When I don’t want to cook… it’s Pizza time! Best Pizza in town! All immediate and other family members and friends, when I treat them for pizza… love the pizza here! The pizza is juicy and tasty! Folks working there always very attentive!

I came here around 7pm and ordered grandma and regular slices. The regular slice was normal NY pizza but the grandma was dry and looked like it sat on the counter for awhile. Unremarkable pizza but this is normal for NYC.

Plain slice is great, standard NYC fare. Hard to go wrong with this. But their Margherita slice left a lot to be desired. Not much on the tomato sauce, and what was on it was quite dry. Great and helpful customer service, and not so crowded in the evening. What should you get? Go for a couple of plain or pepperoni slices and garlic knots, they will not disappoint the way the Margherita does.

They took over an hour to deliver an order less than three blocks away. When I called to check in, they said it would be ready in 15 minutes, which makes me think they didn’t start my order until I called. Food was good though.

This was the first time in several years I have ordered from Delizia 92 and I’ll not be ordering from them again. I have lived in the neighborhood since 1990 and remember when the grandmother would come in and make the filling for the Cannolis. Delizia 92 was always my go to place for pizza but when the 2nd Ave. subway construction started the quality of the pizza started to deteriorate and apparently has continued to. The pizzas started arriving cold and tasted as if they had been pre-made and sat around unsold. Almost as if it was prepared to sell by the slice and didn’t. The pizza that I ordered last night, a small thin crust cheese with sausage, pepperoni and onion once again arrived cold with the under crust blakened to the point it was tasteless and not worth eating. I strongly recommend trying one of the other pizzerias in the area as there are several new ones. Sorry to see an old institution of the neighborhood reach such a level of failure.

The pizza is great and there is a wide selection of slices. The Cesar salad is great and so are the cannoli.

My favorite New York pizza joint. The slices are big and inexpensive. The pizza isn’t too greasy and the crust is a perfect amount of toasted. The sauce is the lightly spiced and the cheesy is not overwhelming. I try to go here as much as possible.

This is my new neighborhood«go to.» I’ve ordered from Delizia 3 times on seamless and have not been disappointed. I’ve ordered late night pizza(all different types of slices) and absolutely loved them. The recent entrees I ordered were amazing. Eggplant/chicken Parmesan hero so delicious that I was sad when the meal was over. I highly recommend Delizia!

The pizza here is ok. I ordered a large with half mushroom, half green pepper, and a side of garlic knots. When I placed my order, I asked if the green peppers were fresh and if they cooked them before they put them on the pizza. They said yes to both, so I asked if they could put the peppers on the pizza uncooked because it gets too mushy when they’re cooked. They agreed to do it but said they wouldn’t do that again for me… weird. The garlic knots were ok but pretty dry. And they weren’t warm when they arrived. The flavor was good, though. Overall, everything was ok, but I probably will try somewhere else the next time I order pizza.

For the first time I have just tried the order for pickup on Unilocal. Thanks to Unilocal for telling me about this place since I am just traveling through. Delicious! Tired both the thin crust and the thick. So great and they did a fantastic job with the to-go packing of my order.

BESTPIZZAINNYC. Hands down. I’ve lived in the city for a year and everything about this pizza is phenomenal. The dough is flavorful, cheese is great and service is nice.

I’ve actually never done dine-in here before, although it looks like it has the potential to be very nice or awkward. The dine-in area is towards the back, but it can easily be mistaken for a take-out only place because the front area gets congested during busy hours. Their pizza is cheap, affordable, and tasty. What more could a New Yorker want? Soft(er) crust than most places, isn’t too thin. Definitely worth ordering delivery here for your next party if you’re in the area.

I ordered 1 slice with sausage. It was the worst slice of pizza that I’ve had in years. The sauce was tasteless, so was the sausage and the crust was bland. I was shocked. I won’t go back

My review is based on my experience with their delivery food, I haven’t been to their restaurant. By far– best pizza on the UES. Possibly my favorite pizza in NYC. This is classic NYC pizza. Soft crust, amazing sauce. Love it. Plus, delivery time is fast!

Best pizzeria I’ve been to in a long time and since living in the city. They know how to make pizza. I’ve lived in Italy and never had pizza as good as theirs. I always order their Sicilian pizza and its mouthwatering and flavorful.

Grabbed two slices of pizza from here yesterday. A mushroom slice and a chicken slice. I thought both were«ok». They were nowhere near the best slices I have ever had and definitely not anywhere close to the best on the UES. With that said — they were also no where near the worst. It was your totally average pizza slice in my opinion. So while I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again, I certainly wouldn’t go out of my way to come here either.

Every so often when I come from East Harlem down to Yorkville I stop in at Delizia for a slice or two. Now, if I’m the one in control of the pizza ordering I prefer it to some of the joints in the area. Their standard wavers on the doughy side, but in a nice way. Crust is still crispy at the bottom and the sauce has a nice sweetness to it. Any time I’ve dropped in the storefront their front tables are filled and the counter staff is efficient and friendly toward me. While I’d still stick to the nearby San Matteo if you want to impress, Delizia is great spot for solid slice.
