Yes it’s true this is a poor excuse for a DD. I could not understand why they opened at this location. There are three already close by. When they first opened the owner/manager was convincing people to go on line to review them. I had been in there a couple of times and completed reviews. One morning I was there first thing. They hadn’t been open long that morning. Counter help said they were out of the bagel I wanted. I was told someone came in and purchased a few. Later on the survey I mentioned they need to be better stocked. When I returned for coffee bagel the next day the manager actually knew it was me that complained and chewed me out! Their main office must directly quote the survey. No more surveys for any DD location from me! I joined the Baskin Robbin email. You’re supposed to get a free scoop on your birthday. I took in the verification and made sure they understood before they put it in the cup. Get to the register and I was told $ 3 and change. What? For one free scoop?!? There is clearly a language barrier or some other issue with the operation of this franchise. All this said, it’s so cold out today I may go for cup of coffee. I hope it’s under new management by now. It’s close to home.

i work next door to this location in advantage care physiscians, so i stop in every morning for breakfast. i came in on 8⁄5 and ordered my exact order as the day before(cheddar cheese bagel twist with ham) and the cashier told me i could not get that! i explained to her that i purchased the very same order the day before she ignored me and proceeded to take the following customer, while i was left there to stare. i then asked to speak to the manager who tried to hush me up and offer me 3 glazed munchkins while the cashier was laughing the entire time. i dont exactly know if that is the type of business they are trying to run, but this behavior will push customers away! this particular cashier has a very nasty attitude and should not work with people! i wish i remembered her name but i dont. – a loyal customer that will not be returning

The service at this location is pretty spotty. Apparently if you bring in your thermos and tell them that it’s a 16 oz.(which is a small at DD), they will go ahead and charge you for a medium anyway. What a disincentive for trying to save the environment! I guess I won’t be coming back until they get their act together. :(

This is one of the worst and most unfriendly DD I have ever been in. I simply have ordered 2 coffee light and sweet and the counter lady begrudgingly handed the to me. When I asked for a bag, she started mumbling something, when I asked what was the problem she told me just to take my coffee and go. How rude. Yeah I’m not happy.
