Horrible service they screwed up my delivery & it’s not the 1st time — pretended like they were sending someone back but he never showed up
Then hung up the phone when I inquired again
DONT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE — then maybe they wil get better customer service skills
The food isn’t that great either — it’s not worth the headache

Food is decent but they will hang up the phone on you and continue to hang up or ignore your calls if you inquire about delivery when they’re busy or don’t feel like it. Seriously, I would rather they tell people that they are busy instead of do that. They could’ve kept a customer if they didn’t hang up like that because I would’ve offered to come pick up. But no, they do this a lot. And they’ve done it to my roommate. Definitely annoying and DISRESPECTFUL.

I had a truly terrible burger from here. Soggy, messy, and bland. Also they don’t deliver after 7:00pm which meant we had to pick up ourselves, defeating the entire purpose of ordering from a place like Jimbos in the first place! By the time we got them and got home, everything was cold, the fries were soggy, the onion rings only marginally better. The only thing I can say is that they got the order right. I asked for one burger well-​done, one medium-​rare, and mayo on the side. I got exactly that. But I don’t know if you get to give them points for getting the order right! I probably wouldn’t bother again.

The good of Jimbo’s is that it’s tried and true — nothing on the menu is exceptional, but it certainly doesn’t disappoint. If you’re looking for a greasy spoon, this is certainly it, but if you aren’t looking for a high-​end burger and fries, Jimbo’s does the trick. There are at least 5 – 7 different locations scattered throughout Harlem and we’ve not had a major issue with any of them. This particular location doesn’t deliver, so plan to pick up your order if you call them. Breakfast is surprisingly good and stick-​to-​your-​ribs if you are looking for some calories in the AM.

Ah, good old Jimbo’s! There are like 10 all over upper manhattan. The one I used to go to as a kid was on Amsterdam Ave. This branch is a nice addition to the small number of eateries located where i work. Jimbo’s serves you basic diner meals. You can get your stuff to go at the counter or sit in and eat. Nothing really stands out here but by the same token nothing will disappoint you for the cheap prices. The Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches and cheeseburgers are best picks from Jimbo’s. Service is decent, but you really go there for the cheap prices. One plus… the bathroom at this location is really well kept which is really cool compared to many «upperclass» spots who have nasty restrooms.
