Dunkin’ Donuts

Donuts and coffee are standard Dunkin’ donuts and coffee (aka amazing) but their service is so-​so. A friend recently went in and was very frustrated as the employees overlooked her and took the «regulars’» orders first. Besides that… solid dunkin’.

I always go to this Dunkin and the staff knows my order and always tries to be accommodating. They are nice and fast!

Just FYI– check your order before you leave. Got a #1 (2 doughnuts and coffee) and only got 1 doughnut.

I normally stop by at this D&D at least twice a week to grab a cup of coffee on the way to work. The service here seems to be okay. However, today was the second time the same guy at the cashier gave me a short change. The amount was not much (less than and close to $ 1) which I usually put in the tip cup. However, it was not the first time and I had a feeling that he deliberately did that and hoped I would not say anything. I decided to asked him and he told me to wait and gave back that change. ??? Second, I ordered Hash Browns and I waited for my order right by the counter (after I got my change). The hash brown came and the server gave it to another lady who ordered something else and she took it (with her order). I waited for another 5 minutes and asked the guy. They told me they gave it to me while this lady was nibbling on my hash browns right in front of them… huh? I got my order later though. I guess they have to pay for my hash brown out of their pocket? Well done!
Ps. I give them the benefit of the doubt for the short change … So he might just be forgetful. Very forgetful. Or he wanted to save my energy by putting those changes into the tip cup himself. Yes?

love this dunkin donut! I go every morning, cheap good coffee.
What i don’t like is the man who i think is the owner and he is always yelling at the women working there. They are running around trying they’re best when it is super crowded.

The staff are always nice at this Dunkin and it a quicker ordering que than most dunkins. I would definitely head here before work because of the speediness of the crew. If you order hot food, it will come out quick as well.
I have also come in here for quick orders on boxes of donuts and they have been more than accommodating to get my order as quick as possible. I think they catered better to the upper east side clientele resulting in their efficiency. They also remember your order if you a regular dunkin fanatic in the morning. They get confused when I don’t order the same thing lol.
Don’t get me wrong, there are those few times when someone is making a complicated order but you should be helped out as soon as possible.
Hopefully the 99 cent ice tea deal will come back and stay during the summer! It’s been helping with those hot days!

I don’t like how the chocolate glaze donuts ALWAYS seem to taste like they’re stale. Yeah the service is «fast» but they also rush the crap out of you. I understand one people order the same thing everytime but I don’t.

Very judgemental workers… it was unpleasant both times going. There is another dunkins close enough not to deal with trashy attitutdes.

It’s weird to review a coffee shop but I had to do this!

This place is consistently awful (experience over multiple years). The lines are long and in the summer the AC feels non existent, but that’s not the real problem. IF you order comes out correct, the food is stale and assembled very very sloppy. And the inappropriate endearments they call you don’t make up for the lousy service. Walk a few blocks south to Panera in 86^th — at least it’s fresh food and decent service there (I don’t work there, just ate there a couple of times recently).

Munchkins today were dry and stale — I couldn’t even finish them. Donut fail. Coffee was good.

Sweet and fast staff, who refer to everyone by a different endearment, whether they know you or not. Convenient to the 92^nd Street Y and the Lexington Avenue bus.
Personally, I think they should get rid of the giant Baskin Robbins counter and add more seating, as the people-​watching at this corner is perhaps the best in the neighborhood.

Dropped in today to get an iced coffee. Place was sweltering as there was no air conditioning. Felt bad for the nice ladies working behind the counter.
Handicapped accessible which is nice to know, and also a Baskin Robbins connected to it.

This is my favorite Dunkin’ in the city… perhaps because it’s right around the corner from me but most likely because the employees are super nice and usually very quick. It’s your standard Dunkin’, but I always hit this one up for my iced coffee.

Slow service on the morning I decided to go, but they had ample seating right in the front windows. She also made my coffee correctly, which is not always a given at Dunkin’.

I needed an iced carmel latte lite!
This particular DD also has a Baskin Robbins. Lots of room to sit which means you’ll be doing battle with strollers — 92^nd Street Y is right across the street and I guess this place is where they have the after party!
On this particular trip, staff was friendly and accomodating though in the past, I’ve experienced otherwise.
Handicapped accessible, but I didn’t see any restroom available (though I wasn’t looking). And yes, there’s WiFi…
