This place has amazing ramen. Much less greasy than the neighboring ramen joint and more flavorful. Definitely worth a visit if you’re stumbling around after 12:30AM and needing to sober up. Service was decent and the ramen was legitimate! I would say that this is the best ramen in Manhattan and I have explored every nook and cranny possible. Good job Shinya! Keep up the hard work!

This was like a small taste of Japan and sooooo awesome. It’s a small intimate location and we sat at the bar where the chef prepared everything in front of us. There was one waitress. The setting was intimate but fun. The chef explained some of the foods to us and he was super friendly. We tried the eel sushi and some interesting appetizers like jellyfish and fried stingray fin. The service was great. Went back another time and sat on the tables in the back this time just for the ramen. Got a fresh bowl of pork miso and chicken spicy miso within a couple of minutes. Place is open from 1230−4am. Cash only. Visited around 130−2am each time.

This place operates after Totto Ramen closes. Super funky/disco/pop/contemporary music selection, a sole chef and server, ambience is very cozy. I came here on a Monday night, had the cucumber salad with katsuobushi sprinkled over, succulent saba sushi, tender karaage, and spicy paitan ramen. Flavor was impeccable! Will come back for late night midtown grubs. Quality and environment are fantastic.
