My friend told me to go here, but I was a little skeptical because of the negative reviews about service. I went around 9 am so maybe I missed the breakfast rush but I didn’t have a long wait and my breakfast sandwich was really good! I definitely recommend the pastrami. Nice and salty and yummy! They have specialty breakfast sandwiches or you can make your own. Yum yum!

Solid sandwich spot, just doesn’t wow in any particular respect. Not the cheapest, not the best, not the fastest delivery. They do have a pretty solid breakfast offering though which is pretty redeeming and rounds it up to a 4-star for me(mmm bacon, mmmmmm).

Not a call home to Mom kind of place, but it gets the job done! Had a decent Honey BBQ Chicken sandwich and it took a decent amount of time to make, was warm when it came out, but was mostly bland. The mozzarella wasn’t melted, and the BBQ sauce was poorly seasoned. Overall, a solidly average sandwich.

Overall, pretty underwhelming. For $ 11 for a sandwich, you can do a heck of a lot better. I got the buffalo chicken wrap and added avocado and crispy onions. The chicken cutlets were incredibly thin and mostly breading and the sandwich was drowned in hot sauce. About the best thing I can say about the experience is that the service was gone, but having gone later one during lunch, this was a bit of an aberration. Usually I’ll wait about 10 min for a sandwich despite the multitudes of sandwich makers. The only way I would return is out of convenience. You can do much better if you want to spend a little over $ 10 for lunch!

While the food is good, ikanena is a complete and utter dim wit. She can look at you like u have 5 heads when you order something even though she has seen you before and ordered the same thing before.

I’ve been coming here for breakfast while I’ve been staying in New York and it’s great! The staff knew my order as I was walking in after a couple of visits! It’s pretty cheap as well, I haven’t checked out anywhere else in the city but I haven’t needed to!

Lenny’s, but now the sign outside says Lenwich. Either way, dining experience here is too inconsistent. Grillers tend to under cook. Concept of «eggs over medium» seem impossible to master. «Toasted whole wheat roll» is always chewy and seems untoasted to me. Managers are always seemingly too busy with spreadsheets or something instead of looking at the service operation. Tell them your meal was undercooked and they readily say they’ll speak to the staff about that. Next time, no change. Customer satisfaction takes a much lower priority than the efficiency and bottomline. If you respect an assembly line sterile food operation in a restaurant business, then you will like Lenwich. Outrageous waste in packaging materials, they didn’t get any memos about the environment. Facility is spacious and clean. The coffee is decent and the fruit salad is usually good when prepared fresh. But watch out for over refrigerated leftovers where the melon suffers from a frost and thaw.

Let me start by saying I’m a huge fan of Lenny’s overall and constantly get food from other locations. The staff here is very slow and I’ve had my share of problems with the food. The staff jokes a lot with each other around the counter. On my most recent visit, I ordered a chopped Cobb salad with dressing on the side. The girl preparing my salad kept stopping to look at the list of what was supposed to go in the salad. She literally took almost 20 minutes to make my salad and put the dressing IN the salad. While eating my salad, I noticed there was no avocado and no chicken. I went back to the counter to complain. The cashier looked at the container and said — I saw her put chicken and avocado in it. I looked at him and asked where is it? He pointed at a piece of egg yolk and went on claiming that it was avocado. This situation has happened too many times and I wanted to make a complaint against this location but the location isn’t listed on their website.

Come here every Monday after school. The place is not very crowded and always clean. I never have to wait on line and so far my order has never been wrong. Portion sizes are massive and the sandwiches totally rock. Price is high, but you get what you pay for. Also, the bathroom is not bad at all. An enjoyable place to eat overall.

I got the Lenny. It was a complete let down. It was almost all meat, which was lukewarm, instead of hot like it should be. The cheese wasn’t melted and the sauerkraut flavors did not complement the flavors of the meat and bread. As for the bread, I got marbled rye, which was good, but it should have been toasted. Why would you serve a hot sandwich on non toasted bread? The sandwich was around $ 8 and I would much rather have gone somewhere else to pay less for a better deli sandwich. Completely disappointed.

I don’t know if it’s justified for me to write a review after only having 1 item on the menu. But I will share regardless. I’ve been here about 4 times and always get #11 — the vegetarian sandwich. It is hands down the most delicious vegetable-only sandwich you will ever have. They LOAD it up with a million different things that make it flavorful and filling(especially the avocado!). The fact that I choose to order this above all the other meat items on the menu(I’m a meat lover)…says a lot about the quality and consistency they provide. It’s a fast lunch spot too.

I love Lenny’s! This is one of my regular go-to spots, since I work in the area. The service is always great, you can always find a seat, and it’s never too crowded. The sandwiches are a bit expensive, but definitely come with a good portion size of meat and cheese, etc. They have a good array of healthy snacks and make the best salads!

I was taken here by someone who is a vegetarian, who would only let me get vegetarian items from the menu. Ever since then I have fallen in love with the Vegetarian Sandwich which is #11. I would suggest that you get extra sauce with the sandwich because it just makes it a whole lot better.

While visiting a client last week, I suggested we ordered lunch Lennys was chosen, one gentleman ordered a Caesar salad with grilled chicken two other gentlemen ordered various sandwiches and wraps, all three said the selections with fresh tasty and very good. I ordered a tossed spinach Caesar salad, the my spinach was fresh, chilled, my salad also came with radishes capers, celery, char grilled chicken, and jalapeño peppers! A very light calorie Caesar dressing on the side created the best salad I’ve ever had any restaurant. I will return to Manhattan in several weeks I will make it a priority to visit Lennys and get the same salad. We ordered delivery, they had a very wide range of menus selections, hot and cold appetizers hot and cold entrées salads wraps desserts drinks coffee and espresso

Ok. Let me start by saying Lenny’s food is solid. Nothing special, just a solid NYC franchised sandwich place. And I eat at Lenny’s a lot as I work in the city and its a reliable, affordable, solid food. I have ordered or eaten from this Lennys probably about 25 times. I work 5 – 6 blocks away and the delivery is usually fast. There have been occasions where I waited too long(over 40 minutes) but its expected sometimes during lunch rush. No biggie. But HOLYHELL. Get your shit together and GETTHEORDERCORRECT, JUSTONETIME. Of the countless times I have ordered there, my order was correct MAYBE25% of the time. I ordered from here 3 times in the past 2 weeks and every single time, my sandwich just doesn’t have ANY sauce on it nor is my sauce in a container on the side. THREETIMES in TWOWEEKS I’ve eaten a dry grilled chicken sandwich with melted cheese on a hoagie. Do you know what that’s like? It’s torture! I feel like I’m eating the Sahara and that my mouth has been chewing gum for a week straight from grinding through the dryness and grossness of horribly plain, un-marinated, unspiced chicken on whole wheat bread. I don’t understand it. I order it online through the website every time, a custom sandwich every time. I check off balsamic vinegar. I get no balsamic vinegar. Not on the sandwich not on the side. I check off hot sauce, I get no hot sauce on the sandwich I get none on the side. And it completely ruins my meal to a tasteless hunk of carbohydrates and protein. How can you forget it this often? It baffles me.(Side Note: I don’t mix balsamic and hot sauce, that was simply an illustration of two separate occasions. Only communists would dare to mix balsamic and hot sauce. #America) When I order online, I even put in the description«**PLEASEDONTFORGETTHE ______(insert sauce here)**» and STILL they forget it! It’s ridiculous really. I am paying you $ 9 for a sandwich that is a dry tasteless mess. And it’s not like it happened one time. This is the 3rd time in as many orders in 2 weeks! You’re 3 for 3 in getting my order wrong. And that’s $ 30 I will never get back. And the last time I order a sandwich from you. And I was literally at the point of ordering from you guys on a weekly basis. My co-worker orders from you damn near daily. Time to find a new Lenny’s because this one sucks.

I didn’t know what to expect when I wondered into Lenny’s but it was really tasty. I ordered a hot pastrami & corned beef with swiss cheese, coleslaw and russian dressing on a hero. It cost $ 10 but they didn’t skimp on the meat at all. The meat was hot and juicy, the cheese melty and the coleslaw was cold and had a good crunch. Two thumb up and I’ll be back.

Ordered catering for a large group during lunch… my only request was that they showed up on time. Showed up an hour late. Unreliable. Never again.

Good place for quick and light luch. I live nearby the Lenny’s and sometimes stop by this place for lunch. It is relatively less crowded than other lunch places in the midtown, and moreover, this place is quite spacious so that you can take a seat during the lunch time, which is pretty a rare case in manhattan. #1 Corned beef with russian dressing is definitely the most popular one; its vegetarian sandwich with avocado is also good. You can choose sliced bread(small size), wrap or ciabatta(medium), or hero(large) size. $ 8 for the small size is a bit pricey, but it is worth try.
