I am leaving 1 star because I can’t leave 0. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced by a woman names Evelyn. She was the rudest employee in this business I have ever encountered. There are so many other people in this world that need a job and don’t get one yet they hire this bitch? I am extremely scared about what this world has turned into. That is all.

I’m not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. if you don’t like all the choices they have, then feel free to go to McDonald’s where they have the vanilla soft serve cone. It’s as easy as it gets, and there’s one down the street. I got the strawberry & banana froyo w/cookie crumbs topping. It was deeee-lish. Normally, I find a lot of froyo places to be too heavy, creamy, or sweet. This was light, semi-sweetened, and refreshing. Loved it! I definitely recommend this place.(btw, if you check in w/Foursquare, you get an upgrade to the next larger size– free of charge!)

I like this place. Clean, simple, great flavors. Lite ice cream… I can eat more! A little heavier than Tasti d lite-which is fine/good. The flavors are consistent and good. The workers have been pleasant. The price is lower than Tasti. I am not a fan of self serve, I cannot be trusted. Overall like a lot and go about once a week. One star off for not always opening at the opening time… I have some on a Sat and at 20 min after the opening time, they aren’t open.

Friends, save you calorie splurges for other frozen yogurt shops! Heres’s why: — the soft serve and fro yo is «average».(Pinkberry, Red Mango, Tasty D-lite are all better). I ordered a cone, and then the girl made a mistake and put it in a cup. I corrected her and she made me a new cone.(This girl was really sweet — young, pretty, african american girl). She wanted to give me the cup she messed up on but her manager said«NO.» Really? You’re going to throw it away anyways. This seemed wasteful and mean-spirited. — they don’t take American Express. SERIOUSLY? — very small space. Not somewhere where you’d linger. — one small cone is $ 3.50. I think I’d rather go to the McDonald’s down the street for the larger, tastier, and $ 1 soft serve cone.

The store was very small and I think that even if I was not in the midst of a dramatic ice cream craving, I still would have found the menu and choices of mixing frozen yogurts, ice creams, custards confusing. The options were too numerous and not clear or well explained. Choose your kind of dairy, choose your kind of flavor(s), choose your syrup(s). It obviously was set up like Pinkberry except with 538 different variations, and whatever flavor I got(can’t even recall, maybe oreo?) I did NOT enjoy it very much. The texture was weird and I unfortunately chose to put ‘mint syrup’ in my ice cream and it was a mint-aster. No thanks.

Not sure why this location wasn’t listed — maybe it is new? We were taking a walk in Central Park and saw a few people eating froyo from this place. Walking back to our car from the park we passed it and decided to try it. My mom loves froyo. She likes to put a bunch of toppings on so essentially she is eating the same number of calories as eating ice cream… I had the café espresso flavor and really loved it. My mom had vanilla and café espresso mixed. My sister had a raspberry flavor. They can make up a ton of flavors by mixing vanilla with a specific syrup. Everyone really enjoyed what they had. This place is very small and it is not self serve like 16 handles. However it is super clean and you can be sure that no one is putting their grubby hands all over the dispenser or drooling on the toppings! Prices are on par with other yogurt places. We liked it!
