I usually order ramen or kimchi sujaebi. It tastes good and price is pretty cheap for the amount you get. Good for a quick better. Basically instant food conveniently prepared at ktown food court.

Stopped in here while in the city by accident. Was looking for a place that would be able to serve up some soup rather quickly and I stumbled upon Noodle 32 while walking around this tiny food court. The Spicy Pork Ramen was very tasty and the spicy kimchi was also a nice bonus. The food court can be very hot and loud while waiting around for your food but other than that this place hits the spot. Will definitely return next time I am in the mood for soup.

Disappointing I was hungry too. And usually when you’re hungry almost anything can taste good! I had the black bean sauce noodles(jajang noodles) and man there was like no flavor to it what so ever. One of those canned bean sauces from H mart would have been better. My bf ordered the #16 Korean beef miso ramen and he was underwhelmed. The staff is really nice though. Just wish the food was good. All in all check out the other options in the food gallery

Portion is large for its price Very nice staff and worked efficiently to meet my concerns Seafood was cooked well! Broth was good too, complimented the vegetables and seafood well. Only concern was that there were a lot of onions and usually I don’t mind but it felt a little overloaded.

Not one of the best ramen I’ve had; my main complaint is the large amount of cooked onions that were in my ramen. I had to sort through the onions in order to get to the noodles(mid-way through the ramen). The broth was also not that flavorful. The service was decent,(around 15 – 20 minutes) and I appreciate how they cover the top of the bowl with a plastic wrap since I have to travel upstairs for additional seating. I asked them if they served any drinks and they said no. Luckily, there is a Kung Fu bubble tea stand closeby in the same floor and I was able to order my drink and receive it before the ramen was ready. The ramen came with a side of kimchi, which was a nice touch but did not really help with the ramen overall, in terms of flavor.

A nice place for lunch. Very large portions, and quite well made. However service was incredibly slow. Myself and 2 other people ordered the same thing, and instead of making 3 dishes together, they decided to make each dish individually, thus tripling the time I had to wait. Other big con is that they insist on placing a cling wrap over the top of their piping hot bowls of noodle soups. The near boiling soup forms a large steam bubble under the cling wrap and it’s nearly impossible to open without burning yourself.

Four stars for the BiBimNaengMyun. Cold noodles in a delicious icy broth(with a lot of wasabi!) is pretty close to my idea of heaven on a steamy NYC day.

This is one of the places in the Korean food court at this address. Back right corner. I forget the name of what my wife ordered, but it was very tasty. We had some other food, and when i requested an order of rice with the noodle bowl they just gave it to me. No charge. Pretty cool. Reasonably quick service, too. I’d probably rate them 3.5 stars if I could. But they don’t allow that on Unilocal. But I can’t quite go to four stars here. I think I prefer the place in the back left corner.

This is a stall in the Gallery 32 food court, in the back on the right. K-Town can run on the more expensive end, so if you’re looking for good Korean food on a budget, I definitely recommend Noodle 32. I got the #3, which is «BiBimNaengMyun»(~$ 10 with tax) and it was soooo good. It’s a huge bowl of long, thin buckwheat noodles, served with some meat, half a hard-boiled egg, and thinly sliced cucumbers in a light, spicy, icy broth. It comes with wasabi and vinegar, DEFINITELY add these to the noodles, it really improves the flavor. I’ve never had noodles quite like these, so thin but so tough to cut with your front teeth that you literally must slurp them. So I wouldn’t recommend this for a date(and hopefully you aren’t going on dates in food courts in the first place) but I highly recommend the noodles, especially for hot days.

Noodle 32 has some pretty decent ramen, but not the greatest. This Ramen shop is located inside a food court in the center of Korea town in midtown Manhattan. The ramen soup is Korean style ramen noodle soup with Korean ingredients and flavors, served with a side of kimchee. The soup is tasty and the noodles are good, but it lacks in flavor, maybe because I am used to Japanese style Ramen. I always order the pork ramen soup, it’s a very convenient way to get your ramen fix, and the price is very affordable. I recommend stoping in for a nice hot bowl of Ramen noodle soup, Noodle 32 has many options to choose from.

My pork miso ramen had piggy hair sticking out of every single follicle. So thick(the hair that is) that you can use it to scrape off wall paint; Nasty. *Uploaded a pic

Not good miso pork ramen. Murky brown broth and not fresh meat. Quite possibly the worst bowl of ramen I’ve ever purchased and I actually felt a bit sick afterwards. Looks and tastes mass produced without much care. The other restaurants in the food court seem much more delicious and fresh and I would definitely eat elsewhere next time. Also, cash only for under $ 10 purchases. The bowl of ramen falls just under that.

Fast service Great noodles, nice flavor on the broth. I wanted to love this place, until I got 2 huge pieces of egg shells in the broth. Let’s nothing like egg shell to totally ruin your lunch.

I went here with my mom, my son and my daughter after working up an appetite shopping at Macy’s a couple of blocks away. We found this nice little noodle stand shortly after wandering into the Korea Town Food Court. My mom and my daughter split three California rolls. My son ordered some kind of Korean ramen style noodle bowl after the owners warned him off of some super spicy linguine noodle seafood dish. I told the owners that I will have the aforementioned super spicy noodle dish, in spite of their warnings(and my assurances that I could handle it). I am glad I ordered it. It was wonderful. Just the right amount of heat. My son even liked it and tried it. It was better than the ramen noodle bowl he had ordered. My spicy dish had linguine noodles in a spicy fish sauce /fiery fish broth with several clams on the half shell and other bits of seafood(bits of clams, octopus, squid, and oddly enough one large shrimp). There was also onions and zucchini layered in for good measure /texture. My sons dish had a large cluster of ramen noodles, some sliced sections of udon noodle, and bits of egg and meat slices. He could not finish or perhaps would not finish it because it was too bland. I gave him some bites of my spicy noodle dish. His dish came with a small side of kimchi; he did not want it. So I ate the kimchi. My spicy noodle dish came with a small bowl of seafood miso soup. I sipped all of the miso broth and then gave my son the seaweed on the bottom of the bowl. My mom and daughter polished off what was left of my son’s ramen noodle bowl(about half of it was left when my son gave it away to them). The fun part of the meal happened when I poured all of the excess spicy fish broth /hot sauce off of my plate into the empty miso side soup bowl(filling up the bowl). My son and I took turns taking sips of the spicy broth /hot sauce while my daughter took video footage of «the contest» on her smart phone. It was glorious!!! I love this place! It is very good! And dirt cheap by NYC standards. I am a fan.

Ice cold noodles. When the temperature creeps past 90 — admittedly a rare thing in this mild summer — it’s a dish I frequently crave. Naengmyeon are perhaps the best thing to ever come out of Pyongyang. Certainly it’s not the generations of megalomaniac despots or the coterie of apparatchiks that serve them. I can’t say that one cancels out the other, but it is at least something pushing the scale back towards equilibrium. The easiest and quickest place to get this dish in the city is at Noodle 32, a long-standing part of the Korean food court Food Gallery 32. For $ 10, you get a bowl of long thin noodles, served with an egg and a couple pieces of meat. You also get a couple options — first is whether or not to get the dish spicy(do that). The second is whether the noodles should be cut(do that as well). Once received(there’s one of those vibrating drink coasters usually found at the mall to announce when the food is ready) the main challenge that lies ahead is getting the dish to an open table on these second or the third floor. Getting a bowl of broth, noodles and meat up a flight or two of stairs is a challenge for somewhat like me who is not blessed with perfect coordination. But the reward on a warm day is vast — the slurp of the noodles, the iciness of the broth combining with the tingle of pepper spice. You can cut the heat with the pickled vegetables that come as a solitary panchan or the mild miso soup. Whatever the order of consumption, it’s a true treat, and beats whatever fare they pumped at my local mall food court growing up.

Ah, Food Gallery 32, our love affair reawakens with a visit to the noodle stand for some ramen. Truthfully, I had no expectations for a sublime experience and they were met and exceeded by Noodle 32. No-nonsense, quick, and they don’t shy away from spice. I got a bowl of cheese ramen(basically, ramen with egg and slices of American cheese slapped on top). It was a cheap and tasty dish. Most of them are under $ 10, and that Asian soup satisfaction is there. As someone without the patience for waiting 2 hours for a bowl of noodles, I don’t even care if these are Cup ‘O’ Noodles or higher grade.

I often visit this food court(Food Gallery 32) when I am in K-town and will try a different food vendor each time I visit. Today I stopped by Noodl 32 a quick lunch with a friend. I had the #17($ 8.95) — Pork Miso Ramen– delicious with a side of Kimchi. Not greasy, and the noodle taste fresh. I just throw all the kimchi into the soup. The dish is average tast but at the low price of $ 9 it is worth it. Rate 4⁄5. Tips: seats are limited on the first floor. There are seats upstair. This food court is very popular for lunch and dinner.

I thought I was done with Gallery 32 after college… But alas, NYU + Columbia commencement on the same day meant every restaurant in Manhattan was booked or had a wait out the door. Seeking noodles, my coworkers and I figured Gallery 32 would be a decent, middle-of-the-road stop for some quick nommage. I loved Gallery 32 in college, but that’s how I still looked at it, a college hot spot. The entrees weren’t really amazing and we always went there because prices are decent for lunch/dinner in NYC. I ventured in determined to get my noodle fix. Noodle 32 even sounds like the perfect fit. I browsed the menu for a few minutes, jumping between cold noodles to soba to rice cakes to shaved noodles. I settled on the ramen with pork and got extra toppings. About 5 minutes later, my buzzer went off, signaling it was time to chow! The bowl itself doesn’t have too much flair: the stainless steel bowl with plastic wrap over it and scattered pork on top actually makes it look like cafeteria food. However when I took off the cover, the miso broth flavor hit me and I knew I had made a good choice. For food court dining, the noodles were actually a great consistency, bouncy and very ramen-like. The veggies included assorted onions, carrots, and bean sprouts, all cooked to a soft-to-bite consistency. The pork was also very tasty and I had about 10 slices, although they were all very thin. The broth itself was more salty than rich, but I thought it was a good attempt for $ 9 ramen. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with my meal. With the extra noodles it totaled to a little over $ 12 and borders on regular ramen prices. However, for a Ktown option, Noodle 32 does a great job of hitting the spot.

Noodle 32 is one of the stalls in the Food Gallery 32, located in the heart of 32nd Street Koreatown. My favorite dish here is the BiBimNaengMyun. Which is a cold chewy noodle dish; that is covered with spicy sauce, hard boiled egg, thin sliced pot roast, cucumber, and nori. Typically, people like to eat this dish when it is hot outside, to cool their body down… I can eat this dish any time of year, even when it is freezing outside. Noodle 32 makes it fast, cheap, and just as good as any expensive restaurant on the same street. It also comes with a side of soup. Make sure that the line checker cuts the dish crosswise with scissors before you run off with the tray of food. Otherwise, you may choke to death on the chewy noodle goodness.
