One of the worst manicures I ever received. For the price they’re charging, the lady doing my nails could have tried a little harder. By the time I got from NYC– Newark I already had chips. Parts of my nails weren’t polished, the edges weren’t buffed so they were all ragged with prob caused the chips. Skimpy massage. Nice place but won’t recommend for any service

BEWARE– Do not be fooled by the soothing music and comfortable atmosphere. I paid $ 42(+tip) for a gel manicure and it lasted 3 days before chipping. At 5 days it was peeling off. I have had numerous gel manicures(for significantly cheaper) at other locations and they typically last me 2 – 3 weeks before starting to chip — not 3 days! It was OPI gel so I can’t imagine it being the polish used. It seems to have been due to the workmanship.

Just moved to the area and was glad a place like this was just around the corner – until I actually went there. I went in for a mani/pedi/wax and when I saw the condition of the place and the crud on all the chairs and tools, I immediately opted out of the mani/pedi, didn’t even ask for it. Figured I’d just do the wax. I was taken to a tiny room that was so dirty I got so grossed out that I left. They asked me where I was going and I just said that I had to be somewhere soon and lost track of time and needed to leave. I will never go back or have a service done there.

So, the latest SCAM downtown is the 15 min pedicure for $ 32…which puts this activity at $ 128 an hour… just sit and think about that. They take off the polish — ask you if you want your callouses removed — which never get removed anyway — for an addition $ 12 — $ 44…you say«no»(that used to be ½ the PURPOSE of a regular pedicure)…they take off the polish — cut the nail — throw some lotion on quickly(NOEFFORT) and you’re done. $ 6 tip — so $ 38 for 15 minutes. On the UES you have a salon every 10 feet — they don’t play this… they’re polite — they do an actual 30 min pedicure, attention to cuticles, calluses etc. Tribeca has more choices… but this is just CRAZY in FiDi and BPC. Been down here 22 yrs– I have never seen it this bad. Oh, and no AC– it was about 85 degrees in the salon — it was cooler outside. What a joy. Not going back.

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst manicure I have ever gotten in my entire life.

By far one of the best places to get pampered. They did an incredible job on my gel manicure. Super attentive. The atmosphere is great after a long work day. The music they play is very soothing. The owner is so sweet and kind. It’s rare to find honest down to earth people here in NYC. I can’t wait to try their other services! They do eyelash extensions, massages, waxes.

*HORRIBLE* I went in for a pedicure & «French» manicure. The pedicure was extremely rushed… lasted about 15 minutes and WASNOT relaxing. The chairs do not have massage features and are from at least ten years ago… and they do not offer any drinks. They do not have the mechanical equipment to perform a proper french tip manicure… it was AWFUL. 3 of my nails BROKE the very NEXTDAY while doing normal activities such as showering, placing a hand in my pocket, and putting on makeup. I went in to get my money back for this OVERPRICED $ 70.00 manicure and they were so rude and REFUSED. They fixed my nails, but the gel is so thick that it looks like my nail beds are abnormally raised. DON’T WASTEYOURMONEYFORTHISPRIMITIVE, OUTDATED, RUSHED, ANDRUDESERVICE!!!

HORRIBLEPLACE!!! STAYAWAY!!! I casually went in here with a friend of mine for a mani pedi to treat ourselves. First off the women that work here are extremely rude and pushy. We brushed it aside and continued our treatment. I looked around and noticed how filthy the place. I wanted to almost stop the process for fear of getting an infection. Maybe I should have looked around first. The kicker was when it was time to pay our bill was $ 220 dollars!!! For two mani pedis you have got to be kidding me! I was in shock and tried to talk the price down but they said that’s what you pay no discounts. Awful I didn’t even tip because if one mani pedi is more than $ 70 no thank you. In hindsight I should have asked how much it was before we started but regardless these are rude disgusting people out to steal your money!
