The last time I had dominos I told myself, I would never eat their food again thanks to a delivery from dominos on 116th street. Luckily that changed when I received a notification stating that I had a free medium pizza with 2 toppings to redeem! Not in the mood to cook or spend money on take out, I thought why not?! So I went ahead and ordered through the Dominos App. As always, the app is excellent and easy to use! I ordered a medium handmade pan pizza with extra sauce, extra cheese, pepperoni, beef, mushrooms, jalapeño peppers & onions. The pizza was made quickly and I only paid $ 4.56!
When I opened the box I notice that dominos got my order right, for the first time!!! From the extra cheese down to the extra sauce, this dominos location proved themselves. The workers did not cut corners and the pizza was nice and hot! Tasted excellent! (There’s nothing worse than being charged for extra sauce, cheese or dipping sauce and not getting what you pay for) I’m so glad I ordered pizza from this dominos. If I ever want dominos this is the only location I’ll order from. If you live close by I recommend getting take out, so that your food is fresh out the oven. Unfortunately their food, does not the same after sitting out waiting to be delivered. My boyfriend and I were both very pleased with this pie. Even tho I try to avoid eating dominos at all cost, I highly recommend this place to everyone, as far as pizza goes, compared to other dominos locations. Tip: If you don’t like the excess crust from the hand tossed, order the Handmade Pan Pizza! The toppings literally went from end to end. No crust!!! & the medium slices felt like a large! I hope your experience is as good as mine was.

Ok, Dominos pizza is horrible the crust is way too salty and the pizza has gelatin in it. While they have one good item on the menu being the marbled brownie looking at the nutritional facts is a immediate turn off. The pizza is only tolerable when it is really hot.

I called one hour after I placed the order, they put me on hold for 6 minutes, transferred me to 4 different people, I had to repeat my address and phone number every time, they told me that the order was on its way, I received it an additional hour later … basically after 2 hours. The pizza was cold, and completely dry and burned. They probably tried to keep the pizza warm for over an hour. I called them again to complain and they told me that they would send me a new pizza but that it might take another 1 – 2 hours. My children were hungry and I had to throw the pizza in the garbage. Worst pizza experience of my life.

Sloppy pizza making and undercooked Pizza from the Dominos Twice now. Pizza looked oval and looked like it hit a few bumps across the road because a lot of it was on the roof of the box. The dough wasn’t cooked enough. I think they need a course in how to check a Pizza on the«Done Level» and not assume that its done to rush a job.

I like eating pizza but their pizza is so so(not so special). It’s okay when you are just hungry and need something quick to eat. I wish they will have better choices of a non soda drinks.

I ordered a pan crust double pepperoni pizza, breadsticks, marinara sauce, and an extra garlic sauce. What I received was a very clearly reheated and stale pan pizza with ten pepperonis on it(yes, I counted), stale and almost blackened breadsticks, and no sauces. This is for shame. Back in Chicago, Dominos was my go-to, they have such delicious breadsticks and the pizza was always crisp and delicious. At this location, the pizza was rubbery, the sticks were hard, and the sauces were nonexistant! For shame. For shame.

Ever since I’ve moved to NYC, this Domino’s location has been a go-to on the lazy weekends or late-night dinners. I usually order online and pick-up at the store, which is really convenient and the pizza/pasta was decent, until tonight. I ordered a medium 2-topping crunchy thin crust pizza with white sauce, chicken and diced tomatoes. I also ordered the stuffed cheesy bread with bacon(NO jalapenos) and garlic dipping sauce. When I got home after picking up my order, I found that my pizza was burnt. It was BLACK around the edges, FALLINGAPART, and when I tried taking a bite from the middle, INCREDIBLY dry. Not only that, my cheesy bread came with jalapenos?! and marinara dipping sauce. This is my first time encountering such poor service from this Domino’s. I would advise customers to ALWAYSCHECKTHEQUALITYOFYOURFOOD before bringing it home to find shit. Because that«Quality Check» step on the Food Tracker is a lie.

after my last review and email to the company i was contacted by a representative from domino’s who told me the local branch would be reaching out personally. about two days later, i received an apology letter and a gift certificate for a free pizza. i appreciate the prompt and thorough follow up and will obviously continue to be a customer.

Normally, I can’t stand generic pizza: Had too much of it during my college days. But I like that Domino’s allows a build-your-own pizza so I can tailor it exactly to my specifications. However, what I *REALLY* like is that they do incredibly good chicken wings – juicy without being dried out like charcoal briquettes. Especially plain chicken wings. Much better than places that specialize in Buffalo Wings/Chicken Wings like Atomic Wings, etc. Surprising. Who knew? And I find their plain chicken wings much tastier than those that have BBQ or other sauces slathered on them. I variously order them with Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing and as a nice cheap dinner, sometimes with their Chocolate Lava Crunch Cakes as dessert, it can’t be beat. I usually have it delivered(orders usually arrive in half an hour or so at worst) and don’t bother quibbling about their delivery fees which are minor anyway.

My wife and I were walking up Third Avenue and were talking about how we didn’t feel like cooking anything for dinner and there it was! Domino’s. We’ve ordered from there a few times and stopped into pick up a couple times too. Ordered a Large 3-topping for 7.99 and some stuffed breadsticks. We ate like kings and it was delicious! Domino’s has really changed their recipe and are now making the best large company pizza. It tastes really good, a little salty so make sure to grab a glass of water when you eat. Overall I’ll be back and I recommend this location to anyone on the UES. Quick delivery and the staff is friendly and helpful. One of the better Domino’s that I’ve ordered from.

It’s Domino’s. Fast food pizza. Don’t complain if you feel ill the next morning. That said it is fast delivery and wings are not bad… if you eat them while they’re hot. After that you’re safe just eating the celery…

They have very decent take-out pizza, but what makes them great is all of their coupons that they offer! This particular Domino’s has friendly staff and fast they deliver. I don’t like that they charge a delivery fee, so occassionally we will walk over to pick up the pizza, but then if you’re going to do that, then I guess you can find other options for dinner. =( I do love their spinach feta breadsticks and their pacific veggie pizza!

i shamefully admit that i don’t mind the new recipe either. nothing special. just one of those days for some reason i feel like eating average good olé pizza — they do the job. sometimes they don’t have ingredients which i never experienced from any other pizza restaurants for ever. what is going on here? i don’t know…

I hate to say it, but I actually like the new pizza recipe they are using. After seeing all those commercials I had to try it out. Ordered online and they have a lot of special deals/coupons you can use. Pickup a menu and there are also codes you can plug in to get pizza deals. Great value! When ordering online a screen pops up that tracks your order from the time of placing it to the actual delivery. Overall, our order arrived very quick and food was still hot. Pizza and chicken kickers with two dipping sauces. Pizza did taste way better then in the past. Nice garlicky/butter flavor to the crust and sauce is sweeter then I remember. Hey, it is still fast food style pizza! But for a quickie delivery and cheapo prices it is good for a rainy night once in a while pig out!

It’s Domino’s. I exactly what to expect when I ordered, and I was never disappointed. Never had my mind blown either. Consistent, almost to a robotic fault. What do you expect when you can track the progress of your pizza through the website? I am just waiting for the Domino’s Pizza Tracker to become self-aware and the eventual domination of the human race by pie-baking automatons. Oh Noid, why didn’t we listen? Friendly staff, clean store.

This place usually has pretty good pizza deals. Delivery is nice and quick and the pizza is pretty good. Their crusts are yummy and sprinkled with some sort of cheese/garlic blend. The pasta is very sub-par. The sauce tastes like it came straight from a pan and the pasta itself was on the thick/bloated side from overcooking. I really like their fire hot wings though, has a nice kick to it. Would recommend Domino’s if you’re the in the mood for fast food type pizza.

Ordered from here last night. They are running a $ 5.99 large one topping pizza takeout special and if you order online you can get a free order of cinnastix(surprisingly good minus the side of icing) with the code EBCS. If you haven’t ordered online from dominos, you will be interested to find the nice«status bar» that comes up to tell you how far along your pizza is. When I went to pick it up, the woman behind the counter looked around in confusion and then proceeded to tell us they were still making it(although my handy status bar said otherwise). We waited another 10 min and asked again, and the woman repeatedly said it was still being made, even though it takes dominos all of 4 min. to make a pizza. We waited another 10 minutes and then used our phone to track down the order number(should’ve done it in the first place). It wasn’t until then they realized the mistake and remade our order. Finally, 30 min. after we walked it they brought out our order and for our misfortune threw in a «Lava Cake» that looked like a hockey puck but mysteriously weighed more than the large pizza. Needless to stay we were not happy but too hungry to start a fight in the already frenzied store. The new pizza did taste surprisingly better than the older style and for $ 6 I don’t have much to complain about, but come on, one nasty Lava Cake? That’s just insulting.

It’s Domino’s, so they automatically start with a maximum of 3 stars. Dock off a couple stars here and there and add on another for a pleasant surprise and you’ve got a review! Couldn’t help but get some Domino’s because of their $ 5.99 deal(and for the pity brought upon by their new self deprecating commercials). Plus we were craving pizza. Ordered online with their neat-o online ordering service that tells you that«Craig» is now preparing your pizza or that«James» just stuck it into the oven. But seriously, from order time to delivery time, it was maybe 20 minutes. Can’t complain about that. Sat down with the two medium pies(spinach and tomato on one, roasted red peppers and onions on the other). Took my first bite, and it was decent. The bottom crust was a little doughy with no good substance to the texture, and the sauce was not as good as hyped to be by the«chef» on TV, but not too bad. I mean, even bad pizza is edible pizza right?(and this wasn’t really BAD pizza, just not nearly as good as you can get in this city). So far, the experience was not noticeably different Domino’s of old, but once you get to the crust, oo-lala what a pleasant surprise. They put some sort of butter/garlic/parmesan mixture on the crust and it actually tastes really good when right out of the box. Definitely a great touch on their part. 3 stars for quick service, late night delivery, and a surprising new crust Revisit? Probably not anytime soon

I really like this Domino’s pizza location. They always get your order right and deliver it quickly. They’re open til 2, but I was told I have to get my order in by 12:30 or the pizza guy has to stay late to clean. Love ordering online — -they even have coupons!
