I’ve only used this dry cleaners once, but I picked up 5 dresses and 1 blouse on Friday and I was really pleased with the way they were cleaned. Such a refreshing change from a place around the corner that just seemed to be pressing & returning for the same price.
Customer service was fine — nothing extraordinary — but if the cleaning is always this good I look forward to making them my go-​to.

My boyfriend has been taking his shirts here for a year now, and has had consistently great service and very friendly employees. They have a very quick turnaround and price is only $ 2 per shirt (a pretty good price for NYC). I also had them patch a tear in one pair of pants — it came out great.
I only wish there was a dry cleaner opened on Sundays.
Update: shirts are now $ 2.15 each, but that is still cheaper than most other places I’ve seen

As New Yorkers we all know the stress of buying extra underwear when a «same day» laundry place returns your clothes late or loses your items.
Murray Hill Valet has had my business for the past few months as soon as another reputable dry cleaner/​laundry service place a few blocks away returned my clothes over a week after I dropped them off and closed over a a four-​day holiday without notice. Murray Hill Valet does a great job doing both dry cleaning and laundry and at a portion of the price of its competitors. They listen to every nit-​picky request, and most importantly they have never lost my clothes.
The only thing to watch out for is that they close at 7 on most days and this might pose a challenge to some young professionals. Also, delivery might take longer than expected on some occasions, so be prepared to wait 30 – 45 minutes. But patience is a virtue and worth it to have my clothes fresh and clean and back within a two day time frame.

I’ve been taking my clothes here for over three years and have been very happy with their wash and fold, wash and press, and dry cleaning services. the staff is friendly, and things are always ready on time. I’ll miss them when I move!

Amazing service! I’ve been having these folks do my laundry (wash/​dry/​fold & dry clean) for about a year and they are fantastic. Free pick up/​delivery of your laundry; if you drop it off by 8am, it’ll be done the same day. Can’t recommend them highly enough! :)

I’ve been getting my dry cleaning, laundering, and clothing repairs done here for 4+ years and have consistently had top-​notch service. Not only are they really good at the their job (cleaning/​fixing my clothing), they’re always quite friendly and happy to help! They also can work really quickly if need be!
After I moved to a new apartment further from Murray Hill Valet Service, I tried several cleaners located closer to my place for convenience-​sake. That was a BIG mistake as each of them was more expensive, slower, and didn’t do a good job. Thus, I continue to travel the extra distance to go back to MHVS (and they even offer free pick-​up/​delivery if need be).
I highly recommend this place to anyone who lives in the area!
