Came here after a brunch outing for a quick hookah session & some drinks. For that purpose in particular it was great time! Hookahs were $ 15 but unfortunately only had mint & cinnamon flavor. Drinks while I do not remember the price I remember being cheap & delicious. Have not had the food & I was there at 4pm on a Sunday (it opens at 4pm on Sundays). For what I came for I had a good time & would love to come again as it looks like it could be a fun place to be at on weekend nights.

We made a reservation for 20 people at this establishment for brunch. We arrived at 2:15 or so and were the first ones there. The experience was just terrible. Everyone’s food came out cold and either overcooked or undercooked. Furthermore, some peoples entrees came out a full HOUR after some of the others’. The poor waitress (who btw is really the bartender) was doing all she could to not only help and accommodate my table but all the other tables that arrived all by herself. She had to take everyone’s orders; make the drinks and SERVE the drinks and the food. Needless to say it was a disaster. I felt bad for her because it really wasn’t her fault. The management of this establishment needs to get it together. When you have large reservations booked; you need to have more than ONE cook in the kitchen and you need a FULL STAFF on the floor. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to ANYONE.

Believe it or not, the dinner options are pretty tastey. The drinks are pretty good and the pitcher of sangria is strong. When the male bartender is behind the bar, the drinks are awesome; when the female bartender is behind the bar, the drinks are watered down.
My low rating is really based on the service. The waitresses are for the most part negligent, ignorant, and useless. I remember one specific occasion when I requested a drink. Instead of going to the bar, the waitress went out to the front to flirt with a guy at another table. I waved her down and while she did see me, she turned her head. I even saw her sit down and eating fries with a customer. I had to complain. It was just so gross and quite honestly, I barely touched my food in fear that she had spit on it.
I’m not sure if I want to return, though my husband always seems to love coming. Men definitely get a different kind of service or attention form waitresses, obviously because they’re looking for tip. It’s just frustrating to expect good service and then, be treated less than.
And again, I really love the food. My husband is a very picky eater and even he loves the food so much, but the poor service really ruins the night here.

Horrible place ambiance makes no sense and they give you small plastic cups and the they charge you 13 $ a drink will never come back

DO NOT GO HERE! stay away. poor waiters had to set up the table, take everyone’s order, run the food herself .it took 1 hr for our appetizers to come, and then another hour for our main course to come. I manage a bar, and here’s a few tips: 1. you need a food runner, 2. you need more than one waitress. 3. your cook has to cook more than just a table at a time. 4. your never going to flip over any tables, the entire time we were there no new parties came in… this place will be closed by the end of summer.

Well I am not the type of person to try to put down any new business but my experience today made me make an account with Unilocal just so I can say how I feel so here it goes. I came in here with a party of 7 for brunch. The weitress had no clue about anything on the menu we asked for mofongo and skirt steak and she thought that the steak was the mofongo it was horrible the food was cold dry and very hard we left all of it .how can you fuck up on chicken tenders wow… the drinks were 1 and half hour unlimited I only got to drink 2 cause they were everywhere but not in my table. we waited for our food for over an hour and it wasn’t even busy. The manager sucked she said «I am only one person I can’t handle everybody «okay last time I checked that’s your job if you can’t handle it give someone else that can a chance. overall it was a disaster right after that we had to go eat at cachapas y mas and that made my day .They don’t even deserve 1 star

This lounge/​bar is the new baby in Dyckman. The setting and decoration is beautiful! The chandaliers are really a point of admiration. But ok, lets get to the point. I was there celebrating a friends birthday and there wasn’t enough chairs in the lounge to sit me and two others at our table (meanwhile the other half of the group was seated). I was standing up for an hour and a half before one of the people in our table snatched a chair from the bar for me to sit. Me and a friend ordered The Mix Greens salad ENTREE which took an hour to arrive and it only did because we reminded the waiter!(horrendous). The salad came with no originality my 5 year old brother could have made it himself. It was seriously one of those already made bag salads that you buy in the supermarket with Krafts italian dressing. Now for the main course I had Steak and Eggs which was another disaster the steak not being properly cooked (it was like chewing on gum) and the eggs not feeling fresh. Overall my experience with the wait and the service sucked!!!
