Staff is friendly, but frequently don’t pay attention to their customers and frequently get the order wrong, which is frustrating for those of us who grow dependent on their morning coffee.

Clean and friendly… just obviously minimalists when it comes to supplies. They put two sandwiches in one packet and put the donuts in the bag without any tissue. They gave me an extra Boston crème donut for the wait, but by adding no tissue and throwing them straight in the bag… half the chocolate came off and got on the other stuff.

This is a review for the fall seasonal selections that Dunkin’ Donuts is currently selling, notably their pumpkin muffins and their pumpkin spiced coffee. The former is a moist sensation that actually tastes like pumpkin. It is filling and fairly good with nice use of texture. The latter is vile. I drink my coffee black so this is especially noticeable. I think they just inject a sweet, pumpkiny syrup into the coffee, and it is a clear failure. Avoid. 2.5 stars between the two

I was excited to see this new downtown location which opened over the weekend. It is situated on the corner of the 1 train and only a few hundred yards from the R/W. Great for grabbing a coffee on the way to work every morning(or in my case for an evening cup on the way home). Dunkin’ Donuts is what it is. If you’re from Boston and New Hampshire like me, you grew up on it and will always have a taste for their donuts, coffee and bagels. Sometimes you need what is cheap and convenient or you just want that familiar DD’s experience.
