I wish I could leave 0 stars. I ordered delivery through Seamless from this place and it was the absolute worst! When I called to let them know that half my order had not arrived, the man I spoke with offered no solution whatsoever and proceeded to inform me that my order was not wrong because, as he ludicrously explained, Seamless had written the description so it wasn’t his fault and they don’t even carry the items listed. What?!? When I tried to reason with him as to how that could possibly be, HE LAUGHED AT ME. He then, apparently, just set the phone down and walked away without saying anything.
I’m in shock as to how a business could possibly run with such terrible customer service and inexcusably rude employees.
I called Seamless to complain and receive a refund and they confirmed that his story was completely untrue.
What an awful, disgusting place.

Today is a sad day for me after calling in an order to pick up. I arrived home with my turkey burger deluxe no cheese, crispy fries and something seemed different about the whole experience but I wasn’t really paying attention. I lifted the bun and immediately thought, either ownership or management changed or perhaps both. The bun wasn’t toasted, the lettuce looked regurgitated, and the onions – well what onions. The turkey burger was a perfectly round puck of dry blah. I was so hungry and looking forward to my usual turkey burger but instead I ate the truly disappointing change to the previously loved dive joint. I called and confirmed, this Jumbo is under new ownership and I doubt that I will get the same food that the last crew served up with care to quality. Don’t get me wrong the previous food was «junk food» all the same but at least the turkey burgers looked and taste like the patties were made from non-​frozen ground turkey meat. I’ve had better; the better was cooked from the same kitchen.

Worst service, and sub-​par food. You’ve been warned. If you need a reminder to eat healthy come here. Lower quantity food than McD’s. There are better options around here.

About the only place in the neighborhood to get a real breakfast (not counting Dunkin’ Donuts across the street or Red Rose which is open inconsistently.) They serve it all day — pancakes, french toast, omelettes, etc. They also have healthier options like egg whites and turkey bacon or sausage. Their turkey burgers are pretty good, though if you want a real grilled flavor go to their sister restaurant which is the little fish shack a few steps away. Service is very impersonal, no matter how many times you visit. No table service though they have tables. They can get overwhelmingly busy on weekend mornings.

Love these places with bar stools at the counter, and everyone working out in the open. I’ve been walking by this place for a year, and finally stopped in. They serve a good, classic burger, good fries, and a ton of other things. I was in and out of there in no time, I see coming back quite often. Good to know this place serves breakfast too.

Delicious for breakfast. I usually get turkey bacon, french toast, home fries and scrambled eggs. It is so good. Especially after a long night of partying! I usually get full after eating half of my meal so I save it. It warms up pretty nicely.
Oh, and Jumbo’s Hamburger Place delivers!

Yummy Turkey Burgers and Strawberry Shakes! Also, very fast service! I always hit this place up when I feel like indulging! Always does the trick!
