Oh my god. Amazing. Some of the best Thai I’ve had. Their lunch special is great — I got a huge portion of vegetarian duck plus it came with a free app and salad. It was all delicious, sweet, spicy and savory. The mochi was meh — found it pretty chewy and frozen. The wine was a little pricier than I expected for the size of the place but very delicious. The décor is adorable, classy and hip. The girls who work here are very sweet. My only complaint is how small the restaurant is. I am so annoyed by restaurants that maximize seating capacity by minimizing comfort and the ability to move around. It was empty when I came in for lunch but I imagine at dinner time, you’ll be practically sitting on top of your neighbor. However that duck was so good I can forget all those things and won’t dock any stars!

The spring rolls were great ! The main dish I had was not. :0( I had a red curry suace dish. The curry sauce was so loose; the rice did not hold the flavor. There was no citrus or curry flavor. I did not enjoy the dish. I will try this place again and update review accordingly.

New ownership apparently. Gross! Unprofessional! I got there Sunday night 10:24PM was rushed to order as if we were in a mission to escape a ticking bomb. Then one of the crew members started wrapping the whole place. BLOWINGALLCANDLES, ignoring the bad scent it brigs and how small the place is! In seconds the entire place turned smoky and stank! On to

This is probably the best beef noodles I’ve had in a long time. Problem with Thai food in general is they tend to be sweet; this wasn’t. Wish they had other types of noodles they use with the soup though but you can’t win them all.

We stopped in on a chilly Friday night. I loved the décor of plates on the wall. The drunken noodles and chicken soup were amazing. I was searching for phở but found this little gem. So happy. I’d definitely drop in again!

Underwhelming and not spicy. Pad thai was mediocre, at best. With so many good thai places in Hell’s Kitchen, there is no reason to come back here.

This spot is really good. The food was fresh and yummy. I got it for take-out and it was fast. It’s a small space so I can imagine the crowd at the peak of lunch hour. So arrive before 12 or after 2.

My favorite Thai place so far! I am entirely obsessed with the TomYum soup. It’s huge but filled with plenty of flavor. Comes with veggies, noodles, and the perfect amount of spice. It even comes with shrimp on top. Simply a perfect lunch or dinner date– stop by there if you’re in the area you won’t be disappointed. Lunch they have an app, salad, and main course so it’s very good — just to keep you in the loop.

My friend and I come here when all the other Thai restaurants are packed around the area. For whatever reason, Noodies is never full and honestly, their food is relatively good. I highly recommend their Pad Kee Mao and Pad See Ew.

If you are craving a good bowl of hot soupy noodles without the food coma that comes with Japanese ramen, Noodies will have your answer. Better, yet, come during lunch time and you will get the same delicious soupy noodles with an appetizer and small salad. Recommendations: — Kwaytiew Neur: my favorite! Lovely clear beef broth with angel hair noodles almost similar to thin Chinese rice noodles. There are also 2 preparations of beef that comes with the soup, and I love the braised beef, which is tender, juicy, and flavorful. — Ba-Mee: the«knock off» version of Pure Thai Kitchen’s crab and roast pork dry noodles. It’s actually not bad, so if you want to scratch that itch and doesn’t want to wait at Pure Thai, this is a good substitution. — Kwaytiew Neur Sub: not exactly a soup noodle, more of a hearty dry curry noodle with flat broad noodles. Try this instead the usual green curry. The Gai Toon is standard chicken noodle soup, and while a good staple, nothing special. The Kwaytiew Puk(vegetable soup) can be skipped, because it’s probably the least tasty/bland/boring option in the noodle bowls section. If you want the typical Thai noodle dishes like pad thai or pad see ew, go elsewhere(because they’re not that great here). In this neighborhood filled with Thai restaurants, come to Noodies for their noodle bowls.

Woo! This place has some seriously good noodles. My favorite is the Kwaytiew Neur(beef noodle soup). The tiny angel hair noodles, stewed and sliced beef, Chinese broccoli and broth are just about perfect. It’s Thai comfort food at it’s best. Most orders are ready for pickup in about 15 minutes(depending on how busy they are). There are only a few tables for dining in(like several other HK Thai places) so plan on that.

Went here as a group of 8. This place is quite tiny as compared to the many other options HK offers for Thai food. We had made reservations and were seated with a delay of 5 minutes. We ordered drinks and it took them a pretty long time to get our drinks. We ordered the Sangria Carafe and 3 beers. At least the beers could have been served instantly! We ordered some Steamed Dumplings(Pork and Shrimp) and at $ 7.50 for 4 pieces, this was the winner of our night. The dumplings are really nice and have a pretty good flavor to it. For main course, I got the Drunken Noodles and my wife got the Crab Fried Rice. The food was just okay. Nothing spectacular. in fact quite bland as compared to other Thai restaurants in the vicinity. Service was OK. Apart from the one complaint above, no other observations.

I’ve been here a couple times already with some friends. We all love this place. The food is pretty good and the staff is nice. I personally didn’t enjoy the appetizers so much though. It feels a little cramped inside but the decoration is nice. I would go back but not very often.

Yet another Thai restaurant in the city. Frankly, I don’t mind because it’s one of the few cuisines that’s tasty even when mediocre. This particular spot got solid reviews and is walkable from my apartment — sold. Came in as it first opened on a Saturday morning. Small spot, but they keep the doors wide open so its bright and airy. Ordered the Pad See Ew with Chicken($ 10.50) and a Thai Iced Tea($ 3.50). The main dish was smaller than some of the other Thai places, however dense and well prepared. Not too oily and didn’t need much hot sauce to bring out the flavors. The iced tea was refreshing. A satisfying place and they also do delivery, so will add it to my «don’t feel like getting up» list.

This place relatively priced higher for the food they provided. There’s a long wait for the food to be ready. Food is too salty than it’s supposed to be. Hell’s Kitchen has tons of thai food place. I personally would choose other place to go to.

I was in the neighborhood yesterday and decided to give this place a try for lunch. I was so hungry that I settled on the first thing that got my attention – vegetable green curry with thin noodles. The first bite I took made me want them to come take it away. Yes, it was that bad. It wasn’t spicy as advertised. In fact, it was bland and luke warm. Luke warm or cold food when it’s supposed to be hot is one of my biggest pet peeve when dining out. But I was on a lunch date with Khoa, a colleague that I haven’t seen in forever and the last impression I wanted to leave on her was my food snob queen side. So I ate the vegetables which wasn’t much. The bowl was mostly coconut milk(curry). I didn’t touch the curry or the noodles. The weird part was that our waitress never came by to ask if we were okay, or asked if we liked our meal. Btw, my colleague didn’t enjoy her meal either, complained that her meal was bland as well. There’s too many Thai places(good ones) in the neighborhood for me to come back. P. S. I hope this is my FIRST and LAST1 star review.

I laughed out loud when I was«Noodies» pop up on Unilocal.Puns, double allusions, AND Thai food. I’m in. Turns out I would rather be out. I ordered the spicy drunken noodles and a thai iced tea. The portions were so small… both actual dishes and the drinks. It sort of felt like a kids meal but paying adult prices. Not only was the food bland(and not at all spicy… really?!) but also it just didn’t taste like Thai food. None of the flavors matched anything authentic. I would not recommend this place at all. Maybe I’m mad because my noodles weren’t spicy but there are so many Thai places in NYC and you should go there instead.

Noodies specializes in contemporary Thai street food with an eclectic menu that is more expansive and diverse than most other Americanized Thai restaurants. Forget Pad Thai or Pad See Ewe, you must get the amazing noodle bowls when you are at Noodies! During my most recent trip, I got the Ba-Mee Duck Noodle. It was one of the best dishes I got. The dish had pieces of crispy duck breast, baby bok choy, and bean sprouts over egg noodles with some sweet sauce. It came with broth on the side. I wasn’t sure whether I should dip the noodles into the soup or eat it separately. Either way, it was so tasty. I love the angel hair-like pasta as well as the meaty duck breast. I have also gotten Pad See Ewe with beef. It was a little too salty and the flavors were a little off. The flat rice noodles were overcooked, and I wished there had been more broccoli and egg. The lunch special comes with a choice of appetizer. I love the Steamed Dumplings — I got two huge dumplings(similar to shumai, but much bigger) filled with ground pork and shrimp, shallots, water chestnuts, and shiitake mushrooms. I would highly recommend this app. The Mango with Stick Rice dessert was quite overwhelming because I didn’t realize it was covered in sweetened coconut milk. It would have tasted so much better without it… Next time I am going to ask for the sweetened milk on the side!
