Red Mango

I came in around 130 pm for a yogurt run. Keep in mind this location is also shared with Chickpea and there was a short line for lunch goers.
Any ways, I had to wait a few minutes before someone assisted my order. I ordered two mixed berry parfaits (yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, banana and granola).
The man behind the counter had difficulties separating the cups so one was crushed. As he filled the cups with fruit, he dropped some on the counter and pushed the fruit back into the container. Really gross.
Additionally, when it was time to cut the banana he took out a tiny little one smaller than the length of my index finger! There was another person behind the counter and she grabbed another banana but the man put it away.
Also, the granola was stale and had a bad taste.
This location has low traffic to start because of the terrible service. And disgusting habits displayed by employees. Not sanitary. Stay away if you can. Extremely stingy with fruit and yogurt.

Honestly, I wouldn’t even give this 1 star. This place is advertised as Red Mango but DO NOT be fooled. It is NOT a Red Mango. It was maybe 4 flavors on a good day and it’s not self serve. They are so outrageously overpriced and the service is terrible. On top of all that, you don’t even get toppings!
Never going back to this location again.

Not only is this yogurt offensively expensive, but the service is the worst I’ve experienced. Red Mango… do yourself a favor — fire the people that work there and hire new people that aren’t jerks.

This Red Mango is at the same location as the ChickPeas food chain. The lady who served me was very nice, so service was good.
Now, my usual toppings are mangoes and mochi, so that’s what I got. I don’t know what they do w/​their toppings, but I THINK they freeze them? First the mangoes were basically minced and icy. Second, the mochi pieces were stuck together and they weren’t chewy right away. After some time, it got better.
This is my first negative experience w/​a Red Mango. If I’m around the area next time and I’m craving Red Mango, I’ll be skipping this place.
