Found out about this place 2 years ago and this has been my go to buffet ever since. With a large selection of both hot buffet food and cold salads and fruits. Fruits always fresh, I would advice the coming to eat before 7. After a while the food just sits but other then that I have no complaints.

Good for a quick lunch. My coworker eats here often. I had lunch on a weekday and it was packed with customers. There is an amazing variety of selections. The price was a little high but worth the quantity of food. The food was pretty good for a buffet.

My office is across the street from this establishment and I am very surprise I have not noticed this spot weeks ago. I have to discovered this spot by the word of mouth, because I want consume good food that is near by. My team mate mentioned this deli. Automatically I replied, I do not want a sandwich! She said no, they serve food. She swear I will purchase before leaving. So I like a challenge, so I googled the spot and head there. Oh my god, the place is clean and the food is amazing! They have everything cold and hot. I was going crazy with my plate, because I want to eat everything. My large plate cost me $ 17. I went back to my office, prayed I don’t die, and I went in. Oh my goodness everything were tasty, even the Mac & Cheese. You know not everyone knows how to season meat, so whoever prepared the meats knew what he/she was doing. Advice: If you want great food at affordable prices head there. You would need to spend $ 7 to use your credit/debit card. If you on a diet, the cold bar have stuff to stick on it.

This place embodies everything a hole in the wall deli should be. They offer a plentiful buffet, wraps, bagels, meats, and a good selection of beer. Their prices were good and the workers were very friendly. There was also plenty of seating; albeit, we were there for breakfast so it wasn’t that busy. I would recommend coming here for your next breakfast, lunch, or beer run.

I get lunch here almost everyday for work. They have a great salad & hot bar, appears relatively clean. There is seating available upstairs, along with restrooms. I always take my meal to go so I can eat outdoors. They have a deli, salad station, burritos and the hot/cold bar. They have beer and soda/juice/water by the bottles and cans.

Really clean deli right outside of Penn Station on 7th ave with decent NYC prices on food. $ 1.75 for a bagel with cream cheese. $ 3.50 for a Bacon, Egg and Cheese on a roll. You honestly can’t beat that!

Awesome food, from the buffet to the deli. Get the #2 breakfast sandwich. Fresh fruit, Asian, egg salad, tuna salad. It’s ALL here, made fresh!

Been here several times and can honestly say they were good experiences for grabbing quick eats on the go. Have had both hot deli and cold salad bar deli. Food is changed frequently, buffet serving areas cleaned constantly. It can get a little tight in there, but it hasn’t been unpleasant. There is a diverse menu. Lines move quickly. The buffet bins are labeled above, so you know what you’re scooping; which helps, especially with the proteins. There are quite a few salmon dishes which I find to be moist, nicely flavored. From hot choices like roast turkey, char siu, brisket, and salmon to quinoa salads, calamari salad, and the most delicious artichoke salad it’s easy to make a grab and go meal. My last visit the gentleman in front of me paid for my meal, just asked that I «pay it forward»!

Beware, while paying with credit card. Last sunday after the Rangers match I bought some food and two beers. The guy in the cash desk tricked with the payment terminal. The value of the shopping was around $ 20. They charged my credit card three times $ 38.13. Yep. $ 114.39! Absolutely one of the most disgusting place I have ever visited.

Whenever I find myself in the shopping hell-hole that is Herald Square and need to grab a quick bite or coffee I always find myself coming here. This deli has been open for years and while it’s not earth-shattering amazing, they do provide a solid consistency in selection, pricing, service and with their hot/cold bar offerings. The seating in the back is kept very clean and is often a fantastic space for people watching since this place(maybe it’s the neighborhood) tends to attract some pretty interesting characters. As other Unilocalers have mentioned, they are indeed open 24 hours a day and they also seem to churn out food all day since I’ve never come in and felt that the foods in their hot and cold bars look old or stale — so kudos there. Although I thought it was illegal for delis to sell wine, they do actually sell wine(NOT to be confused with«wine product» — mostly cheap brands like Gallo, but hey — whatever works right? DISCLAIMER: I’ve never purchased, and most likely never will, wine here. I also enjoy their«make your own coffee» machines. I’m a big fan of self-serve coffee, it always comes out great. 3 stays for A-OK.

I am only here for breakfast when I am taking classes. The place seemed clean tidy. The food preparation is seemed clean and neat. I only had coffee here. The pre-made vanilla latte is very very sweet. You might even get a sugar shock from it.

All-in-one deli. There is a Pay per pound with choices of fruit, pasta, salads, Chinese food and more. $ 6.99/lb. They also have a deli counter with sandwiches and sell froyo, packaged snacks and drinks. Seating is available in the back.

One of the weirdest joints in the Penn station area that’s open 24 hours. Yogurt, coffee, chinese food, broccoli rabe, sandwiches, and a huge number of other items that I dont think should be served around the clock. The fact that they are means you should avoid many of those things. However, if you’re waiting for a train and you’re thirsty, they have an awesome variety of beverages to choose from.

Across from Penn Station, just up from McDonalds, a decent place to stop for take-out on the way to the office in the morning. Sandwiches looked OK but I have not stopped back for lunch. Coffee is self-serve. Seating area in the back.
