Went to this Dunkin donuts on a non busy Sunday and the employees acted as if it was very busy messing up our order. They gave my mother a chocolate chip muffin when she asked for a blueberry but we didn’t realize it until we sat down to eat and drink out coffee. she realized it wasn’t blueberry after putting it to her nose to smell the muffin brought it back to the counter and he put the muffin back in the case!!! Talk about gross it makes me think about the quality of the products that this establishment has.

I have been repeatedly disappointed at this specific dunkin’ donuts. The food product is not an issue, but the workers. Two of the regular workers seem to have a serious lack in either, effort, competence, or both. I never leave this place feeling like the workers value their jobs or me as a customer, which I have never felt at any other Dunkin’. I make a conscious effort to avoid this specific establishment because I don’t want to support a business where the employees don’t seem to want your business.

At this location their soft ice cream machine is always broken — seems they have no interest in dixing it. And at times the air conditioning is weak there, as if they don’t want you to stay long inside.

STAYAWAY. RIPOFF. They charge more than other Dunkin Donuts. So far with every Dunkin Donuts that I’ve been to around the city(Times Square, Grand Central, East Village), it costs $ 3.34 for a Latte LG Original. This place charges $ 3.99 for a Latte MD Original. Why am I subject to pay that much more for a SMALLER size drink in a neighborhood where the cost of living isn’t as high as opposed to Times Square or the East Village is beyond me. Edit : Just wanted to add that the Dunkin Donuts on 3rd Avenue and 90th Street charged me $ 2.99 for a Latte MD Original.

I went there to get a spider man cake for my son’s birthday. Even though they didn’t have it in the store, they brought it from another store for me, thank you for that. Friendly staff and great service… good job.

A STARBUCKSQUALITYBARISTAATYOURLOCALDD! So I went to Dunkin Donuts because I was really in the mood for a large coffee. Now I normally prefer to make my coffee at home so I can get it to just the right temperature. You know how when you normally order coffee from a coffee shop and ask for milk they put just a bit in, so you’re only 2 options are to burn your mouth and feel some pain OR to wait 15 minutes to drink the coffee. But let’s be real, I didn’t just walk to a coffee store to wait 15 minutes. Hello, this is NYC, everything should be on demand. So I asked the guy at DD that was making my coffee to add more milk than usual so that it got to the perfect drinkable temperature – not burning me and not just lukewarm. And BAMN – he nailed it! That coffee was the perfect temperature. I think I may have mouth-gasmed. And then the DD employee made it all over again for my boyfriend. Best DD eva!

This Dunkin’ Donuts is a normal Dunkin’ Donuts. Nothing fancy. Nothing to gush about. Just a regular DD. End of review. P. S. Their«pumpkin coffee» is disgusting. Avoid it.

Come here for an occasional coffee if I pass by on my way to 86th Street subway or on my way home from said station. Their iced coffee is pretty good and there’s never a line in this location. The service is fast. I’ve never seen another customer in here, but I know this store must get business because I see people with Dunkin Donuts coffee cups all over the neighborhood.

This DnD might be suffering a bit because of the construction on 2nd Avenue, but it provides quick service. I’d say in the middle of the day, the cashier was a little less all-smiles than I’ve experienced at other DnD, which is not a big deal but was noticeable enough to mention. Nonetheless, this DnD was also probably one of the cleaner ones I have been to, as well.

This branch is close to my street. Convenient to get to so I am happy. Hot coffee — check. Ice cream — check. Overall clean and bright. What more do you need? It’s coffee and ice cream. There are a hundred of these places in NYC — some good, some bad. This one is OK.

First off, I only go to Dunkin’ Donuts for the coffee – I buy a pound and then make it at home before I go to work. Well, this particular location is downright gross. Sorry, but you’ve been warned. Perhaps it’s the less than bright lights, but I have a sneaking suspicion the crumbs on the floor and tables may have something to do with it. Can you see the mice having a good old time when the lights are out? I can! The few times I’ve been here, there are little to no donuts or bagels and whatever happens to be left looks less than desirable. I laugh at the fact that this DD posts the calories in their products – talk about a selling point… NOT! And while I think that’s something all DDs/NY restaurants may be made to do, this is the only place I’ve seen it. This DD also has a Baskin Robbins in it and though I’ve never purchased anything, most people in this hybrid temple of fat are there for BR. Staff is friendly. Store is handicapped accessible, but you’re going to have to manuever the maze that 2nd avenue has become. Oh, and I don’t know the restroom situation.
