If you’re going to go off the wagon with some ice cream, you might as well do it with the best ice cream. Get it at this place. And the people who run the establishment are very friendly and sweet. Just like their ice creams.

Seriously this location is a joke! The customer service is bad and they overcharge for everything! How is a cone with one scoop cost like $ 6 – 7?! plus they charge $ 1 extra for sprinkles! And my friend found a tiny hair in her ice cream! Gross! Didn’t even want to go back & argue. Don’t waste your time going there! Just buy a pint of Haagen Daz & your own cones! Save yourself from dealing with horrible customer service & overcharging!

Don’t get me wrong,
I love haagen dasz with all my heart but this review is for this specific location’s customer service. They over charged me wayyy much for a cone, close to 8 dollars! Which i usually get the same thing in another location for 6.00. when i questioned it — they told me it was from adding taxes. They never gave me a receipt and was super sus. Never going back again.

Very small location with only a couple benches for customers to sit on. They do sell a couple ready-​made cakes in a fridge inside. The staff is extremely impatient and want you to be ready to order the second you walk through the door.
They have all the normal flavors and menu items as all the other locations though. So, in the end, it does get the job done.

Practically the only Ice Cream that I eat, which is why whenever I come back home I have to find a shop. Unfortunately there aren’t as many around anymore since I was a kid so this was the first time I have ever been to this particular one. This place is TINY so if you aren’t careful you will miss it. And when I say tiny, I mean it is as small as hallway. But still has some of the best Ice cream mass distributed. All hail Cookies and Cream.

I’m sorry I can’t give this place more than 2 stars because I am an ice cream fanatic — you really cant mess up ice cream. However, this place did. Was the ice cream gross? No. Was it different than the Haagen Dazs I can buy at Pathmark and save myself a trip? No, not really. What ticked me off is that this place never. ever gets the order right. Even if its as tiny a detail as the type of sprinkles I want, its ALWAYS something. Having said that, 2 stars for the free bottle of water you get and the cakes, which are really good and decorative. Other than that, I can make a way better milkshake and sundae and save myself transit money!
