Strolling SoHo and came across this little shop. I am a big Kate Spade fan and was hoping to score some deals. Kinda disappointed… I expected some of the items from their regular line but not the case. Cute stuff and I ended up getting a couple of things, but the line was limited and not quite what i was looking for. The shop is in the heart of SoHo just off Broadway. The staff was great and I will give them another try next time I am in the city.

I visited my friend in NYC the first weekend of October and we went shopping in Soho. We stumbled upon this shop and my friend told me I would probably really like it. The Store was neatly organized with great visual merchandising standards — the products seemed fresh and fun to go with the current changing season. There was a bag that caught my eye — The Weekender. The only one I was interested in was the ZigZAg printed one though. I thought about getting it but decided to pass since I still had a whole weekend in NYC and didn’t want to spend a lot of money just yet. When I went back home to Buffalo, all I could think about was that bag and how perfect it would either be for my weekend trips or a cute fashionable bag for roller derby. I decided to purchase the bag online, but to my surprise the only version of the bag that was not available was the Zigzag print! I ended up calling this shop in Soho and they told me I could purchase that one in their store and they would ship it to me free of charge!!! I was extremely happy! On top of it, there was a friends and family discount day going on, so I got the bag at 30% off! The bag arrived within 4 to 5 days and it’s gorgeous! This store really knows how to give the best customer service that they can and I highly recommend checking this store out. Their staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the products they had. I will definitely be returning and I even signed up for email :)

BUYERBEWARE: They are passing off USED merchandise as new(at least they are doing so on their website). I bought a purse on their website and when it arrived, there was a handful of loose change(pennies, nickels, dimes, etc) still inside it. Yes, they shipped me a supposedly ‘new’ purse filled with someone else’s old loose change. Their customer service was responsive and apologetic when I called them immediately, but how this kind of thing could pass inspection and then get shipped to a customer is just beyond. Would give it zero stars if I could. Again, this review is for their website. Would never shop here again, ever, whether online or in the store.

I typically do not write reviews on retail stores, but the staff here was incredibly friendly and this was a fun place to shop at. I have seen Kate Spade Saturday on the website, but did not realize they had a store. Everything was bright and fun. :)

Cute little shop … Great trendy clothes. Friendly staff said hello with a smile twice before I was in the store 5 minutes.

When I had found out about KS Saturday, I had immediately fallen in love with them! The accessories and the clothing were more so my taste than the regular beloved Kate Spade. The line is just much cleaner and simpler looking. I had purchased through their website a couple of times in the past, but was really hesitant to purchase anything else other than accessories. I wasn’t too sure if their sizes or if quality of materials were any good. But hank goodness for this store! It’s small and doesn’t carry as much stuff as you see on their website, but I immediately got sense of how long the dresses were and the quality of the bags. Again the store is small, but round about selection of everything they carry on the website, including the home accessories.

Last year this shop wasn’t really a shop at all. It was a vending machine that allowed you to search the site and place an order, all from the safety and comfort of a NYC street. One of the sales gals told me that the machine did well enough that the company decided to open up an actual store. And oh what a beautiful store it is. The design of the store is simple and effective. The clothing on the racks, bags above and shoes displayed in the back really stand out. Pieces are a bit expensive for me but that’s the Kate Spade brand, right? Beautiful items nonetheless, and I looove their weekender bag. Must also give some love to the sales gals, both were so adorable and personable and it made my visit that much more enjoyable. So glad this place isn’t just a vending machine anymore.
