terrible customer service; the box was ripped for a pair of shoes that were a gift and the sales lady wouldn’t find a clean box for me. made me feel awful even for asking. then was laughing with her coworkers who were throwing a football in the store, but she was nothing but surly with me.

Selection is ok, and prices are better than what you’ll get around the corner at EMS. At the same time, the two people we asked for help did not seem very interested in helping us. This certainly isn’t the largest location in the city.

THis store is one of the smallest for them but I still find good buys. The one on 42nd gets the super sales of marked down to get rid of and make room for new stuff but the staff here on Amsterdam could not be nicer. The store is spotless too. Even though it seems to be teenagers they hire, they are very nice. That’s a surprise.

With the high prices they have at this place, you would think they could afford more than one cashier at the check out… Terrible service at the check out and the store manager/​asst. manager lady is a prick… SHOP ONLINE PEOPLE!!! These jerks don’t deserve your money.
