I love this bakery and their café next door. Their iced coffee«regular» style is just the way I like it – creamy and sweet. It’s done in more of a café con leche style as there’s definitely more milk added compared to other bakeries and the milk is a combination of evaporated and condensed milk. The desserts are delicious in that very sweet and bad for you way(definitely not the place for you if you’re into calorie counting) and very reasonably priced! Another thing I love is their counter top heated shelf that holds whatever savory baked snack of the day they’ve created(usually for about $.50/piece!). The only thing that would make this place better, or perhaps my daily go to spot, would be if the owner or ladies behind the counter recognized me by name and gave me that true neighborhood feel and buy in. Usually I try to speak with the ladies and they will respond back but are not super friendly and the owner just looks at me suspiciously as the majority of their customers are Hispanic or speak Spanish when ordering.
