Dunkin’ Donuts

Qualität des Essens ist ok. Das Lokal ist für to go ausgelegt. Donuts wären fein und der Kaffee gut. Die Sandwiches waren ok. Für den schnellen Hunger passt es.

worst DD in the area. the people working there just don’t care about what they are doing. probably bad management. There are so many other DD choices, the others are pretty good 37^th and 8^th outshines this one by far.

I don’t know what the other reviewer was talking about because this location is certainly still open. It makes me very sad that no one else has thought to post in the past two years because this is the MOST AWFUL Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to in my entire life. There is one person cooking/​toasting for the entire morning rush and they are rude, completely ignorant and just flat out oblivious to humans. I’ve never seen anything like it. I would never leave such a harsh comment if I hadn’t experienced what I experienced just now. Maybe they’re dead from the rush of people they have to deal with everyday but if that’s the case then just quit. No one is forcing you to be there. People there are legitimately awful beyond awful and it does not look clean. It’s deeply concerning.

I love Dunkin Donuts. But this location sucks.
Although the coffee is still amazing, and that is the only reason why I come here, the donuts are old and the service is bad.
The people are all crammed because its a whole in the wall, but no one bothers to get out of the way or make room for anyone else. So you are forced to push your way to the front and order your coffee and donuts.
The upstairs dining area is packed and there is never any room to sit. I took my coffee and donut to-​go and sat outside on a bench in front of the Macys on 34^th st… which i think is quite fun since I can people watch while i sip my coffee in the brisk fall air.
