Typical McDonald’s, but there’s always a line and the place could be cleaner. Never a problem with the food, so take out is best.

The good: the restaurant is clean; the food is standard McD issue; ordering via touchscreen is efficient.
The bad: the staff are surly and unusually rude — don’t expect to be acknowledged or have your order confirmed.
When minimum wage increases to $ 15, perhaps quality workers or efficient robots will staff the counter.

Am I really in a McDonald’s? That the first thing that came to my mind when I walked in and admired the impressive décor. But other than that nothing special can be found here, that distinguishes it from any other McDonalds. Same long lines, bad service and terrible over priced food. But they have good coffee.

This place has beyond horrible service & management! No wonder people say people in the Tristate area are rude. They also have a security bathroom attendant who harrases customers. Unfortunately i can only rate this location one star but if i really could it would be none!

I had the worst time ever in McDonalds on 14^th street and 6^th Avenue it was kind of busy had to go to the bathroom they wanted me to purchase something and wait on line first to get a receipt so I can show security so I can go to the bathroom. They said bathroom is for customers only I’ve been to McDonald’s customer since the age of 5 I will never go to the McDonalds and never take my sons nephews or nieces or Cousin or anybody to that place ever again

I really dig the McDonald’s New York modern interior design. It’s quite a great ambiance. There’s a cute upstairs and kept very clean. Pretty decent for a McDonald’s.

First point of entry, door person is congenial and concerned. Drinks — including the iced choc-​mocha-​cappucino, are made expertly. Eats — well that goes without saying.
Skilled and respectful staff. Great atmosphere with TV’s playing and yes, you can charge your phone. Combine here with other great things to see and do in the Village.
Don’t favor fast food venues? This location will change your mind.

Its mcdonalds. Anyone who gives it above two stars is not a very well traveled person.
Ill admit, its great when your drunk but this place was hot slop on a bun.
Get the coffee its the best.
USE THIS TIP FOR FRESH FRIES:
Tell them you want the fries to be sodium free, they’ll have to make you a fresh hot batch, Then get the salt packet and add the salt your self. Fresh fries all the time. Always works!

Probably one of the WORST m cdonalds you can go to! Don’t know if the other patrons who wrote the reviews went on a sunny day and gave it a high ratings because of their mood, but my experience has been consistently poor! The service is amazingly slow!!! Let me spell it: SLOOOOW and let’s not forget VERY POOR customer service. I can’t emphasize that enough. If it did not have the good «mc donald’s» name attached to it, this place would have shut a long ago. Figure it will survive in it’s mediocrity because of it’s a location and name.

I came in here around 6:00 PM yesterday. I ordered the Buffalo Ranch McChicken ($ 1.79) and the 4 piece chicken Mcnuggets ($ 1.49) off the Dollar and More Menu.
I was asked about sauce for the nuggets and I asked for honey mustard. I got one packet The sandwich was a spicy version of their McChicken topped with ranch dressing and iceberg lettuce. It took less than 5 minutes to get my food.

This place is okay their eggs are good but I have a huge issue with their bacon! I asked for EXTRA BACON you know? Pour it up pour it up watch it all fry out… totally didn’t happen I got only TWO strips of bacon and on top of that it was so dry it wasn’t pleasant to chew on… my mouth was not satisfied. Badabababaaa not lovinnnnn itt.

It’s kind of hard for me to believe that this is actually a McDonald’s! The interior is definitely a step up just about every other location I’ve been in. The cushioned seats and conveniently located outlets put this location ahead of Starbucks in terms of comfortable study environments… except for one small detail.
There might have been some suspicious activity going on upstairs on the part of another customer. My friend and I ignored it (well, I don’t think he noticed until I mentioned it to him after we left), but it made me a little nervous.
On the upside, they have $ 1 ice cream cones?

This place really is pretty good for a McDonald’s.

After consuming a few beverages on an empty stomach, I needed sustenance on my way home to Brooklyn so I stopped in here. It was crowded but the line moved fast.
Expecations were low, especially after reading Ron C’s review, but I was really knocked out by the service I received from the young lady who took my order. I’m so frustrated I can’t recall her name (Lateisha? Tynesha? I think it definitely ended in –esha but after a few beers my recall wasn’t so good).
But anyway, she was so friendly and professional and she handled the various customers (suits, drunks, hobos, party kids, etc) with aplomb. To be honest, I’d love to see if she wanted to come work at my company because we could use go-​getters like her.
My burger was fine and my fries were fresh, so no complaints food-​wise. But the fourth star is really for the stellar service from the young lady whose name I can’t recall.

This review is entirely based on their facilities.
This McDonald’s franchise operates ²⁴⁄₇ and contains two levels. After business hours with a work peer where we previously were smashed by too many drinks, we sought refuge with this McDonald’s facilities. Somewhat clean and a tier above a public facility found in a park. The upper dinning level were closed but their facility was open, but unexpectedly low and behold as I enter the women’s room a man was suddenly exiting… What the hell? I blurted out coldly «this is the WOMEN’S room, do you know that?» My work peer, being protective of me, inquired if I was okay who saw this culprit exiting as I was entering. MEH! I was NOT lovin’ it.
There are neon charging stations while you down a greasy burger and French Fries to raise your cholesterol level as your phone is being charged to bang away your Facebook status. No comment on food as I did not intake any.

Ok, I know, I know… it’s McDonalds. But because of my random, uncontrollable and inexcusable (well, I blame my occasional need for a «McFix» on my mother’s idea that Happy Meals were an acceptable form of reward for good behavior) need for a bit o’ golden arch, I stopped in to curb my state of famine. Anyway, the employees here are surprisingly friendly and, dare I say it, cool! I had quite an enjoyable exchange with the employee behind the counter about his comical experience with a very determined homeless man. I can’t speak much for the food because, let’s face it, it’s the same everywhere. But as long as you happen to visit this particular location before the post-​bar crowd stumbles in, I’m sure you’re bound to enjoy a semi-​descent snack and some friendly banter with the chill guys behind the counter.

4 stars for a McDonald’s!!! Hell yeah. It has its very own dressed-​up doorman. The patrons are straight from a speakeasy. I don’t know what’s with this location but it seems to be out our time-​space continuum. Super clean, polite and even food tastes different! Music is lounge-​jazzy. Hey I got to give credit where credit is due. Maybe this is Ronald’s birthplace that’s why they made it so nice…

Service was mediocre.
I ordered an iced coffee with vanilla and milk. I know how sweet the vanilla is so I didn’t order any sweetener. They put SIX (count em, SIX) pumps of vanilla in my 16oz coffee cup. That is almost HALF sweetener! ACK! I was hoping for the best, so I took a sip, and I LITERALLY spit it out. They fixed it, but she took it out back to do so, so she probably spit in it.
Bathrooms were frightening, but at least they had em.

Fanciest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. the chairs are super modern and comfy. without the sign in front and the smell of french fries, i wouldn’t have ever guessed it was mcdonalds. and the bathrooms, they are super clean. i feel like I’m worshipping this place. however, because of the fanciness, the prices are jacked up. no dollar menu. the McChicken is 1.49. jeez. and then there are random homeless people that walk in and ask for money. luckily the manager kicked him out. too bad he came back in again. the décor is nice but the prices make me not want to eat here. i want to go to a mcdonalds for cheap food. just come in and out.

Service: Guy in a suit opened the door for me and greeted me. I’ve seen it all now.
Atmosphere: Fancy shmancy.
Cleanliness: Next to godliness.
Big Mac: Slapped together, falling apart, dinky, but always delicious.
Notes: I’m loving it.

I usually don’t like writing about chains/​common places, etc — but for this — i had to make an exception.
Normally McDonald’s is nasty, uncomfortable, ugly colors, crappy lights, dirty, and the list goes on. But… This place is what they are now pushing as their Mc Café — it was pretty cool, comfortable, jazz music playing on the speakers — and now McDonalds sell fruit smoothies — which are really good!
McDonald’s usually sucks and is extremely unhealthy — but i’d definitely come back to this McD’s for coffee or a smoothy.

extremely nice looking place. Nicer than most restaurants in NYC. Hot Damn! Still dont like eating that shit if I can help it though. not sure when they redid it, the riff raff still remains.
