I have given this place a shot about 5 times as I live very close in vicinity, there has only been one time where I felt my laundry was ready on time and even at that point I was missing items (including my laundry bag). Other times include, weird stains that have showed up on newly washed clothes, failed to deliver at the agreed upon time with zero call or warning, and one time they had put my damp laundry back in my laundry bag without folding leaving wrinkles that could only come out by rewashing.
I find the people to be very nice! But it is safe to say I am concerned whenever I drop my clothes here and it is a shame because they are very convenient to where I live.

Laundry was not cleaned when I got it back, they lost some of my things and were RUDE when went in to have them recitify the situation. GO ELSEWHERE!

Great service. I brought in a pair of pants with a stain. When I went to pick them up, the owner said he wanted to clean them again to try to get the stain out.
He lets me get my packages delivered here, too. Super nice guy.

They send out their laundry and lost my favorite black pants. I’m going back to Eastmore. The guy (owner?) is super nice and was apologetic but… I’d rather keep my clothes in 1 place.
