARS of experience insists this doesn’t exist. Didn’t even have a proper scanner to back his uneducated unprofessional self ! Good job!!!
And FYI I’ve been here so many times before with the SAME id.

This was my first time at this hookah lounge… but would definitely categorize it as more of a lounge that sells hookah. There were about 6 booths in the front and closer to the bar a stage for the Dj as well as the bar.
I guess there was a party being thrown that night so we were charged $ 10 entry fee but the proceeds went to Breast Cancer Awareness (which made me feel way better about paying to enter a hookah lounge).
I didn’t have my own drink, but i had some of my friends sex on the beach and it was made HORRIBLY. She ordered another & that was bad as well! I didn’t have good but the kitchen was open after 12.
Oh & the parking lot is one way in & one way out. Didn’t like that at all.
I did love the fact that they had a female Dj! Her name is Sue Young great for hip hop & reggae & soca.

whoever said this place was very nice im sadly to say that this place sucks and it very ghetto its nothing but very poor service very under staff attitude as well hookah is wack and drinks sucks youngsters comes her off the hookah is way better than this piece of shit place music is bad too

I really enjoyed the music and the food was ok but the fish bowls you need to cut that off your menu. that was horrible nothing but cheap liquor and blue dye. what is wrong with you people how dare you. I ask for piña colada and you don’t have it or margarita why am I being forced to buy something that I really don’t want to buy. $ 20 at that. Then go half price fish bowls after 1:30. You need to have great tasting drinks to get 5 stars from me.

Great spot to just grab some hookah food and nice cheap drinks ! The happy hours is the best I’ve seen as far as prices the beers & wine & mixed drinks are pretty cheap. They have a big assortment of hookah which is always a plus for me I hate going someplace and it’s not that many flavor a to choose from. It’s a big place as well lots of room to mingle and dance. Friday & Saturday nite is the best nite to come here

We had a party here and although we had fun due to the company, the lounge itself is horrible. Where do I start with the décor??? Its like the owner went to a warehouse sale and just bought whatever was cheap. There’s a skull above the stage where the DJ is, the bar is a cave, there’s an Egyptian statue, some palm trees and circular ball lighting hanging from the ceiling. I don’t get what he was going for by clearly it was no cohesion. Anyways, I had to drive so had wine and it was horrible. The white wine was not chilled at all and the bartender wanted to put ice in my glass. The owner is super creepy. This place has potential but it needs help.
PS will not be going back here… at all.

So I’m giving this place 2 stars because the drinks and place were both pretty good. They had Fish bowls too, which were good. The hookah was the reason we came there. Skittles flavor was as fruity as expected so it was good. We also tried the sex on the beach flavor which was not so good. The place is really small, and the dj kept the same kind of music going the whole night. Not much variety so not many people were dancing. In other words once hookah time was over it got really boring really quickly.
The thing that turned me off about the place was the waitress/​server we had. She forced us to close out our tab an hour after we walked in, no one else around us was asked to do so. I’m assuming it’s because we ordered a lot of drinks and 2 hookahs she wanted to be sure we would pay. Not the way you do business. Won’t be coming back here.

Omg! beware. Don t go to this place. I almost got robbed here by the bouncer for no reason. The worst place I been into. The place was super dead on Halloween and the bouncers was trying to rob customers. The owners stood back and watched. When the cops showed up, they states that they were in the process of shutting the place down.

Great ambiance & cool décor. H20 is really on the small side. There’s a few tables & chairs to sit, a small dance floor, a mediocre bar & a dj booth.
This place has the potential to be 5 stars if they improve the following: waitresses need to stay on top of their table’s wants/​needs, patrons shouldn’t have to go to the bar area because their waitress went missing, be professional, and make sure the tobacco is changed when needed.
As empty as this place was on Friday I do not understand why I had to retrieve my drink order from a different waitress. We were both annoyed. Her coworker was not doing her job & she had to step in for her. On top of that there was confusion from «our waitress» about drink orders.
I went to the bathroom & once I came back my friends asked how many drinks did I order. I asked for a L.I.T & next thing I know there were 3 drinks sitting at the table. I tried looking for the waitress to tell her this was a mistake. She was NO WHERE to be found, yet again!
Our waitress was busy galavanting with her boyfriend & sitting on other men’s laps. Long story short due to her mistakes the drinks were complimentary.

Great place simply best hookah in town plus the drinks and really good music. Looks amazing inside…

This place is for high school kids. Getto start to finish. If you like that kind of atmosphere, then have fun. Btw, watered down drinks served. Hookha was ok.

I am not a fan of the location but it’s worth putting on that bullet proof vest and going out there. The place itself is great. A comedian the last night I was at H2o said it looked like a combination of the Batcave and the Flinstone’s home, lol. Perfect description!
Watermelon hookah was great. Fish bowl was pretty good too. The first night I came here with some friends, the service was excellent.
Second time I went back we had to call people over for attention. Ice hose is definitely not worth getting here, they didn’t have tips to fit in the ice hose… how do you have an ice hose but no tips for it.
I haven’t tried the food here but my friend had fries and devoured them… he did not share. I suppose they were good.
The music on the first night was all indian taken from youtube. When we came back on a friday night they had a dj playing R&B music, old school… I love it! They had local comedians come in and do their thing, funny stuff, good stuff. I would def stick to friday nights.

Hookah was pretty good but if u need new coal you have to buy a new hookah. They don’t change the coal unless u buy a new one. The drinks are $ 10 and up and the environment is pretty good. Good dj, music, bartender makes the drinks strong that’s a + for me. Coat check $ 3 mandatory. But in a nut shell I had a good time.

The place is great came here with some friends they took me here so they could cheer me up… I will come back…
