I love this Dunkin donuts. Of course this is a biased review because this is my neighborhood DD but they are always so friendly. During the school year there is a long line of teachers on the morning, so from 7:15−8, expect a bit of a wait. I love the staff here and am always greeted with a smile and positive attitude when I come in, thanks DD!

Fresh coffee! Never burnt! Fairly fast service! Great sitting area, clean and has a clean restroom open to customers only. Same staff there for almost two years.

Sometimes I forget to review the most important things… like the Dunkin Donuts I go to every single day. Well, not every single day. Tina bought me a coffee maker, so sometimes on weekends I cheat and make it myself. But… in my defense? I’m usually making Dunkin Donuts coffee. It took me awhile to get into this place. After I would say like three months, they got the hang of seeing me, then making my coffee. I have a very symbiotic relationship with people who make my coffee. It’s a bond that cannot be broken. Probably the best Dunks in NYC. I liked my places up on 116th St., but this location is a lot cleaner and the people actually tend to be cooler/nicer. Also, the lines are not as long in the morning as they sometimes can be up there. There’s also a giant«D» for the doorknob as you enter. Corny, but I love it. The manager and one of the female assistant managers always make me feel welcome. Very few problems here — I walk about two blocks just to get my morning coffee. It’s always worth it ;-)
