Glass in my pizza. Spend $ 6 on pizza and $ 6000 in the the emergency room. Never ordering here again.

Dominos is-what-it-is, unless you order from this particular one. If you double the quantity of a topping, sometimes you get and most often you don’t — you do always get charged for it though. One thing this Dominos does that none of the others do: add on $ 1.50 if you order ‘extra sauce’ and a coupon coded pizza. I asked them about it, and they said Dominos has always done this ‘since the beginning’. Maybe this store does, none of the others do. I no longer order from them, I’d rather walk to another one and pick up my order.

Crazy! Just all nervous !!! The guy here charged my card 7 times and Im asking him to give me card back and explaining him that I know how to use the maschine and he doesnt have to keep charging me what he says back? «Can u stop talking u already said me 3 times that u know maschines I understand it .I dont care what, call to your bank» and he still swipes the card. One more thing I came here to give the order and he was doing a pizza, me and my husband asking if anybody can help, he is turning to us and not even saying a word We got a lil mad and asked him if he can help and From backside he is yelling what u neeeed? We said a pizza and gave the order and they were talking in their language laughing. Very rude guy VERY!!! I think manager has to know it ! I live just a block away and I was planing to order at least 20 pizzas for my party but this is just ridiculous how they talk to customers Its just I dont know Im shocked of what kind of rudness is that!!!

I tried to order over the phone, this girl hung up on me once I told her sheer could not listen. And ordering on line 12 months ago was so much easier.

I like the pizza and the service. My only recommendation is that the employees who prepare your food wear gloves.

Love Domino’s Pizza. This Upper East Side location is awesome. The food is always prepared perfectly, hot on arrival and the delivery staff is awesome. The fact that the order and delivery process is so seamless makes it one of the top restaurants on the Upper East Side.

I like the changes dominos made to their pizza and ordering system. Sometimes its nice to go with an old reliable instead of trying something new. My concern is when ordering online from this place don’t bother marking double or triple anything because you will pay for it and not get it. Then what happens if you complain or have them remake it? Probably bodily fluids in your food. No one dares to eat after a complaint food. I wouldn’t. So they shaft you with an uncut pepperoni stick and you have to take it. I say don’t take it. Order from somewhere else with quality so that you won’t have the same experience I had. Find a new old reliable. Find a new favorite. It’s new york after all.

I’ve ordered from this Domino’s a handful of times. Not too proud to say considering the numerous mom and pop pizza stores nearby, but never really had a bad experience so I kept ordering. Until recently. Ordered from Domino’s a few weeks ago. The doorbell rings after about 20 minutes of waiting. I buzz him in. The doorbell rings again. I buzz him. Then again. Then again. REALLY?! After about 5 times of this, I put on the speaker and say«It’s open!» Doorbell finally stops ringing and hear someone walking up the stairs. The delivery guy finally knocks on our door, and throws the food at us and walks away. RUDE. Ordered from Domino’s again a few days ago(what were we thinking? I know…) but it was late with no other restaurants open(only diners) but we wanted pizza. After waiting for about 40 minutes(it felt like forever!) the doorbell finally rang. We buzz him in. It rings again. We buzz him in. It rings again. REALLY, THISAGAIN? He kept ringing and ringing and ringing so I eventually went downstairs to pick it up. As frustrated as I was, I stayed calm and actually apologized to him for the inconvenience. I went on to pay him, and gave him a decent tip(17% for someone who couldn’t even open the door? Seems like enough to me) but then he had the NERVE to tell me I didn’t tip him enough. That just tipped me over the edge. After him arguing with me and making some snobby remarks, I finally got him to leave. Domino’s, if you want business as a delivery chain, hire people who at least know how to OPEN the door. Never ordering from them again.

Inconsistent — just received an ice cold pizza, not even lukewarm. Have ordered here before, sometimes OK — 50⁄50 chance you’ll enjoy what’s delivered.

Ya know… I’ve been pleasantly surprised ordering from here over the past couple years. They typically do a good job, pumping out massive quantities of average pizza(and arguably better than many UES«mom ‘n pop joints») at a fraction of the cost. You can’t beat 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for $ 5.99 a piece, bringing the total to $ 15 with a speedy delivery(10 – 20 minutes typically when using the app). Strong work fellas, keep it up!

I needed a hangover cure and on my way to the local redbox to grab some dvds, I stopped by this Domino’s around the corner. I walked in with the intention of grabbing a cheap, generic pizza. I walked out disgusted. As I was placing my order I observed the workers making pizzas. NOGLOVES. In the 10 seconds I saw one wipe his nose with his hand and another with an open blister/cut on his hand freely grabbing cheese and toppings. I pointed this out to the man taking my order. His response? «It’s always like this. They don’t need to wear gloves.» ICK. STAYAWAY!

Just ordered from this location for something quick. Not only did the delivery person flat out ask me for a larger tip because he had to climb a few stairs(hi, this is New York and I walk up them daily), but he proceeded to CALL&HARASS me on my cell phone after he left. Setting aside the fact that his tip was completely reasonable and status quo for NYC delivery, I found this 100% unprofessional and frankly, aggressive to the point of frightening. They lost my business — probably for good.

Generic Dominos franchise. I used to like their boneless chicken chunks, but they changed the chicken taste(soft and mushy when it used to be crisper) and they only include one dipping sauce(when they used to include hots sauce as well as ranch — now a 2nd sauce is extra$). I still like the thin crust pizza, but… $ 1.50 charge for delivery? In NYC? Really?! And the delivery guys don’t get any of that so there’s a tip on top of that. Sorry, but this is just a sleazy way to make it seem like prices are low while really raising prices. So I give 3 starts to the thin crust pizza, 1 star for everything else, with an average of 2 stars. It’s not realistic to charge so much — especially for delivery — when EVERYOTHERPIZZAJOINT has free delivery and better/fresher/larger pizza

They burnt the pepperoni which tells its me more about speed than quality. They charged a delivery fee of $ 1.50 on top of tip. Not worth it, better off with a local pizza shop.

The UES Pizza delivery really needs to step up its Pizza game if I am giving dominos 4 stars! The pizza tastes the same as any dominos I have ever had. I and everyone I know loves dominos for what it is. Don’t come in here grading it like its trying to compete with Grimaldis or something. So for what it is, it’s good, the never mess up my order, and it’s open late.

Awful Awful Awful! They have the saltiest(and I love salt) worst tasting pizza ever! The only cool thing is to watch the«process» of you pizza online. The cinnasticks were ok, but not worth the calories. Avoid at all costs!!!

Their pizza is 1 star if compared to the iconic«best NY pizzas.» However, I’m rating this place as a fast food joint, like Taco Hut, Burger King, etc. It’s all relative; that said, the pizza is still pretty poor. I honestly think the new herby flavor is an improvement, but the pizza is still dry… the oils seem to be racing to solidify at room temp. Well, the free cinnamon sticks(using a promo code) were actually good. I gave 2 stars because the online ordering process is funny. They let you know in LIVE time what is going on with your pizza. Our pie began baking about 5 minutes after the order was processed. Our pizza was made by «Mohammed.» We wanted to send a LIVE chat comment to Mohammed, but by then, he’d already finished baking. Save this for one of those days you feel dirty +/-poor, and can sit in front of the computer to watch a loading status bar explaining the completion of your pizza.
